This is the most professional business. Like used car lot. I have ever dealt with in my 60 yearstheir response. Time and care for the customer satisfaction was above and beyond. What most car lots perform? We are so happy to have. Purchased our vehicle from hereyou will be too.

I had been looking around for a reasonably priced work truck. I caught Alachua Motor's post about this truck on their Facebook feed and drove up to take a look. We were able to make a deal without any hassle. Rick and Debbie made the transaction easy. We did have a little hiccup with the truck, which I sent Rick an email on and he promptly addressed the issue without hesitation. I would recommend if you are in the market for a used, fairly priced vehicle, stop by and see Rick and Debbie; they will take care of you.

Purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius. Car is in great shape and drove 2 hours back home like a champ! Rick was really nice, and was able to answer every question we had. Highly recommend buying a car from here!

First of all from the day I called about this truck and test drove it I was able to hold it for 5 days $500, until I got a loan to purchase. Then when I did get the loan they gave me my $500 back! After picking it up I had noticed a check engine light that was not there before and they very happily told me to take it to the ford dealership to get it fixed. Easy peasy I took it up there and they got it all done, paid and back on the road. The next few days I realized something was still wrong, again I called the dealership and they said take it to transmission doctors. Unfortunately found out I needed a new transmission, and again they got it fixed and paid for a BRAND NEW transmission for me! I have to say the office lady Dalia and the owner Ricardo are very very nice easy going people and they stand behind there product! I would 10/10 recommend choosing a vehicle from here!

We bought a 2014 Equinox. It was in immaculate shape. Rick and his wife were both extremely nice and easy to work with. When we test drove it the AC wasn't blowing cold so we let Rick know. Next time we drove the vehicle, AC worked great. Thank you for an easy and pleasant buying experience. Would recommend. Also the cars are reasonably priced.

Rick and Alachua motors is the best place for used cars I recently bought truck from them after paying for truck in full and leaving few hour later the motor went out. With no questions asked Rick replaced the motor and had my truck up and going few days later.. This place is a awesome where else is there a car lot or sales man that stands behind there vehicles.. Anywhere else soon as you pulled off the lot they would have said sorry sale as is.. NOT ALACHUA MOTORS THEY STOOD BEHIND THERE SALE.RICK AND ALACHUA MOTORS THANK YALL SO MUCH

Very very surprised by how great of a use car sales place this is I had bought a car from there from Mrs.amber and she made everything fast and easy no hassle at all after owning the car a few days I had key troubles mr.Rick the owner didn t blink a eye at jumping on it and fixing it free of charge for me and did it quick to I had got the car back and started having transmission problems and once again they didn t blink a eye to jump on it and put a brand new transmission in it for me free of charge again I would recommend anyone to come here from buying your first vehicle to owning another one

I ve been trying to get in touch with the owner for about a 6 months now first of all he sold me a rebuilt car without any number and the car was filthy and the tires almost killed me
