I personally have never left a bad review as they tend to be very ranty but I feel as though people should be even more aware than ever to have vehicles inspected prior to purchase and get EVERYTHING in writing.These are photos of tires this dealership says pass road safety for sale of a vehicle. When purchasing our 2021 Explorer we noticed the tires were pretty rough. When dealing with David the finance director he said if they really needed to be fixed he would make it right and we trusted his word. I even was reasonable as well and said if you replace the 3 I will pay to have the fourth replaced as it was the only one replaced since the vehicle was originally sold.Took the car in the next day had them checked and the service writer said yeah they look pretty low and was told we would receive a call. That afternoon we were then told that she the service writer used the tire gauge incorrectly and they were fine to be on the road. So I decided to give one more effort for them to make this correct and sent photos of the tires off the vehicle to David as I could not safely drive a car that was less than 2 weeks and less than 500 miles in my possession and had to have them replaced before a work trip. Was told David would get back to me.Fast forward to today and I was told I would have a response in a reasonable amount of time (it s been 2 weeks) so I decided to follow up and was told they won t do anything and didn t even bother following up. Moral of the story before doing business with this dealership get inspected and anything they say they will do in writing. Additionally in hard financial times Santa Fe Ford let s all of their morals go out the window and don t have integrity in their business.

I just bought a used Kia, so I can only review sales department and the buying process. From the minute I stepped on the lot everybody at Santa Fe Ford was friendly and accommodating without being fake salesman slick or pushy. Sean showed me all the used cars I wanted to look at test drive, answered all my questions, and was up front about pricing without trying to upsell. When I came back to buy signing paperwork and getting out the door was a breeze. Of the 15 or so lots I visited Santa Fe was clearly the nicest experience. I'll be recommending them for used cars to anyone I know is in the market.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Santa Fe Ford and just wanted to let people know what a great experience I had there. I had been to just about every dealership from Gainesville to Lake City, because I had been looking for a while. And Santa Fe Ford was definitely one of, if not the very best. There wasn't anyone following me around trying to put pressure on me to buy anything. But they were there to answer any questions I had and help me to find the perfect truck to fit my needs. When I found what I was looking for and was ready to make the purchase I dealt with finance director David Zick and he was absolutely awesome. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process,Taking care of everything for me from start to finish, and was able to get me into the perfect truck, with a great warranty and fit it all in my price range. If anyone out there is looking for a new vehicle, Santa Fe Ford is the place to go! That's where I will be making all of my vehicle purchases in the future. Cannot say enough good things about them.

As far as dealerships go, Santa Fe Ford raises the bar when it comes to customer service. They are not pushy at all and the vehicle buying process does no take hours like many places I've been to. It's awesome! So happy to have found them!

An absolutely excellent experience with purchasing a 10-year old car at Santa Fe Ford! Sean McCauley helped us with friendly and professional stand throughout the process, assisted with the auto insurance and warranty for the car, and arranged fixing the technical issue after the deal had already been closed. I was on a very tight time schedule and greatly appreciated the flexibility of expedited service and accommodation of my request from Sean, Dave, and the team from Service Department. Took my 2022 f250 in for warranty work. Got there at my appointment at 930 and the advisor said it wouldn't be ready till after lunch. That was fine I am from out of town and had to wait in the waiting room. About an hour and a half the advisor come to me and tells me the problem would take a couple of days to diagnose and repair she suggested I take it home to Illinois to have it repaired. Then asked how long I would be in town and I said another 9 days. So if would only take a couple of days why not repair now? She finished my paper work and said to have it looked at when I get home? I don't feel they had qualified people to repair. Never take my vehicle there again.

