Collin and the rest of the team at Auto Image Collision Center provided outstanding service when I chose them to repair my Challenger. They were speedy, communicative, and not shady like some of the other auto body shops in Orlando. If you're looking for quick and reliable service for your Collision repairs, Auto Image Collision Center is the way to go. Thank you guys!

Very professional owners and staff. Went above and beyond kn our Daughter's Ford Escape! Another place we use all the time took her car in and then called us to pick it a few days later and refused to fix it. I called Auto Image and explained the situation and they were as baffled as we were about the situation. Never the less they scheduled us to drop January 8th called the next day with the estimate. They found additional damage that wasn't on the previous estimate from the other place and contacted our insurance company and got it covered and we didn't have to pay anything extra. Gave us a completion date of January 23rd but called Wednesday January 17th the car was ready for pick a week early! Which was awesome! Plus the took the time clean and detail her car inside and out. We are very pleased with their service and going above and beyond. Definitely recommend the for your collision repair needs! We will be life long customers for sure!

My insurance carrier, Amica, had my damaged car towed to Auto Image. From the very beginning of a prolonged repair process due to parts that needed to be ordered, my experience was top-notch! I was consistently kept apprised of the progress being made on my vehicle. The final outcome was superb!

I was a first time customer of this collision center and was having repairs from an accident on my car and told them all the problems that had occurred due to the accidents they said ok we will handle that, after being very patient because of there clam of being too backed up. I went to pick up my car and the proceeded to tell me that the tire was not an issue take it somewhere and prove and them we will figure it out, so my husband called up to ask why they lied to me and the called me a liar and that I never mentioned!!! When clearly I did when dropped it off an picked it up so incredibly unprofessional to call someone a liar!!!

This shop was recommended by progressive insurance. They did a nice job and they communicated well about the progress.The person who wrote up our order was very candid about what progressive is allowing them to do regarding aftermarket, used or other parts before having to buy Mopar certified parts.

From the first time i spoke to them, they let me know that they would handle everything from working with my Insurance company to the rental car company. They were so professional and communicative throughout the whole process . My car is 7 years old and was hit by a tree. They made it look brand new and i could not be happier. 5 stars is not enough. My insurance company recommended Auto Image Collision Center when I had an accident in April 2022. My scheduled appointment went very smoothly, they were waiting and ready for me and had even arranged to have my rental car there at the location. They gave me a detailed explanation about what the repairs would be and how long it would take - and they were transparent about the fact that there was a possibility of delays due to supply shortages (thank goodness there ended up not being any issues). They told me when my car was expected to be ready. Not only did they deliver on the exact date they told me, they also did an AMAZING job on my vehicle - the damage was severe and it looks BRAND NEW! They offer a lifetime warranty for their work - they stand by their quality and it is appreciated. They also allowed me to drop my rental car back off at their facility. They took care of everything - making a very stressful situation so easy navigate. I 100% recommend this business for any body work needed. I could not be happier with the quality, workmanship, and their professionalism. 5 STARS!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto rear window replacement

Late to the party, but cannot give my praise enough! Stephanie is friendly and amazing at her job. My car was vandalized extensively and she took the time to break down all the damage and double check it was all seen/covered for repairs. Direct with communication and the team does not waste time on repairs but makes sure to get the job done right. My Jeep looks brand new and feels brand new after their detailing. Only free estimates for insurance companies, explained I wanted more then one company to give me a repair estimate. REMOVE FREE ESTIMATES FROM YOUR WEBSITE. Also is it because they can charge insurance companies more? Also I received estimates from the large companies that provided me with an estimate. Last, I did do business with your company, your website says FREE ESTIMATES, however you would not honor and ad you post on the internet, who is you say your contracts are possibly misleading.

My vehicle was involved in an accident right after Christmas. The insured's insurance originally wasn't able to get me into a shop until March, however they contacted me and said that Auto Image had an opening. Stephanie and Omar were both very professional and friendly. They explained the services needed and updated me along the way. My car looks absolutely beautiful and I am so happy! I'm unable to post pictures right now, since it hasn't stopped raining since I picked the car up, but if you're looking for reliable friendly service, this is the place to come to!Service: Painting

They are awesome! They let us know every step of the process as it was being done. They called Enterprise to come pick us up and worked well with our insurance company. Much to my surprise the car was cleaned on the inside too!Beautiful job would refer family and friends!

