Went for an oil change this morning and they had me in and out in no time. He apologized for the wait because they had to get my oil filter and I thought he was joking because it was quick service in my opinion, I think 40 minutes or less start to finish. Had a cylinder misfiring so they replaced an ignition coil, but it blew as soon as I drove it off the lot. Said it wasn't their problem, so I fixed it myself with a new ignition coil and it's been running fine for almost a year since that happened. Scammers.

I came here because of all the great reviews I read online. While I was there Aaron gave me some helpful suggestions on what to do with my exhaust. There was no up selling or tricks to get me to spend crazy amount of money on things I didn't need. The work they did on my car was amazing! And my exhaust looks great! I definitely recommend using them! And they are a very friendly family owned business

Hate to be the first to give a negative review as I tried to rectify the situation few times.I took my car to these people after being recommended by my mechanic for muffler issues. I got a new muffler in my vehicle about 8 months ago and it started to sound loud again.I took my vehicle to them on Friday and told them about the new 8 month old muffler and it sounding loud again. Received a call from a young fella stating that nothing is wrong with the muffler. I asked if he drove the vehicle and he denied, stating that it s Friday and they close early and don t have time to drive it. I replied that it sounds loud when driving. Received a call back in next 30 min stating that the muffler I had changed 8 months ago is a cheap muffler and that s what sounds loud and it would be $140 some dollars plus tax to replace it. I replied that money is not the issue and if it takes care of the problem please fix it. The young man replied that muffler is the issue and he will put a better muffler on it. I was working and left the work to pick it up in the afternoon. However, it start sounding loud again on my way.I called them at the next Monday and talked to the young fella and told him of the unresolved issue. He said that my tires are making that sound and that s all there is to it. (Sigh).I have been driving for a long time and know when the muffler is loud and when the tires make any sound with different tread patterns. And if it was TIRES than why did they replace the 8 month old muffler.Since then I called them twice and asked to talk to the owner to get it looked at again. However, the young fella answered the phone each time and told me both times that owner is busy , owner is not there, he himself is the owner and good luck getting hold of the owner and hanging up the phone on me.Yes! it hurts spending $160 at the shop for nothing. At least be courteous to check the vehicle and tell me that I am wrong or they misdiagnosed the muffler.

My car was making loud noise and another shop told me it will cost $1400 as they wanna replace the Catalitic converter assembly. Then I contacted Gator muffler and they fixed it only for $40!!!! The noise just vanished! It was such a huge relief for me, I felt so grateful to them.They are undoubtedly the best exhaust shop unlike other shops who wanna rob the customers with overcharging. Cheers!!!Update: went there again to fix my brake pads and caliber and again saved like $300

I was having a very strange issue with my battery.When I described what was on the dash light... The person I called here asked if it was a hybrid carWhich it is.He Strongly recommended that I called a dealership that it could be a sophisticated battery problem.Kudos to GatorBefore calling them I called another battery shop and they just told me to jump it and bring it in.So glad I called gator first.

Needed an immediate repair to fix my exhaust leak, which was causing my truck to be very loud. I called and was told to "come on in". This was after calling 3 places much closer to home, whom all wanted me to schedule an appt up to a week away.Upon arriving I was greeted immediately and told I'd be next & 5 min later my truck was being lifted up. The work needed explained and a great price quoted. They performed the repair immediately & had me back on the road in under an hour. This local business has my highest recommendation. I had told 4 people how pleased I was before I even got home. BIG THANKS to the gentlemen at Gator Muffler for your professionalism.Service: Exhaust

Got an oil change which was ok- but then was told I need a whole brake job- took it down the road to Santa Fe Ford and they said everything looked just fine no brakes, or rotors needed (for awhile) they also quoted me $500 less at Santa Fe Ford for the complete brake job. Gets 2 stars because they had the oil change done in 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this place.

Best place to go ever they have a long life customer with me very honest came in thinking I needed a new catalytic converter which was an 800 almost to $1,000 job the owner the father test drove the car was very honest it turned out it was a wheel bearing which he quoted me at least $200 cheaper than everybody else the sons are very hard workers and will recommend this place to anybody

I called first thing in morning and they got me right in to change my converters on my Expedition. Prices were far less than competition and I was out in an hour. Highly recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Just stopped in on a whim as I was passing by. I had gone to Alan's muffler to get one for my truck. 3 days they had it and gave me an estimate over 400. This guy did it then and there in less than on hour for 250 + tax. I will definitely go back and have more work done. Mom and pop shops are still the best deals around. Great job and hats off to Gator muffler.

I ve never dealt with a muffler shop before, but I ve dealt with plenty of businesses that offer great customer service, knowledge, and expertise. This is one of those businesses. I ve only dealt with Aaron, but from my experience from watching the other guy that works there interact with customers, I would imagine he s top notch as well. After speaking with some other customers waiting for their vehicle to be worked on, they had nothing but good things to say about them. What I also like about this place is the transparency of work performed on your vehicle. You can see everything they re doing so there s no surprises. I am also impressed with how quick they work. Few too many times, you ll get a quote over the phone with an estimate of how long it will take and end up paying more and/or staying a little or a lot (Midas) longer. I didn t experience that with the guys at Gator muffler. Top notch folks in a top notch establishment.

Got an oil change on a first come first serv basis. My car barely fit on their lift but we got it and I was out in less than 20 mins. Paid roughly 60 for the oil change.

My exhaust was making a really loud rattling sound. I've seen 3 people. 2 of them couldn't figure it out. The 3rd fixed it for about a week then it came back.Gator muffler welded a clamp. From start to finish it took them 30 minutes.Thanks!Service: Exhaust

My 2008 Toyota Camry recently broke down on my way to Georgia and I took my car here. I don t regret it the mechanics are very knowledgeable, very reliable, and very efficient. The prices are very reasonable, and they ll do the best they can to get your car ready to go and ensure the problem is fixed. My exhaust pipe broke in half while passing through town on a road trip. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. They were very friendly and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Also, I noticed the shop is extremely clean and organized compared to other shops.
