I am amazed that I have not left a review for this Midas Altamonte Springs l as we have been coming here for 4 years. My husband, my daughter, and I all bring our cars to this Midas. Jeremy is always very helpful and up front about all the repairs needed and the costs. They also advise you if there's a better way to go if it's manufacturing parts. They explain everything thoroughly. CARFAX is always updated with the work provided. I highly recommend Midas Altamonte Springs for honest and reasonable prices.

They showed me the worn parts and explained why they needed to be replaced, without any pushy upselling. Jeremy saved me! I went to Tire Kingdom and they completely took advantage of me. Jeremy not only fixed the issue, but was honest and straight forward. I will only bring my car here for now on. You won t regret it

Excellent customer service, Jeremy is the best! I sent a message yesterday explaining my car break issue, he called immediately with possible solution. I took the car this morning, and in less than two hours, I was out and happy (and the isles were all busy). Also reasonable price.

I called ahead and Jeremy and his team were able to see me the same day. I ve been coming to this Midas location for my Jeep Renegade since 2021 and I haven t had any issues with the service and customer service overall. They tell you what you need and never try to oversell the customer. I will always come to this location to get my work done. Quick, easy, and a great peace of mind. I highly recommend this location and Midas in general! I ve been to another location in MA but this FL location is phenomenal!!!!

I have two vehicles I get serviced only at Midas. One is a BMW and one is a Mazda. They are honest, fast, affordable and easy to work with. Chaz is always very informative and goes above and beyond every time. Jeremy is also very helpful. Will always recommend this Midas.

I had brought my car here because the brakes were grinding and Jeremy really took care of me. He was super friendly and explained everything to me in detail. He was able to diagnose it very quickly before he closed and fit me in first thing Monday morning. I will be coming back here for sure!

Came in to get my car s coolant leak diagnosed / fixed, got quoted 7,000$. Was told turbo is gone, tubes, received no actual print out and to go park it before it blows up.Went elsewhere, car got fixed for 160$ and turbo was fine, 1 tube was needed to be replaced. Would recommend mechanics at this Midas to try harder or get better education in your craft.

Jeremy and the guys over here are awesome. Recently had my SUV lifted and man it looks great. Easy to slide in an appointment, reasonable prices, and will call out any defects or timeline before it becomes a defect. My wife had a screw go in her tire. They were able to remove the screw with no damage and even put the tire back on her vehicle for free. Highly recommend! Excellent service and kind staff.

My car started over heating on i4 on my way to work at about 3pm, engine light came on, car shaking and thankfully I was near an exit to get off to safety! I Googled a mechanic near me and Midas popped up 5 minutes away. I called them and Josh picked up and walked me through carefully getting to them by turning on the heat, low, and try to catch all the green lights; I had to pull over and park 4 different times to save the engine but I made it! They are a FULL SERVICE shop and were able to look at my car immediately, diagnose the problem and if they didn't have to wait for the part my car being it was so late in the day, it would have been done that same day before closing! Knowledgeable, friendly and not as costly as I thought it would be! I'd definitely go back there for my other car needs.

I needed confirmation on what was wrong with my vehicle. So I called them and the gentleman on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. I made an appointment the next day. It turns out I needed a rather expensive part but the same gentleman not only told me what I needed. He provided me with options and explained to me why I needed the part. It turns out it was part of a recall which is the only reason why I didn't go back to complete my service. Kia had to take care of it and for free. But I recommend this Midas because the service was outstanding but the people working there made it feel even more outstanding.

I've been to this service location many times. I think they do a good job and do not pressure to perform additional service items. I just recently brought my car in to address service items they identified previously and I am now ready to have them taken care of.

Extremely positive experience at the Midas Altamonte Springs. Went in for a new set of tires and found out my car was basically about to get me killed with the condition of my brakes. Jeremy was an amazing asset to my day and helped me through the problems I was facing. Explained all my options, was very direct and transparent about what I really needed done. I couldn't recommend this place more. I have brought my vehicle here before and was the same experience so it s safe to say you get this each visit! Go to this Midas if you are in need of Honesty, quality service and on time execution.

Took my JDM vehicle to Midas and they were extremely knowledgeable about it. The staff was very friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will continue using this business for all my vehicle needs. Sketchy. Don't bring your vehicle here EVER. I came in to get my vehicle worked on because the radiator was acting up. They said it would cost me $435. I went to pepboys and they quoted me $185 instead. I really don't appreciate them trying to get over on me like that. Not too mention, they have been known to take your vehicle for a "test drive" without the owners permission or knowledge. Don't turn your back and let these guys disappear around the corner with your vehicle like that. It would be safer to bring your vehicle elsewhere

The team at this shop is amazing and extremely professional. I went to them with a problem with my gas tank and when they did not have the part that I needed they were honest and told me exactly where to get the part and how much it should be.After getting the part, I went back to Midas (without an appointment) and they were able to help me right away and quickly. I will definitely be going back there for any future issues.I would highly recommend trusting them with your car.

Been coming to the Midas in Altomonte springs for 2 years now. Staff is always friendly. Normally go in for oil changes but the team there always checks out the rest of the car and looks for issues.
