Avoid this place like the plague!What a sham. I brought my car here because my insurance suggested it as the only place that could get to fixing my car right away. Otherwise, I d be waiting a few months. So, despite the horrible reviews, I dropped my car off here. I truly regret that decision.First, trying to get any info from them regarding anything is an absolute nightmare. Like so many others, I was told false information and given the runaround every time I d call for any kind of info.Next, when I received my car back, I noticed plenty of new nicks, dents, and scratches on my car s exterior and interior, as well as a thick coat of overcoat on the windshield, making it very difficult to see out of, and the passenger side window, which is strange, because no work needed to be on that side. The siding that was replaced didn t align very well, nor did the headlamp that was replaced. Soon, I discovered missing nuts and bolts.Then I noticed empty or extremely low fluids, including the power steering fluid, which was very concerning.After reviewing the invoice they sent my insurance company, I discovered some interesting things, and potential inconsistencies. They said they replaced the wheel and ball joint, among other things, regarding the collision site. However, both of those things appear to have not been touched, as they are obviously old and look like the originals. Also, the issue I was having with the ball joint has only gotten worse since I picked up my car. Suspicious.Since I ve given so many negatives, I ll give a couple positives. The receptionists are polite. Also, the alignment was pretty good, but definitely not perfect. Ok, that s it for positives. I truly have no clue how this place is still in business.

Second time I m leaving a review because that s how terrible this location and their management are (specifically John). After months of dealing with them about burn marks they left in my car, the side molding that they had reinstalled was coming off - this is supposed to be covered by their warranty. I have called them dozens of times and driven the car there multiple times over the past few months to try and get this resolved.A list of things that have happened as I try to resolve this:- Being told to bring in my car to take a look and once getting there, saying that no one is available and to bring it in next week- Being hung up on- Being told that the shop would call me back and never receiving anything (I would have to call back multiple times)- Having the molding reinstalled, only for it to start falling off a week later- Saying that the part was ordered, when it wasn t- Giving no updates and or no communication at all- Being told different things by different people at the shop (one person said that the part hadn t arrived yet and would investigate and then someone else saying the part arrived last week)- Telling them the date/time I would come in and then receiving an email that my appointment is completely different than what I had said- Overall hostile attitude by their manager, JohnArguably the worst customer experience I have ever had. I usually don t write google reviews, and I have never once contacted a company - but I had to because of how terrible this was.

I was a little sketched out after I dropped off my car and I saw how many recent awful reviews there were. However, that was not my experience. Crash Champions did a good job, did the repairs in a timely manner, and communicated thoroughly throughout the repair process. The team from the woman at the front desk did a great job communicating the process and any possible overages. The estimator was new to the location and seemed extremely knowledgeable. While I only met the technician who did the work briefly when he drive my car off the lot, he seemed extremely experienced and could tell he understood my car.Crash Champions took the extra care to make sure my car was inside the shop (so the inside of my car wouldn't get soaked from rain and a broken rear windshield).I don't get why there were so many awful reviews besides maybe that ownership had recently changed to Crash Champions from Service King.

When I took the car in I told them I had two weeks before I was leaving on a trip. I was told no problem. I kept getting all these automated alerts giving me different days for the car being ready. I finallly went there ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT and it was not 100% finished as the license plate holder was not on it but I took it anyhow. I have been trying to get that license plate holder on for the past two months since I have returned and when I go by there is always an excuse why they don't have it. I call and no one calls me back. So I originally took the car in in early December and although it is driveable they still have not finished the work and never follow up with me.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!....Avoid this place at all cost. I took my car for a repair estimation a while a go (I regret I don't check their Google reviews) first they told me they would send the estimation to my insurance company ASAP....that was not true... (usually other repair shops give you the copy of your estimation right away and send another copy to your insurance company) they just make me waiting and waiting... when ever I tried to reach them by phone... the lady on the phone always told me.... it will be sent by the end of the day.... but nothing was sent to my insurance company. When my insurance company tried to contact them, they were not responding and put the representative on hold.....it was a nightmare, and it was just the worst service I ever had.

Tiya and Dwayne on the front desk are the loveliest folk. Not just their interaction with us, we noticed their patience, compassion and professionalism with every customer they dealt with. So good to find real human beings in customer service.

