I came here because in the middle of rush hour traffic my car decided it was a good time to lose about 90% of its braking ability. Nothing bad happened, thankfully, and I managed to get home (yay for stick shift and hand brake) and this shop was half a mile from my house so I figured it was my safest bet the following morning, instead of driving somewhere further away. The shop owners were courteous and stayed in communication with me throughout the repair. Unfortunately some of the major components of my hydraulic braking system had totally failed and needed replacing but they let me know ahead of time of price estimates and charged a fair amount for a pretty substantial repair to my 2008 Toyota. My brakes work perfectly again and I've been driving a lot this week so I think it's safe to say the repairs were performed well :) I definitely recommend Alachua Tire and Brake if you need anything done for your brakes!

Wrong size tires installed after given the correct size. $110 dollars waisted. Found out later they didn t have the correct size but still accepted my money.Service: TiresService: Tires

They have helped me plenty of times in a pinch all at a good price and friendly customer service. Very honest and they don't try to rip you off. (Definitely recommend)

Apparently it's still showing as open, but has been closed for a long time

If you need a repair, oil change, etc., go to this shop. Honest, reliable, low cost, etc. I highly recommend them.
