Had a oll change20 yr old pt cruiser then noticed a oil leak spoke to George went back drain nut lose but cautioned me my drain pan would need to be replaced within 6 months at this time my family is monitoring my issue , I have had estimate at another jiffy lube as they have equipment for replacement! So. Just foe now I'm OK but when I decide to get it done I will certainly go to the jiffy lube recommended for me ! Being elderly I appreciate the the care and respect they had for me

My daughter purchased a new tire at this store 4 days ago. Her second time driving the car on the highway the entire tire just exploded on her. There was no hazard in the roadway. She hit nothing. The tire just exploded and shredded. She contacted the store and said that they would not replace it since she didn't have "road hazard" insurance. There was no road hazard - this was a defective tire and they are taking advance of a young college student. Totally unacceptable.Service: Tires

I m giving this place 3 stars as they always do a good job on my oil change, as long as they aren t selling me extra stuff I don t need.Today I received an oil change and wasn t going to return for my car until after closing. I told the CSR that I will pick up my car the following day, as I did not want anyone to stay past closing time; and my uber ride indicated it was 20 min away. The CSR (Ryan) stated it wouldn t be a problem and I could pick up my car after closing. Unbenounced to me, my uber ride took longer that the proposed time, I called to update the shop, but their lines were no longer active as it was after 6pm. When I arrived at 6:37pm the employees were posted up like they were upset and ready to rumble! We apologized, yet they still had their faces scrunched in disapproval. I began to get upset myself, and I told them that I couldn t care less about their attitudes because I clearly told the CSR rep that I would pick up my car next day, as I didn t want to inconvenience anyone. I did everything I could do to communicate effectively, yet was still met with rudeness. Again, i have no complaints about the quality of the job. I have no issues with my car services there. But customer service and care gets a big fat F !

Always a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. After years of being a loyal customer, we had an incident today while getting my oil changed. Not only did the manager on duty own the mishap immediately, but he took care of the situation & made me a priority. I always feel cared for here & would recommend them to take care of you too.

I stopped by last week in an emergency after discovering a nail in one of my bad tires. The staff tried to assist me it was 1 hour before closing and I wanted to buy new tires as well. Due to emergency I needed to replace my tires asap so I didn't get tire replacement here but the shop helped me with air pump. I wanted to say thank you all so much for your help and assistance. I really appreciate your time! If anyone needs any car services I would recommend going here. Thank you again .

Everyone was super professional, not talking about personal stuff amongst eachother like other places. They had good attitudes about working. They filled my tires with air and they checked everything. My reverse lights had been out and I knew that. They fixed those for only like $9 each. They honored my coupon I had from The Entertainment Guide. As a woman I felt taken care of by Ryan and his team. Everyone acknowledged me. Good job. I'll be back!Service: Oil change

I didn't like it in time because I tried to explain to the employee what I was supposed to have done in my vehicle and he didn't do it. And besides everything I had to pay an absurd amount for the work I said I wasn't supposed to do

This is our local go to for maintenance oil changes. They work as a team always communicating with one another. Keep us informed of needs for our vehicle without making us feel pressured. I think that plugging in a diagnostic computer and printing out the results is very expensive. There was no actual work done to my car and my bill was $117!! But at least I know it s not a transmission problem. I m thankful for that.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Overall, a great experience. Needed an oil change and they got me in same day. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Usually takes me a couple of hours to do it myself! I appreciated the team s service and definitely recommend them.

My normal service station has closed down and while driving by Jiffy Lube I noticed the Penzoil sign so I pulled it. I am glad I did, it was 10 til 6 and they close at 6 o'clock, the service team had no issue with me coming at last minute and greeted me with a smile. Staff was friendly, service was quick and I was surprised when they asked to wash my windows while I wait! Definately recommend!

Poor service. Too long. Said Ck the tires. Did not. That they added washer fluid, did not, not even a single drop. Tomorrow will have someone Ck on my car, to see if they truly did an oil change. Back to your phrase: Big difference !!!! Will never ever get back there.

Very friendly people, however I would be cautious when going here... Paid +$100 for an oil change. I feel like they were trying to scam me as well telling me my breaks were about to go out, which would cost +$400 to fix, however I had just gotten them changed very recently. It was odd he said he could fix them as soon as the next day? Like they had the parts ready to go?? They were definitely shady... Also they didnt fill my oil all the way, so so much for that...Service: Oil change

I enjoy going to this jiffy lube that is conveniently located 5 minutes from my home. The service also gets me out in 10 minutes or less. Location is very clean, has a bathroom, wifi and ESPN on the TV.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in 30 minutes before close, usually don t like to do such thing but I don t live in the area anymore and it was much needed. The owner recognized me from when I used to go all the time, which was surprising but such a nice feeling. Him and his staff got me in and out of there in a timely manner, even with my battery acting up out of nowhere. I wish I remembered their names, but everyone was great!Services: Battery, Oil change

Called to make sure they could specifically do a tire alignment and it wouldn t take more than about 30 minutes and did not need an appointment, drove 40 minutes on my day off to do it and when I got here they said it couldn t get done today. Go somewhere else.

Fast and friendly service I like the respect and the attention to detail, with the oil change they checked the tire pressure filled all fluids and changed the air filter wich is so important because that's what you breathe when you air conditioning is onn and your windows up, I recommend this place it was in and out fast! I usually go somewhere else for my oil changes but Jiffy lube was recommended to me. I tried them out. I was happy with the professional service and kindness shown to me. The employee was aware I was going on a long trip. I felt like he cared by making sure my car was well taken care of and wishing me a safe trip . Its the little things that matter, and the price was fare. The truck ran smooth all the way to GA and back home. Thanks!Service: Oil change