You have an appointment to have your car arrive for service, and they don't even look at it for a full week.Then they make all sorts of excuses on parts taking over a month to arrive for service.No sense of urgency, and takes forever to get any comnmunication back, and when they do; there's no real sense of empathy or attempt to do better to make things right while I'm losing income from my vehicle being in the shop.Service: Body & Trim

Not a great experience here. They consistently lied about when parts were coming in. Not just unavoidable delays, but straight up lying. We were able to source the needed parts at the dealership with no problem.They also left out a cotter pin that was caught when we had it checked out at the dealership.If you value your sanity and safety, go somewhere else.

Not recommended at all , had the worst experience with a body shop with these guys. First it took them 2 months to get the job done . When they called and said the car was ready , i got there and I could clearly see a lot of issues still with the car .They don t even deserve that one star. If it s your first time keep looking these guys are the worst .

Never bring your car here they are disrespectful will keep your car for months and months and we have you paying more money than really have to pay!!! Please stay away from this place they are awful. The manager is disrespectful and needs to be fired.

Run from this place and avoid at all cost. This was a two month saga story that ended with my car having new damage from when I brought it in. Only bring your car here if you don't need it back for a few months and want a headache and are willing to call them everyday.Car was dropped off and needed new parts for the steering column and a new window. Was in the shop for a month, no calls or updates. Going on the 4th week I began calling, constantly being told false promises about the car deadlines being ready, being told I'd receive calls back which never came. 4 weeks becomes 6 weeks, with no loaner car and more false promises, being told the car is done on a Tuesday but just needs to be "cleaned and detailed" and should be ready on Thursday at the latest but then by Friday it's still waiting to be washed. At this point its almost 2 months with no car. I tell them I don't care about the car wash or detailed I just want the car but they still refuse saying it's in line and can't be pulled out?? They claim it has to be cleaned even if I don't want it to be?? Takes another few days and at this point I'm calling multiple times a day, everyday. Finally the day arrives when they say it's ready. It wasn't ready.I arrive and the car is working but the paint on the door where they replaced the window is chipped and pealing. The representative pulls up a photo, infront of me for me to see, of plastic wrap they used on the car in the exact spot where the paint missing and agrees, the paint was there when the car was dropped off and after having it in their hands, no longer has paint. She apologies, admits fault and says if I leave the car for 24 hrs it will be ready. It was 3 days. They claimed they had to resubmit with my insurance to cover the damage they caused on my car and also claimed they are unable to get someone on the phone from my insurance. This is not true because I spoke to my insurance representative the next day and he lets me know he has actually called and spoke to them on the phone and that since the collision center caused this issue and it's not part of the original claim and won't be covered because this was caused by the collision center.So now this place that has had my car for two months, caused new damage, accepted blame and offered to "sand it down and re-prime and paint" is walking it all back saying they won't cover the cost because there is a lawsuit for the exact paint color on my car that is prone to peeling. Instead of doing right and sticking to what they said 3 days prior, they find the first way out that removes any liability and responsibility leaving me with a new spot on my car that is going to rust.Finally I decide to accept the loss and tell them fine, I'll pick up my car. I wait one day and the next day they call me claiming I have 24hrs to pick up the car without incurring fees because they need it off their lot. THIS IS AFTER 2 MONTHS it's been sitting there and suddenly they need it gone now. I go to get the car and keys and they proceed to give me the wrong keys 3 different times. I have to wait for an hour while they need to figure out where the right keys are, why they weren't labeled properly. Not only that, the "new" key they got made doesn't even work so I'm forced to use the old key. They claim the key service will be calling me to fix this key. Whether or not that is true we'll see.The absolute kicker to all this. The car was at half a tank when I brought it in. After turning it on, it had less than empty meaning either they had it running a long time, someone drove it, or someone siphoned gas from their lot. Your guess is as good as mine.To be fair, the receptionist and representative Christina and others are absolutely caught in the middle of everything but this is absolutely unacceptable. I literally saw mechanics in their lot on the phone with the boss/owner yelling how understaffed they are and to try and fire them because they know they can't. They're understaffed, poorly organized and can't stand by their word or work in the slightest.Run

