I have been going to Wes at Express Auto Repair for about 22 years. He has always been honest, fair and reasonable. When the other mechanic I was going to could not figure out what the issue was with my car, I took it across the street to Wes and he showed me right away what the problem was. I have been with him ever since and have referred him to many friends and family members. David has been a wonderful addition to the shop. Courteous, respectful, hard working and honest. Thank you both for all you do!

Every time we come in for an issue on our car, we're thoroughly explained what the issues are and given a great price. Wes and David work quick and do the best they can to get you taken care of. I've never had a bad experience with them.If they've ever found an issue after the initial diagnoses they give us a call and explain what is going on.We're so thankful to have trustworthy mechanics like Wes and David! Thank you.

We have been coming to express auto repair for a bit over six years. Wess and Jason are amazing guys and go above and beyond to help us out on all our car troubles every time we need it. Any minor breakage or any major problems they are always there to help out. The prices for any repairs are fair and reasonable. We highly recommend this to anyone who has car troubles and are looking for someone who talks to you stright and gives you the right information.

Well, I really wanted to leave a good review. For quite some time, these mechanics went out of their way to help me with my car, and the atmosphere was always very welcoming and friendly. However, recently, Wes did some very pricy work on my car that isn't holding up. He'd told me that, if my car continued to give me problems, to call back, so I tried that. Nobody picked up, even though I called several times during business hours. I left a (very polite) voicemail to explain that my car was continuing to have the same problem as before, despite the work and new parts, and nobody called me back. We all get ripped off, sometimes, and have to use it as a learning experience, but I guess I just didn't expect that behavior from people who had previously been reliable. I hope other long-term (or short-term) customers don't experience what I did.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting your vehicle repaired here. After shopping around for the best price possible I ended up meeting Wes and his EXCELLENT staff. And walked out with my vehicle repaired with a smile on my face. GREAT customer service taking the time to do something a lil' extra beyond the repair you pay for! I had to tip em' $20 for their extra effort!

I brought my truck in to be repaired and was quoted 2500 dollars to replace the lifters. Dave also advised that it would take him over 10 hours. I called a few friends of mine, including a retired mechanic and was told it should only take 8.2 hours. Well, after almost 3 weeks, a loaner car that broke down over 8 times, and numerous taking the heads off more than 3 different times for other issues, including a leaking head gasket that never leaked before I took it in, a computer module that now couldn't read my key FOB that never had problems with, and putting in the wrong lifters the first time, I was at my wits end. I also had to rent a car for over 2 weeks due to this. After the final repair was completed, he told me now the bill was 3300, but he would discount some things and said it would be 2565. I was livid. He then said that there was no way he could get it to 1800, which is what he told me he could get it down to originally. Dave said that he could get it down to 2465. I was still upset and finally told him that I would settle at a final price of 2300 since I wanted my truck back and that was all the money I was able to save as a firefighter. He advised that he would get the numbers where they should be to reflect 2300. Well, due to my firefighting schedule, my wife had to get my truck and Wes, the other repair person told her it would be 2465. She said that it should only be 2300 and was upset. Well, after Wes contacted Dave, they told her it would be 2389. She agreed and paid for it. After she advised me that it was 2389, I was livid. Also upon looking at the receipt, there was a statement that I agreed to leave a part in knowing it was damaged. After looking over this part with Dave earlier in the repair, he advised me that he did not think it needed to be replaced and that it would save me money. Now, if anything happens, I won't be covered. Be aware of the careless and unethical business practices that Dave and Wes do. I will never take another vehicle to them and have advised all of my firefighter brothers and sisters and family not to take their vehicles to them either. They are deceptive and will take advantage of you. If I am not mistaken, I read that a quote from a mechanic can only be increased by 10% if there are any changes in price. Well, from 1800, this should have only been a maximum of 1980. Be aware. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

If you need your car worked on Wes is the go to guy. He's honest, reasonable and has saved me thousands compared to the Mercedes dealership on my AMG. If you need your brakes changed, oil changed or anything else done with your car Wes will take care of you.

I have been having all my vehicles repaired at this facility and have been knowing Was for over 20 years. I have recommended friends, family, and coworkers here. Especially women!! If you need a place to come to and not be worried about being taken advantage of, THIS IS the place for you!!!

Reliable place for a young woman to take her vehicle and feel like she is not being taken advantage of! Very attentive to my needs, fair pricing, takes care of my vehicle above & beyond, highly recommended!!

Wonderful HONEST shop. David is very knowledgeable and tells it like it is. The good the bad and the ugly ! He was very professional and gave sound advice. I will return for any maintenance needs.Thanks for all your help.

DO NOT COME HERE I bought a car cash 10,000 never got a title for it and got a check engine light a few days later they gave me a rental and I got crashed in now they do not wanna give me my car back and won t awnser me back they took my car and my money and there s barley anything I can do about I can happily say I hope this place Burns down with everyone in it

Wes wasn't friendly and the exterior, along with interior looks awful! Service isn't the name of his game, poor customer service and a messy shop, inside and out! Good luck with that, Wes!
