I ve been to this shop a few times, but my most recent visit was to fix my ac and get a second opinion on the $3k in repairs suggested by the dealership. Cliffs notes: I have an ice cold ac, oil change, inspected car, and no additional repairs needed for 10% of the cost the dealership wanted. They are trustworthy, communicative, and do great work. I ll never go anywhere else!

Tim was awesome. We were stranded 8hrs from home on way to a wedding. Our truck had shifter issues. Tim got us in and back on the road the next morning with time to spare. GREAT JOB TIM AND ALL THE ASAP CREW!

I came across them online and gave them a shot. I had a noise coming out of my car and a check engine light. I went to pick up the car and the noise was still there. They only replaced my O2 sensor which temporarily took care of the engine light. I asked them to look again because I originally came for that noise, and the brushed me off saying it s normal . Charged me the $300 and sent me off. Either they were being lazy that day or they simply didn t care about the customer. I had to go get a second opinion and found the root cause of my problems no thanks to them. Being cheated is never a great feeling, I m sure you, the reader, knows this.If you re looking for an honest mechanic, do let me know because I couldn t find one here.

Our truck broke down in Altamonte Springs amd we had no idea where to take it. The tow truck driver recommended ASAP. So we had it dropped of there. After diagnosis they told us the price. Based on the work i felt it was fair. They kept us up to date. When picking it up, Tim who i dealt with super nice and friendly! I am not sure of the name (I am embarrassed to say) of the Admin lady, but she was so nice and friendly. They have a american flag display that they put army men with veterans names that come in on. It was really cool. Thanks for supporting our military. I would recommend taking your car there.

Finally, I think I have found an auto repair place. I took my Subaru ascent to their location because I had an odd squeaking sound when I would hit a bump. I assumed that I had a bad shock. ASAP was able to look at it fairly quickly and guess what. It wasn t a shock at all. My spare tire, which sits underneath the car was slightly loose enough that it caused that squeaky noise. While I was waiting, I had a very nice conversation with Terry. It s family run and they are super nice and the technician that looked at my car is actually very proficient at working on Subarus. I look forward to working with them.

Super great! They worked with me as far as my availability to be there and were very fairly priced. They are very good at what they do and don t try to upsell you on services that aren t necessary. Tim was who I spoke with and he was great!! So nice and funny and respectful

Very impressed with the customer service and mechanics experience. So happy I decided to take my wife's car to ASAP Auto instead of the dealership. They got my Wife's engine back in service and running smooth. This is now our vehicles new service shop. Thank you

Great service on our vehicle! A previous shop we went to said they didn't know how to fix the problem because it was electrical and estimated that it would be up to $6,000 to fix at the dealership. The dealership couldn't get us in, so we came here, highly recommended by friends. They fixed the issue for about $870 and then we added an oil change and a coolant flush to our appointment and they completed those as well. This is a great shop and we will be back!!!

I am pleased with the service I received here. They are very nice. Upon picking up my vehicle, they were vacuuming it, cleaning the windshield, and proceeded to top off my fluids and oil. They also brought me back home when I dropped off the vehicle in the morning. All this was complimentary and completely unexpected. Be careful with them. They made up a lengthy and confusing story to keep me happy and completely lied to me by tech and office staff. Unfortunately I don t know that much about cars so I was taken advantage of. Thankfully I had someone know better and say something and that s how I found out. Otherwise it s a fantastic location and everything else was very easy to work with.My first appointment with them was a few months ago for an oil change. I specifically asked if they had filled my tires with air because my dashboard said a tire was low on air. They said yes. Days later my low air light is still on. My son then filled my tire with air and the light went off. I didn t make a deal of it because it didn t seem like a big deal. But then they lied to me this week so I feel like I need to warn others. Don t trust them.
