THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Beautiful repair took about two weeks but It came back perfect that s all that matters. Super professional team & and they kept me updated with every step. If you re looking for cosmetic repairs I would HIGHLY recommend.

My car was stolen and recovered by the sheriff, but it was damaged here and there and smell really bad. Statefarm sent me to excel body shop and the experience was great. They take care of the car very well and customer service was nice and fast, overall excellent!!

Thank you marinette and woldemort and your entire team amazing job done very friendly and easy to talk to they're very detailed oriented they give us the car fully repaired with taste and attention to detail. The accident was a very big trauma for us to have our precious car back and such amazing shape as much appreciated. I highly recommend them. They did a great job on our Hyundai Tucson 2017 ,

I used Excel to fix my car after getting rear ended. Their office was friendly. When I dropped my car off they did a thorough inspection to make sure there wasn't damage that I didn't notice initially. They provided frequent updates. The car looked great. I highly recommended Excel!

At 3am hit a painted black cement pole leaving an apartment complex that had removed its security gate but never the pole callbox and after you make this sharp right turn BAM a flipping pole you hit your lights would never see. I went back with my Impala backup car and recorded a video for insurance to understand the lighting and how i hit this stupid pole.Excel AutoBody fixed my car. I hit that pole just right causing an almost totaled vehicle. But they got it right thankfully.Car still runs today.

They were super slow . Had my car for weeks, and the office when you go in reminds me of that one room in Men in Black where it was this big empty room with a single desk. It was really bizarre and baron. Some sort of really weird futuristic room with just a lot of empty space, and a desk.It s a good location though, walking distance to the stores so you don t have to spend any time in this weird sterile room.The worst part was how long they had my car though. If they weren t going to start the work they should have let me have my car(just cosmetic damage) until they were ready to start.

Aside from the horrible job they did repairing my vehicle they always displayed the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. The poor service comes down from the manager/owner, Daisy. After expressing my issues to Daisy, she displayed her rude character and lack of human decency by not only hanging up on me but also refusing to accept any responsibility for the poor performance of her employees but also herself. Excel held my vehicle hostage for months due to parts being on backorder . I grew fed up after hearing my vehicle would be pushed back another month and took it upon myself to locate the remaining parts. After receiving the part numbers from Excel, I located all remaining parts in ONE DAY and then magically they were able to get my vehicle ready in the next 3 days. However the vehicle is not fixed adequately, parts are not flush and I now have electrical issues with my vehicle as well. This has been a horrible experience from beginning to end. Customer Service was good. Communication with the status of the repairs was good as well. The repairs look good and they also cleaned the car. Overall very satisfied with the service and repairs. Thank you.

After a semi truck hit my wife (nothing happened to her) I thought my brother and I would be able to fix the car ourself. My wife talked some sense into me and we selected Excel Auto Body (our first time here). We could not have made a better choice and they sure have our business next time something happened. Car looks and feels like nothing happened.

Excellent service all round from these guys. I came here after reading the positive reviews and can assure you they are fully deserved. Great team of professionals, no nonsense, quoted me a very reasonable price on the spot. Even though I had to have more work than originally thought, they still managed to offer a great price overall. Workmanship is of a professional high standard and my car looks brand new. When I got back the car it was also detailed inside & out. Excel autobody really goes above & beyond the basic job and offer the kind of service you just don't see in so called big dealer garages. I would 100% recommend Excel to anyone looking for a professional local business you can trust!

Excel was an insurance choice. So, I wasn t sure what to expect.Friendly staff; even in the midst of a busy morning at drop off.When we went pick up the up the car, there was a slight blemish in the paint. Color match was perfect but a run could be seen in the sun.Was this a bad thing? Nope!! They happily took care of it right away and did everything they could to accommodate us.Look as good/better than before the landscaping trailer hit the car.Two thumbs up for Excel.

Excel auto body shop were very friendly and helpful. They were recommended by our insurance to repair damage to our bumper and I'm glad we went here! Everything was quick and easy. Even took care of all the paperwork with our insurance! Can't thank them enough!

Great experience from start to finish! Glenda was extremely nice and took her time explaining everything to me. I received updates on my car the whole time, they got it fixed and back on the road quickly. Highly recommend this company. They make sure their work is exceptional and the customer leaves happy. It was very unfortunate that I needed the services from Excel body shop in the first place, but by the end of it I was quite pleased by the overall experience. I had the pleasure of working with Glenda. I found her to be very knowledgeable and credible and she communicated with me along the way to make sure I know the timing of the repairs and what to expect. Glenda made a bad scenario much better by her professionalism, knowledge and experience. My car was rear ended in an accident. I had 1 of 3 estimates done at Excel Auto Body and got a real good service from their manager. I was offered the best ways to handle my situation. I decided to let them handle my repairs and am extremely happy and thankful I did!!! Great work, great people, I even enjoyed time in the office=)I will definitely give them more buisness if needed and highly suggest you take your vehicle to Excel for your repairs. I had an amazing experience it was very easy to drop off and pick up. The best part was how helpful your staff was I totally forgot their names but the young man in the front ever time I called made sure he gave me accurate information. Also the woman in the front was so sweet and made me feel from one mom to another (having girls the same age) that my car was safe and secure to put my girls back in my car. Thank you and I would definitely recommend anyone here.

Outstanding! We found them on Google due to all the great reviews. Their communication is incredible. We were updated throughout the process. They met the deadline that they set. The work on the car was first class. We can not say enough great things about them. They are very busy so it may take some time to get the work done, but totally worth it. And they worked with our insurance company for a smooth claim process. We highly recommend Excel!Services: Transmission, Body & Trim, Brakes

My car was rear ended and declared a total loss by my insurance. I brought the vehicle in to Excel to see what they could do. In 12 days they restored the car to practically like new condition for less than half of what my insurance company estimated it would take. The quality of work, friendliness, and professionalism were amazing. Strongly recommend.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning
