READ THIS REVIEW NOW: I have waited 14 months to do this review, I'll explain shortly. I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition from Juan back in May 2016 shortly relocating from Texas. I was looking for a vehicle that accommodated my large family and was reliable as I needed a vehicle quickly. Juan made the purchasing process easy, quick, and took the time to ensure me that this vehicle was reliable and a perfect fit for my family needs.Not only did Juan make the process easy, he made himself available during off hours so that I could pick up vehicle after work, he also exchanged the rims to ones that I wanted from another vehicle off his lot, he did all this because he understands true customer service.So back to why I waited for over a year to write my review, because I wanted to make sure that this used vehicle was as reliable as Juan stated, I was weary because I have bought used vehicles in the past that had issues in a few months after taking off lot.After a year of use this is what happened....NOTHING. This car has had no issues...none. No A/C, no transmission, no electrical issues...the car runs just as good as the day I bought it.If you are looking for a professional, with excellent customer service, affordable prices, and reliable sustaining vehicles...then look no further! Although the dealership could use a renovation...don't be fooled by the exterior...This dealership is the place to buy. BUY HERE!Update:3 years since I bought the car from Juan! It's still freaking working perfectly! Best used auto purchase ever!Update#2: November 2020 - Car still running like the day I bought it

Recently purchased a Toyota sienna from here. We got a great van at a great price. Juan (owner) was really friendly and cares about customer satisfaction and keeps his word. One mirror was damaged at time of purchase, but he ordered a new one for us, painted it to match van color, and replaced it just as promised.

Bought a 2011 gmc Acadia. Had a wonderful time. Even though the internet was down due to a storm that had passed, the owner stayed and chatted, enjoying memories of movies past and great times for both of us. Once the internet was fixed, he had me on the road in 5 min. Never felt rushed, he had answers to all my questions, and entertained me when it wasn't about vehicles. Great man, great vehicles, great place. Absolutely consider this place of you have any vehicle needs.

Super friendly easy and smooth transaction. 100% honest. Very good prices. Highly recommended. I bought a 2007 Mercury from J4MegaCars and had a good experience. I found the car advertised on the internet and when I spoke Juan on the phone he gave me the honest out-the-door cost. The ad had great pics of the vehicle and the mileage was true to the advertised amount. I drove over an hour to get to his place and found everything exactly as was discussed. Juan handled all the paperwork and it didn't take all day to complete the transaction. I would recommend Juan and his business to my friends and family.

I had such a great experience with J 4 Mega Cars! I bought my first car ever from Juan and I am so happy that I came here! Juan provided me with ABOVE and BEYOND customer service! He really helped me get a QUALITY car, despite not having the best credit! If you are car shopping in the Orlando area I highly recommended J 4 Mega Cars!!!!!

Buyer Beware! I bought a car from the owner in June 2020. The car began to overheat in less than 2 months. I told the owner he must fix this problem. He tells meI signed a As Is. He knew this car had these problems prior to my purchase. The passenger window motor does not work and the car key wont unlock the door.He is a crook. Don't buy from him. He lacks integrity. I needed the car because my little brother is disabled. He even put the wrong city on the paper he submitted to the DMV.

Very honest guy. I called from out of town in regards to a listing and he gave very detailed information. What he didn't know is that I am another dealer. When I arrived it was exactly as described and it performs exactly as I was told. Thanks to the owner for a great experience and anyone should not hesitate to do business here.

The best services, they helped me out a lot the ONLY place to buy and finance a car you won t be disappointed!!!! (The guy in the office made me write this to get a better deal. Go somewhere else! I didn t go through with it as I know better now do your research!!!! Taking advantage of my youth, desperation, and lack on knowledge is horrible. While it happened two years ago that is my experience)

only 4 months after i bought a 2002 nissan altima from these people, and still have not recieved the title to the car and on top of that 2 weeks after driving it the transmission went bad on me and couldnt reverse. these people promote there cars by looks and actual stability of the car horrible never buy a car from them they are horrible ive spent more than 2000 dollars on the car and having to return the car for my money back but not paying me for all the repairs i made. HORRIBLE!!!

J 4 Mega Cars Auto Dealership has the worse customer service. I had ask Juan (owner) to test drive the car, he said "when you want to buy the car; you can test drive it." How would I know if I want to buy the car without test driving. He was unprofessional, and I would not buy a car from J 4 Mega.

Juan is extremely rude and unprofessional, i urge anybody that is interested in doing buisness here to go elsewhere. Ridiculous down payments, high mileage vehicles, and refuses to work with the customer, true definition of SPIC!