My car was brought to this shop. After receiving it back there were damages to my vehicle that were not there before. There was absolutely no gas in my vehicle. And my windshield had cut marks. After calling to find out what happened and requested that they review the cameras, they continued to state my car was in a safe place and my vehicle was underground. I again advised them to review the cameras, I received a click. They hung up on me. These people are unprofessional. My vehicle was there for three weeks. This place needs to be shutdown. Running outcof room cannot see last 2 sentrncesneed to shut yhis place fown

If you can, avoid this place at all cost. They were recommended by USAA (after an accident with their insurance holder) and I have been missing parts from a vehicle repair for three months (as I write this, I am still missing it honest to God). They have horrible customer service (General Manager, John) and there seems to be some unsavory business practices happening. Avoid-avoid-avoid.

I had my car repaired at this shop not too long ago, and had an overall good experience. They were quick and notified me as soon as my repairs were done. The craftsmanship of the body shop was also great. Sadly, I had to bring my car in again due to another collision. From the second I walked in the door to when I picked up my belonging Tiya, the receptionist, was the kindest and sweetest person to deal with. She was so patient and kept me up-to-date on the status of my car when waiting for Enterprise to them pulling it up so that I could grab my things. She is a true example of great customer service. She treated everyone that walked in the door with respect and offered to help in any way she could. Everyone is quick to write a bad review, but not as quick to write a good one especially when it comes to great customer service. Thank you, Tiya! I appreciate all your efforts! It's ok. The customer service is friendly and swift. However, the completion date kept moving back. The job went from a few days to a week to a week and a half. So it just made life a bit complicated. And they are closed on weekends...but it's not a bad place.

They repaired my car's front fender to look like new - and in just a few days. This is the 2nd time that I have used Service King Collision Northwest, and I have been really satisfied each time.

The customer service from one of the managers (john) was mediocre. I had a simple issue that he didn t care to fix.. It was almost like he didn t need my business and had 0 interest in client satisfaction. I wouldn t use this place again.

I was disappointed with the new owners. I needed a side mirror replaced like I had twice before (don't ask) brought in the part (like I had done before TWICE) and was told they won't install owner supplied parts.Maybe do a great job and are in a convenient place, but I won't be back.

Maybe there was a change in staff/management or something because my experience here was great and did not line up with the negative reviews. Everybody who I interacted with was very kind, professional, and organized. They gave me regular updates on the status of my car, and they communicated clearly what was going on and what my insurance company was saying about costs/repairs. Very satisfied!

This place was terrible. It took them almost a year to replace a tire that was fine when I dropped it off and when I picked up it was damaged. I had to call them every two weeks about a tire and it said it would call me back never did so finally after almost a year they ordered the tire let my car sit there all day for me to pick it up at somebody ordered the wrong size so I had to bring it back again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I don't understand even after becoming under New Management it was still the same stuff

They burned my leather seats while repairing my car. DO NOT GO HERE.This shop burned my leather seats/left marks while repairing my car and are not owning up to it. I ve been dealing with them for MONTHS. They have been giving me the run around and are hostile when I talk to them. Terrible shop and terrible customer service.Still trying to deal with them.

I took my car to Service King after a collision, and they were amazing from start to finish. We needed the repairs done quickly for a bunch of reasons, and after touching base with them about this, they sped up the process and kept us in the loop about the timeline. KJ, in particular, was excellent. I really appreciated the speed, quality, and care that they took with us. Our car was ready several days earlier than we expected! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They staff was very polite but they called me to keep me updated with my car. (mr.KJ) he was they best. He was so nice and pleasant they way he treated and explained everything to me. Was very helpful I would recommend everyone to co to survice king. And them to ask for (Mr.KJ.) KJ the man with the you all had my car looking it had a make over. For y all. Keep up the good work

