I got new tires put on my car and each one is 3 psi below the recommended. My mom also had her tires replaced and they couldn't fill them properly either.I even let the workers there know I was going on a 4 hour trip a day or two after. For the price premium you pay, one would expect that the tires be inflated properly. If I did not always check my tires myself I wouldn't have any idea of how low they were. This is unacceptable at this price point.

Had an appointment at 3:15 to have two tires installed. After I handed over the keys they said it would be an hour/hour fifteen and they didn't finish until 6. The new tires had white letters that I wanted on the outside but they didn't mount them that way and I didn't notice until I got home. I had one tire sensor replaced but they couldn't get it to work correctly and still have a warning on the dashboard.

Dec 2023, had best experience with Costco Tire Shop- Altamonte . I believe I spoke a lot with Manager and he listened patiently . Even when I got frustrated with self trying to explain the tasks I needed help with. He understood my goal and problem better than I . He and the tire team executed and delivered perfectly on what I needed done. Their work was above and beyond normal service. Much appreciation and gratitude. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Fast & friendly service with great prices & quality products. Make an appointment online, show up & shop or browse next door until your vehicle is ready. Easy! With a 4pm Monday appt, wait time was only 5 min at drop off & 3 min at pickup. Tech explains any additional needed services thoroughly & won't try to push extras - a real breath of fresh air. Great positive experience all around!

Great service this weekend at this Costco tire Center. Shout out to Luis who took time out of his busy day to assist me. I had a TPMS light on and he figured out my spare tire under my vehicle was the culprit. He crawled under my vehicle and filled it up for me. Just wanted to thank him for his efforts and professionalism.

My opinion>>"Costco Tire Altamonte Springs are the Carnies of the Tire Install Business " ! > Should Be ZERO STARS !Do Not Trust Your car/truck with Costco Tire Altamonte Springs. You might save a couple of dollars on the prices of tires (that's why I went there), however the collateral DAMAGE and horrible shape they left my car in as a result of lifting, causing perfectly fine beforehand Strut & Shocks, to be damaged. They're experts at denying what they did... totally pathetic. ((They even failed to reset my Tire pressure sensors- what does that tell ya?))Again My Opinion> Stay Far Far Away from the Costco Tire Center in Altamonte Springs. "I give them 5 Stars on the Suck Factor Scale". Costco Tire Store in Altamonte Springs should be the last place on Planet Earth you should go! The couple of dollars you save while receiving poor service and damage to your car is not worth your valuable time nor the gamble! You've been warned!

I made my appointment the same day. Heads up, appointments cannot be done over the phone, it can only be done in person or online. Staff got me out of there as quickly as they could.

Great price but they will destroy your rims in the process. Had chips and scratches on multiple rims from the install. You can see the red paint rubbed off in scratches from the machine or jack this wheel was dropped on. They let me file claim and denied all responsibility. I take care of my stuff and hate when people don t do the same for your property and especially don t own up to the mistake. Make sure to take pictures of your wheels prior to going in for service just incase this happens to you so they won t act like it wasn t them. I wish they would make it right but they deny all wrong doing I mean how else do chips like this happen. It s not curb rash and you can see the red paint from the equipment. Really frustrated.

Very difficult to report today 12-12-2023 the Appoinment was at 6:15 PM for the installation of four tires the vehicle was ready at 8:30 PM that total 135 minutes for an activity that will take 60 minutes !

Friendly staff and above expected service. After dropping my car I bought a bottle of bourbon before remembering I couldn t go in the main store with it. Asked the desk guy if he d mind throwing it in my car (currently being serviced) and he was totally accommodating.Tire prices are solid and I appreciate the appointment system.

Bought tires online, made a appointment for them to install. Showed up early to install, waited 2 hours for them to tell me they didn't put them on or do anything. Couldn't even give me a refund to my original payment. Also stole my brand new chrome valve caps I just purchased. Left me to figure out how to put the tires on my self. Absolutely the worst tire shop in the area. This shop is only good to buy tires, don't waste your time with install. Anything remotely out of convince for them and they'll deny the install.