We had a very nice experience shopping and ultimately purchasing a vehicle with our service dog in tow. It's the second experience purchasing a vehicle with our dog and Santa Fe was hands down the better experience compared to the previous purchase with another dealer. Sean McCauley provided wonderful customer service even after the sale.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Went in to take a look at a Bronco Raptor. 2 sales guy in lobby could care less I am even there looking at a showroom vehicle. I asked about the price, and let them know I m interested. I made an offer. Black guy at the counter rudely said the price is 95, thanks for the offer.. I tried to haggle , and offered 85k and said there is always room to negotiate. Immediately white guy goes off on me and says they are not in the business to lose money. I said to him I don t believe that you guys don t have any margins at all. He said oh really with an attitude , why don t you look at my computer I followed him to the office where he proceeded to escalate, and call me ignorant. And that apparently I was calling him a liar. He got super defensive for no reason. I guess the guy has never heard of negotiations before. He kept insulting my wife and I so we turned around and leftYou know the sad part is our Jeep wrangler 2021 just burned 2 days ago in a fire. And this our first car shopping dealership experience. We will stick to finding a deal online, since clearly this dealership does not want the business or knows how to treat their customers. STAY FAR AWAYNever have I ever paid for dealer fees, dealer markups or paid msrp for a vehicle. It s sad that people fall into these scams.

I usually dread buying a vehicle due to sale haggling, but not today!! I could not believe how WONDERFUL the staff were at Santa Fe Ford!! They gave me the keys, left us along to look, and when we decided on a car, they invited us in. The paperwork took maybe 30 minutes?? If that? Morgan Laine and her crew have been servicing my F150 since i purchased it in 2022 with their mobile service department and i couldn't be happier with the service i have received! They show up to my home or work to service my truck and always get it taken care of in a timely manner. They recently started servicing my wife's Toyota Highlander and on the first service, the tech, Caleb noticed a small oil drip due to a faulty part after the service and had it corrected before leaving the house that afternoon. I would highly recommend their mobile service department! Morgan and her crew will definitely take care of you!

I used the mobile service today to have some recall work done and some service done to my truck, the woman i spoke with on the phone made the appointment setup very easy and the gentleman who came to my house Daniel was excellent and very personable. Great experience here. I dealt with Darius, and he was great. Told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. Had no issues and walked out with the deal I wanted. Also the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Recently purchased a Bronco, and I'm not in the local area so I expected the process to be a pain. My salesman Jonathan Robinson was able to get everything done extremely smoothly. They made the trade process easy and gave me a good deal. Then delivered the new vehicle. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Highly reccomended.

EDIT: The manager who replied to say they cannot find me in their system is purely lying, I went to the Santa Fe ford in ALACHUA FL and this further adds to my point that these people are even worse than I thought, any customers who have had issues somehow all got them confused with a place in New Mexico? What a joke. Please do not trust this dealership, my fianc� and I are laughing because we can t believe they just pretended we weren t in their system. So sad. Just more for me to tell Ford corporate. I financed my truck through campus credit union, and purchased my ford through them. They are just liars, as I was explaining in my review below.I bought an f250 6.7 super duty from this dealership, no way it was properly inspected as the first oil change I did, I asked them to go ahead and do the fuel filters. The fuel filter hadn t been changed in so long that they couldn t get the filter off without breaking the housing it connects to (it would cost 1k to replace the housing that would have broken if they sent it).I have owned the truck for 7 months and taken very good care of it. Well, the engine seized about a month ago, and it needs a completely new engine. To install a new engine will cost nearly what I purchased the truck for.I am a big ford guy, and I purchased a new ford, to replace this truck that I m still paying for. I don t blame ford, I blame this dealership for not doing the BARE MINIMUM before selling me this truck. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I m going to be in contact with ford corporate to come to a resolution.I recommend if you are buying a used vehicle, you steer FAR clear of this ford dealer. Nothing against ford at all, they make great vehicles. This is particular to this dealership selling a vehicle without doing the bare minimum. They didn t even have the screws to install the license plate.I know others who have been screwed here as well. PLEASE stay far away from them. I am not an angry person trying to trash a COMPANY, but I do hope other customers will see this and be extremely wary and go elsewhere.I work on ford plants as an electrician, I love ford. I can t believe I ve had this experience with a ford dealer. Please heed my advice, and steer clear. I m genuinely trying to save another working person from having to deal with such a dishonest and horrible dealership.