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR CAR REPAIRS.If I could give 0 stars, I would because I m losing my patience with Service King. The first time I came to Service King my car was repaired in about 3 1/2 weeks and the communication was amazing so I was confident with having them repair my car this time. That was my biggest mistake because this time has left me incredibly frustrated and ready to take my car back and have the repairs completed elsewhere. I got into an accident on 11/20/2021 but because of the holiday they didn t receive my vehicle until 12/01/2021. Today is 03/08/2022 and my car is still not repaired with no end in sight. I tried to be patient because they said my car parts were on back order but at this point my car has been in paint and polish for weeks. Every time I call they give me a different estimated completion date and tell me that they ll contact me if that changes. Never once has anyone contacted me to tell me my completion date has changed. I only find out when I call on the alleged completion date and my car isn t complete. It also doesn t help that they keep telling my insurance adjuster the wrong completion date, preventing me from keeping a rental. They always tell me that the service manager, John, will give me a call with updates since he s handling my case but he never calls. I m tired of getting the run around and will never use Service King.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awful customer service. Service advisor, Nicole, blatantly lied and told me she had been calling me all day for me to pick up my car. I did not receive any calls. Very nasty attitude. Spoke to second service advisor, Iris, received the same service and she continued making up excuses for not following through on steps they were supposed to take to contact insurance company. Even though in neighborhood, would not return or recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. They had my car for over a month before I learned (from my insurance provider, ServiceKing never actually called me) that they actually couldn t fix my car at all. They also fine you $75 per day that you don t pick up your car after they are done with it, no exceptions. This would be fine except that they NEVER update you on the repair status, NEVER provide estimates as to when it will be done, and apparently just keep your car for weeks without doing any work at all on it. Go somewhere else!!

Do not go here! I made the mistake go taking my car here twice for repairs. The first time they screwed up the battery and I had my to bring my car back after a few days after having it die on me multiple times. They replaced the battery and asked me not to say anything about it on the customer service survey. It was a frustrating experience but I didn t say anything because people make mistakes. The second time I brought my car there, they quoted me a little over $1000 in repairs but when I got there they demanded $2000 (double!) to get my car back. They said additional work was needed but they never reached out to me to authorize the work and the guy who was in charge (same one that asked me to lie on the customer service survey) admitted he made a mistake but said he couldn t do anything about it. I have never written an angry review before, but I genuinely want to protect anyone as naive as I was. Save yourself some money and a massive headache. Do not go here.Service: Body & Trim

Requested and received an online estimate. It was acceptable, so i called to schedule service. I was told I needed to speak with a service person. However, the receptionist refused to schedule a call that worked for my schedule. Said they will call me at their convenience, not mine. I will be taking my car elsewhere.

The only reason this isn t a one-star is because our vehicle was eventually fixed we think. Shoddy work, poor service, and general disorganization. Do not recommend.We ve typically used Imperial Auto Body; they re great. After a recent collision, we decided to try Service King because the location is much more convenient and, like Imperial, it had a partnership with our auto insurance provider.It took three tries for Service King to get the repair right. The job involved replacing both driver s side doors, and when they first told me that the vehicle was ready, it was immediately apparent that the doors had not been installed properly: the rear door was visibly sticking out, the two doors were spaced too far apart, and they were not aligned with one another. The Service King manager agreed to do the job again but he didn t apologize either.On the second try, the rear door was finally flush with the rest of the vehicle, but the two doors were still much farther apart from one another compared to the doors on the passenger side. I m not talking about some kind of fine measurement there was a noticeable difference clear to the naked eye. Once again, though the manager didn t deny the need for further work, he didn t express any kind of apology and, in fact, seemed annoyed that I d again pointed out an issue.On the third try, Service King called me at least four times and sent an email in all-caps to let me know that the car was ready. Clearly, they were ready to be done with this job. Once again, the doors were still visibly farther apart on the drivers side than on the passengers side. Worse, despite the apparent urgency with all the calls and the email, the car wasn t truly ready as they d described sure the work may have been completed (in their view) but the car was stuck inside the garage, not on the lot. So, even after all the calls to come pick up the vehicle, I had to wait for 20+ minutes until the car was brought up, only to see that the job still was not complete.Finally, after this latest shortcoming, they got the doors right. As you might imagine, given the lack of attention to detail, it s hard not to wonder about the quality of the work overall and the parts of the vehicle that were repaired that we can t see.Hopefully there won t be a next time. But, suffice to say, if there is, we re going with Imperial.Service: Body & Trim