Outstanding tire service. I got four new Michelin cross climate 60k warranty installed for 805.00 with their in house coupon. Always ask about coupons and if they accept your manufacturer coupons. I like the corporate feel no nonsense if I have a problem they will fix it free. I also like FREE air and tire rotations for life. That's a great service that costs real money elsewhere. Black Card membership paid off strong. Love Costco. Love great deals for our family. I feel safe and secure shopping at Costco. The tire team members Ryan and Alec were awesome highly recommend if you love to get what you pay for. Costco all the way baby

I feel that they deserve a rating of 3.They are neither the best in the market nor are they the worst.Their service is somewhere in the middle.I learnt a lesson here. We cant judge a car tyre service company on the basis of price alone. The quality of the service counts too. They lack in technical expertise and finesse.

Shout out to sales person, Joey. While I waited for my tire rotation I watched him de escalate several emotional conversations. Stressed and hurried customers were just needing his kind and patient help. Wow. He was amazing.

Found this to be the best place to get tires, if you a member. Good deals on tires and the service is good too. Free tire rotation and balance, if you purchase tires from here. Includes any type repairs within warranty. I always get my tires from here, after researching other places.Recently they have gotten very busy, do hard to get appointments unless you book several days in advance. Also had to wait in line for a while to get my turn, even though I had an appointment.

Positive: Friendly greeting, quickly pulled tires, delivered tires on time, asked which way tires should face (a courtesy). Having an appt made customer service outstanding.Negative: Receipt printed so lightly I couldn't see it and couldn't make a copy. Had to call to request receipt but rep was patient in helping me find itemization on paperwork. Receipts should be visible.Waiting area should have more comfortable seating instead of hard steel.Overall, a great experience.

Terrible service, I don't know what I was thinking buying tires at this Costco location for the second time. The tires are fine and the price is great. But the service is horundous.Showed up sharply on time at my 1pm appointment. The guy at the counter gave me a 75minutes ETA. Checked after 2 hours. He said they were backed out and asked me to come back in another hour. Checked after 3 hours and he said the car is just being put up for tire replacement. And that the ETA is still 75 minutes.Sorry Costco but 5 hours for tire replacement is not acceptable. I told the technician what is the point of taking appointments if they mean nothing to them, he shrugged!All this while taking time off work on a Monday, and Making emergency calls to people to arrange picking up my kids off school.So inconsiderate!

Great store and great staff all around, the tire center is no different. Needed to swap out my old Costco (Interstate) battery which lasted 46 months. Dropped off the old one and grabbed a fresh one in under 10 minutes at a great price.

Insanity they have no idea what they are doing!! Backed a customers car into a massive stack of tires. Never mentioned the damage to the customer. Other customers have to show the guy the damage caused to his own car. I get my car back and it s the wrong set of tires! They put BF Good-wrench. I paid 1k for Michelin tires. Another customer had a 2pm appointment, 4:30 and the car wasn t ready. The people can t handle the job.

Very good customer service here and they were fast on letting me buy the battery and returning for the core charge. The front desk person help me find the correct battery too.

I wish there is an option for Zero stars so I will give Zero to this highly unprofessional tire center .If you try to call them they will not pick it and if at all they pick it they will put you on-hold endlessly and if you again try to reach they will not pickup again or if they pick they will not have courtesy to connect just bang the phone .So, - stars for their professionalism towards their customers .

Just to ask a question?This so-called policy has not been true in the past, and is not noted on the website.Nor is it posted in the tire center, inside or on the door. It's a ....secret?Way below Costco standards. Grade of F.

I LOVE Costco but walking into the Tire Center in Altamonte is like walking into a different store filled with rude staff who clearly could care less about customer service. No smile just an annoyed air about them that they clearly want to just be left alone. I thought this was just with the particular persons who was "assisting" me, Danny but it is the same way on the phone. Go to tire kingdom they are much happier to serve you.

Came in unexpectedly for a tire leak. They took care of me ASAP, there was a tiny wait but hey that is to be expected. All the gentlemen were nice and super professional. Will be returning for all future tire needs.

You are able to get appointment for 3-4 days later.Moreover, you are told that they are not able to repair my car s tire at the time of appointment.Waste of time!

The tire center team here is great! Even with a long queue and a constant flow of walk-ins, I was treated with efficent and excellent service! Certainly will be going back here for my free rotations and future tire service!!