Johnathan at Santa Fe Ford made the process of buying our dream truck stress free. He made sure to show us all the inventory on the lot even a truck he drove down from GA that same day, even though Johnathan was very busy he made sure to answer all of our concerns and since then anytime we need ANYTHING we send a quick text Johnathan and he promptly responds no matter the day and time!Make sure when you're looking for a new vehicle or a trade in to reach out to the man, the myth, the legend... Poor place to do business. Told us they can't get us financed because we live in Georgia. Amazing*Yes, the vehicle has 207,000 miles. I wonder why a dealership would sell a vehicle with such high mileage, especially when they can not secure financing.

Santa Fe Ford has been very good to me. After getting screwed over by a Honda dealership who sold me a tuned raptor with preexisting issues, Ford was able to expediently replace all the aftermarket parts with stock parts, retune my truck, and get it in good working condition in less than a week. You guys are awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised with my car shopping experience. I went in stressing and not looking forward to the process of purchasing a new vehicle and Zach Andes made this experience easy! The service department showed no hesitation in completing the recalls. They also conducted an on demand oil change that wasn t scheduled. My experience was pleasant to say the least. They were personable and professional. They took care of my request quickly. I appreciate their responsive service. I will continue my service with them for future maintenance. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!! I wish i could leave 0 stars. Be very,very cautious when buying from this dealership. I should have left after the Shady sales tactics, but I really wanted this specific car. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After driving the car for 3 months we changed the oil. Immediately afterwards the engine started knocking. I took it to a different dealership for repair. Turns out the car needed a new engine before I bought it. An entire engine! The car has been sitting in the service bay at a different dealership for going on 3 months.Santa Fe tried to cover up the knocking sound with an oil additive. When I brought this to the VPs attention he stated they don't use additives. Once he finally looked at the "inspection " report he started reading Amazon online reviews about the additive thus proving my point about the engine knocking. He then tried to say that we damaged the engine by changing the oil. The cause according to a reputable mechanic is an o ring inside the oil pan which is inside the engine. Previous service records show it needed an engine before I even purchased it. When I called the VP, Mr. Waitcus, to discuss it, he was incredibly rude the whole time. Talking over me every chance he could. He was Very misogynistic, condescending, deceitfuland rude. When I expressed that I felt like I got scammed, He started violently screaming and using verbally abusive language at me until I had to hang up. They never did an actual inspection in the vehicle. The VP told me they don't actually look at the oil when they change it. They don't have time for that. His words. If they had actually inspected it, they would have easily seen the metal shavings. They just flipped it and sold it. So buyer beware ! You'll likely have to spends thousands on repairs and be treated in the worst possible way if you complain. This is not a reputable dealer at all. This is a step below a buy here pay here. I have bought more reliable cars off of Facebook. Save your money, sanity and time. Go elsewhere. ** I didn't write this review to be malicious. No matter what the VP tries to say. This review is factual and accurate. As I did nothing wrong, I have no reason to lie. There is a paper trail showing the car needed an engine before I bought it. After we changed the oil ( which isnt going to damage an upper oil pan seal btw or cause the damage that we also have pictures of) I brought the car to the same service dealership the previous owner did. That's where I got the records for the car. Having never had the car looked at by anyone other that Santa Fe Ford service department. Showing that the car needed a new engine before we purchased it. Considering that the car started knocking after we changed the oil, which in the process removed the MOA additive. Leads us and our mechanic to believe that the additive was added to cover the noise. To get me out the door long enough to respond the way they have.

I brought it there to fix my steering wheel They charged me about $3000. About a week later I started hearing a rattling sound.I took it back to them. I Four hours later call me and tell me they can't find nothing wrong with it. I get it back. The next morning I get a check engine light. When I take it back, they inform it's a fuel exhaust leak. They keep it for over a week. I get in the car the next morning and start driving it check engine light pop up again. After they charge me $406 please don't come here my car have been in there shop for about a month ps go to parks of gainesville .
