Stopped by to have my battery checked. Sara was great; super friendly, personable, and helpful. Kelly assisted in installing a new battery and when he ran into issues with my current connectors, he decided to splice the old one and put a new (better fitting one) on, all without charge. The best aspect is that Kelly was not even on the clock yet and still worked diligently on my Jeep to ensure it was running and safe. Thank you to all, especially Kelly!

Eric the store manager was on point. Well knowledgeable on the parts I needed. He was nice and helped me install wipers on my truck. Ask for him for your part needs. 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.

I had such a great experience with two employees from my local AutoZone back in September. I stopped by because I wanted to make a new car gift basket as a surprise for my boyfriend who is purchasing a new truck. I figured I d buy all the interior / exterior cleaning supplies, air fresheners, maintenance stuff, etc. & pair it with a first aid kit as a new vehicle cornucopia of sorts. Chloe (sales associate) & Eric Howell (store manager) were absolutely FANTASTIC. They helped me pick out a bunch of things for my gift basket and they both brought the same kind of enthusiasm to the table. Chloe clearly knows her stuff & helped me to pick out the perfect cleaner for leather seats and was just super helpful and nice in general. Eric mentioned a great promotion to me that I d originally overlooked and answered a ton of questions for me. I just had such a great time talking to the both of them and my boyfriend ended up absolutely loving his gift basket. I just wanted to rave about how awesome these two employees are. If you ever want to have a great customer service experience with professionals who know their stuff inside & out and are also great conversationalists - go here! And if anyone knows who I can contact with corporate or how I can get in touch with someone there to let them know how fantastic these two are - please let me know. I d love to pass on glowing reviews.

Poor customer service, sold me defective parts, very dim and unsympathetic employees. Very disappointed. Did business with auto zone for years. 5qts of oil ended up being 4, bottle was short 1 quart, had to buy extra quart to finish the job for an extra $8 as they refused to fix it and laughed at me.

VERY well taken care of by Sara and Jay.Sara tested my battery and was very friendly- I felt at home talking to her.That part I needed was not in store- so I needed to drive to the nearby Autozone- Jay called ahead and had them select a good quality one for me (a battery with a short shelf life)Much appreciation to both Jay and Sara!

Excellent customer service. Eric helped point me in the right direction and saved me money. I wasn't aware of all of the services they offered until today. Great place to go if you need anything for your car. Highly recommend.

Kelly C. 's help was excellent! He located the best for my price limit wipers and air filter, and despite it being a blazing hot day, installed both items. The bolt to the air- filter was being difficult, but he kept trying until it connected despite the intense heat. Great at his job, HE DESERVES A RAISE! Thanks, Kelly!!!

Highly recommend! The store manager Eric helped me find my part in seconds with a great price as well. And he even gave me a learning lesson on how to use a code reader. Very sweet and great service here !

My experience started with Eric helping me to purchase an alternator. His recommendation and advice was spot on. I came back to the store, waited for the part to come in so that I could have it installed elsewhere and Sara helped me to purchase a trailer hitch and while talking to her I inquired about my headlights. She told me about a product to clear that up as well. I can t say enough about how incredible the help is here and if I have any other issues in the future with my car I m coming here first.

I highly recommend this AutoZone! Stopped in to address indicator lights issue. Eric-manager, and Jeremy were an awesome team! Advised me fully on issue and safety to complete my out-of-state trip. Bonus: both are pet lovers. Thank you for a job well done.

Popped my tire nearby and needed to run into this store asap for a car Jack. They were really polite that night and patient with me despite coming in so late and frantic.I asked if it would definitely work for my Jeep Patriot (sort of needed it to since I was stuck outside) and the salesman, Eric, said yes. Well, it lifted the weight of the car but it couldn t lift it high enough. The jeep is really raised up so I get it. I d have returned it on the spot but the store closed right when I walked out.Came in a couple weeks later to do the return found out their policy didn t allow it and I respect that, but Eric the same gentleman acted different. He half hazardously removed it from the box and pretty much drops it on the ground, afterward claiming we broke the handle off it. We didn t it s a piece of plastic that pops right back on and functions fine.But what bothered me most was that he wouldn t believe me when I told him that he was the one that claimed it would work for my car with no issue. I assured him I wasn t lying, but he just denied ever saying that to me. Said he d never give false information, and even made sure of who sold it to me it was him.But he did give me false info he did assure that it would work, and even joked that I can buy one that could lift the entire car if I m worried about it not working out.Meanwhile another store I contacted told me the same policy, but was far more polite and even made sure I was using it right and gave recommendations for making it work with my taller car. We re all human and make mistakes I bought the wrong Jack for instance. I don t even mind that they can t take it back. But when an associate states I m remembering things wrong and underhandedly accuses me of lying when I am not, I lose interest in ever coming back.

Excellent customer service. I was dangerously low on anti freeze on my way to Jacksonville for a doctor's appointment. I showed up at this store 30 mins before they opened and they graciously sold it to me and poured it into tank. They go above and beyond. Very great full for thier help!!!

Excellent customer service! The battery went out in my truck yesterday while pulling my camper. Called this AutoZone and they verified over the phone that they had the proper battery, there was room in the parking lot to bring my truck and camper in, and that they had somebody who could help me install the new battery.When I arrived, Jeremy explained the battery options, made a recommendation, and then helped me install it. He had the proper tools and knowledge. These new batteries are much more difficult to install. The whole effort took less than 30 minutes.Thanks Jeremy and AutoZone for the great experience!

i went to auto zone to get a head light bulb put in after several auto parts stores told me they were unable to do it. Jeremy took this as a challenge and with his expertise and overwhelming kindness saved the day! Thank you so much Jeremy for being such a life saver! I can t thank you enough! James quite literally saved our lives. We were on the way back from Miami, FL to Athens, GA when we noticed a problem with our brakes. He was extremely kind, warm, funny, and helpful. Fantastic Customer service. I went there a few months ago, and I'm a little strange; I carry a fake Skeleton in a tuxedo around in my car with me. I pulled up to the location, and one of the employees immediately started cracking jokes with me about the skeleton in my car. He helped me find what I was looking for (new windshield wipers) for my car super quickly, for a fantastic price, and after purchasing even helped installed them for me. I could not recommend this location more!

Went in to get a Durlast Gold battery replaced under warranty. The store was out of the size for my vehicle. Eric, the store manager, without me even asking, offered to replace my battery with the next level up battery at no cost. It is a real treat when someone goes the extra mile without having to make a fuss.

Stopped in to have my battery checked & Adam D. Said my altenator was going bad & gave me the print out of the one he had in stock. I went back a little over 2 hrs later to purchase it & another fellow asked what he could help me with & I told him I was in earlier & Adam had already helped me & he was still there & told the other guy he knew what I was there for. Excellent service guys. And you remember what I needed. Long time customer & will continue to go to your stores.

Yes please. Most of these stores (auto parts) are all set up the same, just carbon copies of each other. I've only been here once, because I live in another city. I was staying with my girlfriend, and my car had taken a bad turn for the worse. Only running on 3 out of 4 cylinders. I checked online first, they had everything I needed in stock: plugs, coils, tools, etc. Counter guy was super helpful. I had a list of part numbers I wanted. He pulled the parts, found me a discounted socket of the correct size for plugs and reminded me of boot grease for the new coils. Which, I got enough to do all of them, being 200k miles. Quick- super helpful- good stock- my car was running better that afternoon. Thank you