If I could give them a million stars I would! This body shop has been amazing from the very beginning! I worked with Collin and he has a+ customer service and was so accommodating to us during the entire repair process. We had an emergency in our family rendering us unable to pick up our car at original date and he was more than happy to assist with keeping our vehicle until we were able to pick it up. I would recommend them to anyone!! Great job on both our car and the customer service!!!!

Overall, my experience with Auto Image Collision Center was phenomenal!!! This was the first time I ever needed repairs for an accident. Stephanie walked me through the entire process and was quite pleased when I received my car back repaired! My car looks brand new! The car seemed detailed inside and out as well!

Auto Image Collision is awesome!! I don t understand how they have anything less than a 5 star rating. They made what I expected to be a very stressful experience of getting my car fixed a breeze! Enterprise was there waiting for me with the keys to my rental. I was in and out in 15 minutes for dropping off my car and picking it up. They were so accommodating with when I could pick up my car due to my work schedule and I also got my car back detailed inside and out. Thank you!!

I've used a few different body shops in the Altamonte/Apopka area and this place is hands down the best ever. The staff, especially Omar, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. A car wreck is never a good situation. They made the entire process seamless. They were very helpfull from the very beginning. Even at the end when a minor detail wasn't quite right. I returned with the vehicle & they quickly took a look at the issue, ordered the replacement part needed, & had it fixed the next day. Good job on the repair & even better customer service.

Exceptional service Stephanie from the first day that I brought my car to the shop until the day it was ready she maintained communication with me. She negotiated with my adjuster to replace the parts new not recycled.She delivered what she promised. I recommend this shop highly A+++.Esther Santiago

I had high hopes for this place after my accident. Being insured by progressive made me feel safe. Also communication was amazing with the receptionist telling me what was going on. So going to pick my car up I was excited. Man was I wrong I had dash lights on that were not on before and let s not even start on the detail that I got. I was plesently surprised that I was going to recive a detail with my service man I can definitely tell it was free. The back floor wasn t even touched I have a 2 year old so it s not hard to notice when something has been cleaned. So here is to say almost a good job. to the reply I m sorry I didn t realize that the one box was bolted down and could not be moved. And if you guys noticed the lights that turned on why wasn t I notified upon pick up..... bad excuse for poor work. Sorry I will not be returning or suggesting anyone to go to you. And of course progressive has already been notified. Also I would love to see the photos of my dash. I know my cars and those lights were not on.

An employee of Auto Image wrote a bad estimate for the repairs and listed wild speculative guesses (throttle body's not even scratched) and major items (an airbag when none deployed?!) and refused to revise it when confronted with the gross inaccuracies they had listed and which had caused insurance to pressure me to total a car which was under threshold for being written off. Nope.Having dealt with Sanford Paint and Body's sister store, Martins Auto Body, previously and getting an outstanding experience out of that repair, I had it towed here for a second opinion. Surprise, they agreed with the bogus items on their estimate and what do you know, car IS repairable!Never again Auto Image. The waste of time and added frustration aren't appreciated either.

I would give a 0 star rating if that was an option. Called the shop today and the guy asked if I was using insurance to pay. I told him it depended on the cost. He asked his mom (clearly though I couldn't hear) if they were taking anybody other than insurance claims. He got back on the phone and said no they couldn't take me. So I said ok fine I'll use my insurance, so then he asked me who I had. I told him mercury first... he said they didn't know how to work with them. I was actually mistaken and then told him we had Hartford... he then said they didn't know how to work with them. I asked him if I needed to have Hartford call him so that they could explain the process and he got nasty and told me to find another shop. Would never recommend this place, worst customers service, can't imagine how they would treat people once they got your car.

They made my car look brand new ! Professional work done on all cars only ! You pay the price but sure paid off! They clean the inside of your car and give it the best hand wash ever!

Stephanie is the Best. My car was finished on time and was just like new. She answered all my questions and even arrange to get me a rental.Everything was done in a very professional matter.This place rocks.I hope I am never in another accident but if I do I will definitely go there.
