These guys are seriously the best! I've been coming here since 2018 when I first moved to Florida. Every car in my family comes to this shop. They are honest and don't overcharge you. They have shopped around to get me better prices on parts. This is the ONLY place I fully trust to not be taken advantage of. It's rare to find people like them. Papo is the best

Amazing Shop!!! They 100% went way out of their way to get me back on the road. I am not from the area and if you ever need any work done to your car come HERE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! If you have a problem these beautiful people will do everything in their power to help. Brought my car here after a dead engine diagnosis at another place. Auto City said, nah fam we got you. Problem solved.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The place doesn't look like much. And the service is mediocre. But I didn't come here for customer service. They were thorough, careful, and very efficient. I didn't even need to tell them I was in a hurry. They prefer appointments. However, they WILL take walk-ins. If they have time. The main 4 guys are excellent. True professional, master mechanics. Always doing things the right way. However, they recently had to fire a few idiots. If you had bad service. It's safe to say you had one of these idiots work on your vehicle.

Avoid going here at all costCondescending, brats. I understand you try to run a business but don t think your customers are dumb.They installed a AC compressor and $450 afterwards is not working and you need to add a expansion valve in order to work. Thats $300 extra!One ask why you never called or informed before well is a hit or miss situation Really? Scammers and they perform well if you don t like it. LET ME DO YOU A FAVOR LEAVE AND DONT PAY the nerve!Avoid going here at all cost

I ve been using this shop for about 5 years and the last year or so the repairs are mediocre at best if even done. I took my car 5 times for the same issue and they kept my care for two to three weeks each time and the issue was never resolved and kept charging me each time I went back . I don t think they ever did anything to the car and claimed the worked on it. Stay away from this shop.

Honest and very reasonable rates. Saved me almost $300 on an A/C job including a compressor. Got the job done quickly and efficiently while I waited in an air-conditioned area and watched a great movie. Wonderful knowing I have good mechanics that I can trust in Miguel & his staff . . .

We have benefits taking our cars here for the past 4 years. Great service, reasonable price. Never feels like they are taking advantage of you. They are always busy so get there at 8 when they open. PAPO is great

The entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They adjusted my 65 Mustang to run perfectly and are extremely fair in their pricing. I am extremely happy that I brought my car to them for service.

I bring in my vehicle to get serviced at 8am and it was fixed the next day. Also, now I have an issue with my AC as if they removed freon because now my vehicle doesn't get as cool as it did prior to the service, which was less than 48 hours ago.

Came to Papo with a few problems on a recommendation. My friend John let me know Papo does good, honest work at fair prices. I explained my problems to Papo, he informed me of what the actual problems may be and solutions he had in mind. When he called me back he gave me the REAL run down of my issues and what was done to solve them. He didn t try to push me to fix unnecessary problems, he didn t try to twist my arm into additional services in fact he did just exactly what was needed to get me back on the road and not blow my wallet out and I couldn t possibly appreciate that more. Papo is a true professional and an honest man who does in fact do great work. For this I rate him and his work 10/10, I will recommend and I will be coming back to Papo and Auto City in the future. Thanks man!

Papo is an honest people-person. I never feel robbed when I go to him. I highly recommend him! He has been working on cars since he was 15! He's got so much experience and he's humble, funny and pleasant to speak to. 10/10!

Just got a coolant flange replaced here after several shops were giving me bs excuses making it a bigger deal than it was. This shop was honest and didn t try to up charge me. Fixed it in less than an hour and for way, way less than everyone else quoted. From now on just gonna come here, I think I found my mechanic!

I always go to these guys for auto repairs. Nice people, reasonably priced repairs, and if they aren't too busy they can have most work done in a few hours tops. Highly recommended if you live in Apopka/Longwood/Altamonte Springs area.

I have to say after coming to Florida from NY I was very nervous about finding a good Mechanic. I went to a place cause I had a weird knocking in the car going on . The place I went to claimed it was a head gasket would cost me around 700 to 800 dollars so of course I left and went searching Found Auto city repair. Poppo the mechanic said you don't need a head gasket . Anyway it wound up being a 4 dollar part they fixed it , I gave them 40 dollars was out of there in 20 mins I been going there 5 years now for anything I need a they treat you like family never take advantage of you or tell you need something done you don't need I just have to say Thanks for all you do guys.
