Had to get a new car battery after getting stranded at work last night. Super fast and easy process. Was in and out in 10 minutes with my new battery installed. I believe the man who helped us was James, thanks a ton!

I'd like to give recognition and give thanks to Lyman. I came in tonight and he went above and beyond trying to figure out why my car kept dying on me. After ruling out other issues such as bad batter, alternator, started etc.. he decided to replace one of the terminals and he tighten the other one. His customer service and willingness to help was exceptional. Thank you Lyman for helping me! It definitely relieved my stress level tonight. You make a difference in this world, don't you ever forget it!

I would like to thank Shawn who helped me out on 11/7 at 9PM. He was very polite, patient and kind. In my opinion, he went above and beyond by replacing my battery in the dark.

I have been a long-standing customer of AutoZone and have always enjoyed my experience with AutoZone. I shop at AutoZone because I know the brand and culture operates on a good mission and has always been a reputable company above their competitors. I don't ever recall having an unpleasant experience until my visit at 10941 E. Colonial Dr #2433. I had purchased some engine mounts a couple of months ago for my Toyota Camry, after later learning that getting the original Toyota parts would fully resolve my issue. After having the Toyota parts installed on 12/20/23, I immediately visited store #2433, to have them returned for a refund, but the store manager was unwilling to assist me. It was until I visited this location and spoke with James, who without hesitation was willing to fully resolve my issue. James immediately honored the return on the parts and refunded me back the funds I paid. Thank you so much, James, for helping me with professionalism and with a smile! It was greatly appreciated especially after my experience from the previous branch.

I am so thrilled that this new location has opened. Before I went to the store I called to check on a warranty on my battery and spoke to David. He told me that I had about 12 days left on the current warranty, so I drove to the store to have the battery checked to see if it needed a replacement, and he told me that it was in good condition. I also needed a few other parts that he advised me on. I have an older vehicle so it feels good to be able to go to a store where the employees are knowledgeable on the parts that you purchase and it's function. This location is my home store from now on. Thanks for excellent service!

Auto zone in Altamonte has terrible customer service. I was in there for 10 minutes trying to find help and no one offered assistance. I couldn t wait any longer so I left. No skin off their backs right? Just saying.

Incredible experience! I needed help with a new car battery. I was professionally greeted and had all my questions answered. I knew my battery had bad corrosion and warned them about but they still went our their way to install it for me. It took some time to finally remove the old battery and they did it in the heat and rain. Thank you again Shawn and James! Definitely appreciate what you did.

This store is a life saver. Not really auto related but my ac blew a fuse. I called in about 5 minutes before close and JD was nice enough to set the fuses aside for me as I rushed over.

The BEST experience i ve ever had at an Autozone !! Leanne L was one of the most helpful associates i ve ever encountered in my years of shopping here . I visited today to purchase some items but the young guy always answered my questions: I don't know.This guy should be got fired because your business can't get more customers if this guy still works wrong job. I guess he does not have knowledge about vehicles and unprofessional. I never come back this store anymore.

Didn t even open and already had a terrible costumer service. Needed a part for the day. The store was the only one on the website that had the parts available. Did the process online to let the store know that I was on the way. Drove one hour and when I got there, they were not selling yet . Also told me you are not taking any parts from this is store today, you can find another one as if He was preventing me from stealing something.
