Had a great experience with Marie, who did a great job showing me the cars and going out with me on test drives. Haven t made my decision yet but this is definitely what I wish every dealership experience was like.

All staff is so great and willing to show case there products. I was surprised with level of knowledge that this guys have. Highly recommend Tesla and just got my second one. Could not be happier with my purchase

Tesla Washington DC store advisor, Sebastian Ascanio answers all our Tesla model questions and helps us buying a new Tesla step by step. He is awesome. We really appreciate his professional support.

City center Tesla was amazing start to finish of getting our model Y Tesla. Han and Joh were truly so understanding with our needs and all of questions. We are a military family who really couldn t do the regular steps on the Tesla app to purchase our model Y because our home of residency was not Dc and it was South Carolina it made things a little challenging. Fortunately Han was on top of everything and worked closely with Jon to make sure our car was being registered to SC. I felt like I called and emailed an abundant amount of times but they were never annoyed and said they were there to help. We re so happy they helped us from test driving to helping us get our model Y. Great customer service from start to finish. Thanks guys!

My brother recently decided that he wanted to check out a Tesla model 3, so one morning we took a walk to the Tesla dealership in City Center. We both were expecting to just take a look and nothing else, but we were extremely wrong. We were greeted by Juliana a Tesla advisor as soon as we walked in. Juliana couldn t have been more patient with us, she went over the entire car and once she was done she invited us for a test drive. She was not pushy at all, but definitely showed a lot of passion when she started talk about the car. I highly recommend dealing with Juliana she was truly remarkable and my brother is extremely pleased with all the follow up she has done to ensure that his delivery will go smoothly.

I called the DC location to order of tesla Y model. I spoke to Sherif ,who was very knowledgeable and professional! He answered my questions and provided directions on how to order the vehicle. I was nervous but he patiently explained everything that I needed to know!If you are trying to get a Tesla in Northern Virginia, please go to DC location and find Sherif. He will take excellent care of you.** He was very helpful. He personally called around and found me a Y model that matched my specifications. I was able to pick it up on time, Highly recommend that if Tesla is a car you're thinking of trying out, spend your time at the DC dealership. Truly blew my mind.I have had great experiences here.Thank you Sherif

Hyun is absolutely amazing. He made the process so easy. This is my first electric car and i am so happy with my purchase . Hyun took his time and explained everything step by step. He has complete knowledge of the vehicles and he will answer any questions you have on the process. Thank you so much for making this transition go so smooth. You are awesome !!!! I will definitely tell other people who are looking for a telsa to come check you guys out.

Amazing experience at Tesla DC. Great customer service with knowledgeable sales representatives (shout out to Hyun) who were patient with all of my questions/concerns. Highly recommend this location if you are shopping for a new car. Can't recommend them enough, visit this location you will not be dissapointed!

Regrettably, the information I received from a sales representative at least a couple of times was incorrect. I was provided with assistance that has ultimately resulted in not being which entailed financial repercussions for me. I raised the issue with store and I am waiting to hear from the supervisor of the store leader to open a dialogue to try to solve the issue. I will keep you posted as soon as I receive any response.

Buyer beware, I was told to apply I needed to pay $250 then after failing to get financing they kept my $250. They scamming people for deopsits. So be ready to risk $250 just for a financing application...

What an amazing experience. When you go for a visit or test drive as for Kameron, she is the best. She knows 100% of the information and she knows and showcases all of the cool features of the vehicle. This was truly an enjoyable experience, thanks Kameron.

1 year past. 18000 miles. Tons of problems with M3. They do not stand behind warranty. They will not tell you that your battery will degradate fast. All Youtubers paid by Tesla.customer service and dealers rude and will not give a f about your Tesla problems. Never again!

Yesterday I called the DC location to schedule a test drive of the Y model. I spoke to Matt who was very professional and set me up to come in within a few hours. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff. Matt was still working with another customer (I arrived a few minutes early) and he asked Shaun (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong) to take me to the car. This young man was cool, knowledgeable and professional! He answered my questions and provided directions on how to operate the vehicle. I was nervous because I had never driven an electric car before but he patiently explained everything that I needed to know!When I returned from test driving, Matt was ready, and we started the ordering process. In all of my car buying experiences, I have to say this was the fastest, and easiest experience ever! As Matt was entering my information, I would stop him if a question came to mind and he would stop and answer. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and satisfactorily answered my questions. He also walked me around to show me some of the accessories, specifically the charger and outlet options.In closing, I am a very observant person and appreciated how each customer was attended to as soon as the entered the store! I am happy that I chose this location, and can t wait to take possession of my beautiful candy apple red Tesla

Just had the worst experience. I needed help with my application and wanted to know a little more about the model 3. Two of the employees left out when I came in and the one that was left never got off the phone so I had to wait around for the other employee to come back, which was about 15 minutes. Once she was there she basically told me to redo the application on my phone and awkwardly sat navigating on her computer as I struggled through. I ended up just leaving with no real assistance. TWO other people came in and got served immediately and had a completely different experience than myself. I will never go back to this location ever again. BLACK AND BROWN people proceed with caution.

What is wrong with this location's phone? Is the ringer at a decibel only heard by dogs? I had a very simple question about my car and tried every single option on the pre-recorded message trying to get through over the course of a few hours and seemingly every single one of them routed me towards someone who views picking up phone calls as optional and couldn't be bothered to do so a single time. I called enough times to comfortably rule out the possibility that they were simply busy at the time, so I can only conclude this was pure laziness or that they just did not care enough to answer. This was also the case for several other locations, both stores and service centers, which is mind boggling and simply appalling for a company who I just bought a car from for $60,000 to display such apathy towards providing even the most baseline level of customer service and support. Teslas are incredible, but the service is amongst the worst of any company I have ever experienced in my entire life. Get it together and pick up the phone.

I made an appointment to test drive a car and had planned on putting in an order to purchase one today. When I arrived, I was told that they didn t have any cars to test drive. I told him I had a confirmation email and he said if they don t call it s not confirmed. How is anyone supposed to know that? An emailed confirmation means you re confirmed. Absolutely useless and wasted time when I could ve gone to another location.

I requested a callback last week about a Tesla I was interested in and was promptly contacted by Lauren. She was extremely helpful, and had no trouble answering my questions, as well as guiding me through the purchase and delivery processes. It was a pleasure working with her!

The location was a mixed bag for me. I was straight up ignored for the first 45 minutes. The reps looked at me but didn't acknowledge me at all until they realized that I was not leaving. #CameWithAPurpose. Ultimately I test drove the vehicle and ordered it that day. Responsiveness from our rep, J., has been lackluster at best but to God be all the glory, we are getting it done! Count down to ownership.

This was an extremely disappointing visit for my family, overall. The tesla itself was impressive, which is what matters, but with the late opening and rude, uninterested employees, we left feeling very let down and upset enough to leave a review:/An example of the rudeness was one of the two employees telling me, without looking up from his computer, that the restroom was not open to just anyone from the public , obviously not recognizing that we had been looking around for almost 30 minutes prior. I would hope that this establishment can improve from my review.

The cars, the ambiance, the customer service. All A++. Stopped by today to discuss cars. Ended up taking a test drive and signing up for solar panels. If you are able to save the environment and save a little money while also driving a nice car why not?!

It's been a while since I stopped at this store, and Tyler and the other folks there were helpful and answered all my questions. I since bought a Model X and can't say enough good things about it... And the ones Tesla makes now get over 10% better mileage than mine, as Tesla is constantly improving their cars rather than waiting for a "Model year" to come around
