Do not go to this Firestone. I walked in and the (female) employee had her legs kicked up on the desk and her eyes were blood shot red. I told her that I had an appointment at 6 and she immediately told me that I was at the wrong Firestone because they do not setup appointments at 6pm. Once I confirmed the emails, she then finds my appointment and tells me that I messed up by putting in the wrong tire sizes when I know that I didn t. The whole time she seem confused and honestly did not want to work and you could tell that she was high! She called her manager who stated that he placed the order on the tires and that he ordered what I put online. Which I knew what I did. She told me to leave because I got frustrated but did not once try to fix the problem. If you want someone high working on your vehicle, have at it with this place. I wouldn t risk my life with their hands on ya tires. Butch of clowns!

I recently had my tires replaced and some check engine light work done at Firestone, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the status of the work being done. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend Firestone to anyone in need of automotive services.

No one loves tire places. It's always gonna be more than you want to spend, but we need them. The teams camaraderie here was amazing though and it felt like they were looking out for me vs just selling services. A special shout out to Alicia who was extra attentive. I came in for my wife's vehicleband returned the next day to service mine because of how nice this team was.

We take all our family vehicles to this Altamonte Springs location. Service is very good. They tried to get you in and solve your car issues. Friendly and helpful personnel.

the oil change I requested was good. It looked like it was done right.It was just incredibly fast. When I brought my concerns to the NEW associate ringing me in (not who I started with) she couldnt be bothered ith anything I had to say. I commented on it being so quick. She just said yeah its sat.If she had given me a valid reason WHY the service was so quick I might suggest your store.However According to her it could have been a fluke for all we know. If she had said for example "when you schedule an Appointment we do our best to get you in and out fast." I might have given a better rating and highly suggested you.

Javon & Dan were very patient and provided great customer service including keeping us up to date as to when the vehicle would be ready. More impressive to me was the fact Javon called to explain a potential issue to be aware of and then mentioned he wouldn t be able to get a quote yesterday since it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed, however advised us to call him the next day as he would get a quote for us. Great customer service on his part!!!

I purchased tires for a relative; the situation was peculiar since we could not bring the vehicle in until we fixed one destroyed tire. The manager worked with us to get a new tire and trusted us to return with the vehicle to do the other three tires.She was very helpful and she should be congratulated for the courteous manner that she handles customers !!

I was very pleased with the overall service and customer service at the Altamonte Spgs Firestone. It was the holiday weekend, and had my car towed and dropped off there in the evening and although I was told that they had a lot of appointments and were super busy, they did their best to get my car serviced as quickly as possible. it was a very inconvenient time for me, but Jovan and I think Dylan (forgive me if I got your name wrong) were super accommodating andMy car was fixed earlier than expected.

I came to this location because the Winter Park location didn't do what I asked and payed them to do. When I came in, I was greeted, and I explained what had happened. The lady working behind the counter was extremely nice, professional and understanding. I also spoke with the Manager, and explained what transpired at the other location. They took care of my alignment, balance and rotation of my tires. What took them 2 hours to do, took the Winter Park location 3 days of having my truck for these 3 things and only performed a rotation. They didn't even have enough sense to reprogram my sensors. If you live in Winter Park, do NOT go to the Winter Park location! Altamonte Springs Firestone is the location you want to do business at. Unless you prefer giving away money and time.

Terrible service. I came at 10 for a front brake job. The guy told me 2 hours and now 4 hours later and I'm still waiting for a simple front brake job. I'm never coming here again.

I ve been coming here for five years and I always have great service. They re upfront with pricing & how long service will take, and even squeeze me in for same day labor with no appointment. They never pressure me to authorize extra recommended services the day of! Jovan is who I communicate with the most! I ve gotten tires here, oil changes, regular maintenance like tire rotation/balance, coolant and brake fluid exchanges, and tire hole patches. They always apply any applicable coupons they have running at that time. Cannot recommend enough!

The first individual i spoke with was very nice when setting up my appointment but i unfortunately had to call back and cancel as something came up. When i called back to cancel i was told by James that my appointment was cancelled. He was very rude, dismissive and short with me when cancelling my appointment and just said "ok done. and then hung up. About an hour later I never received a cancellation email so i called again and spoke with a lady and she advised that my appointment was never cancelled and that there was no record of me calling an hour prior. Thank god i called or else they wouldve shown up and probably charged me for it. Customer service is hit or miss with this company.

I brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The day after the service I noticed that one of the hubcaps was broken, the next day the other hubcap was missing because they were not reinstalled correctly.

Every time I visit this location, the staff has been incredibly kind, polite, and patient. They talk me through why they are doing what they do and make sure I understand. This is the only location I go to.

Terrible customer service and I waited 4 hours for a brake job when I was told by the manager Jovan told me 2 hrs. They even gave me attitude when I came to pick up my vehicle. I will never come to this location again.

Your assistant manager was rude and has no idea how to work with people. He basically called me a liar in front of your customers and my wife.I have never been treated like this guy did to me before anywhere.

Can't prove it first of all..been on my mind for a long time because it makes no sense..... few time I've gone to this location....the battery cover on my vehicle fits my vehicle however that is not my battery cover.....the one I got back is all beat up.....not mine.....another time had some stain across my headlight when I got my car back.....is that my original headlight?!.

I went to get leaking valve covers replaced. It took almost all day. I understand it's not a quick easy repair. The next day it was still leaking. I'm hesitant to go back because I feel they'll find something else wrong they didn't catch in the first place. I'm not paying again. They made recommendations for other repairs that I declined for now, but not one of them was for oil leaking from anywhere else. Initially I left it there at 7:00 in the morning and they called me a few hours later and confirmed after diagnosis, that it was definitely leaking valve cover gaskets & said nothing of any additional oil leakage from another location. We'll see what happens when I go back tomorrow. They certainly better make good on it. I am not in the mood for nor will I tolerate any nonsense. They were very friendly and courteous though. I'm understandably annoyed that this wasn't fixed properly the first time after almost $560. I believe they definitely missed something in the repair.

I stopped by for an alignment after calling earlier in the day for an appointment. The mechanic did the alignment quickly, and it did not take too long since I had called ahead. Please note: Other guests in the waiting room who did not have an appointment waited much longer, so I highly recommend just calling ahead or booking online before you show up!Service: Wheel alignment

So happy with the services they provided! We were traveling through the area in our camper van from CT and noticed we were having an alternator issue. We called this firestone first thing in the morning at 7am to see if they d be able to get us in that day and replace it. They said to come on down and they took the car in by 7:30am and we were out the door and on our way continuing our travels by 9:30am with our brand new alternator. They were very friendly and easy to work with, the price was very reasonable, and the speed at which they got it all fixed was amazing. Thanks for getting us back on our way! Absolutely recommend this place.

Wow I didnt catch the chipper gal who was working up front but needless to say someone must of woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Super rude, short and just kinda snappy overall.

They are always ready to help and the times I've been there I just walk in the wait is not long at all. The staff is nice and not rude considering they are all men. The place is always clean and the bathroom as well.
