Why can t all car buying experiences be like Polestar?Choosing your model and pricing expectations are all done before you pay your deposit, and hand-off with the team at the DC Space was friendly and smooth.Everyone who I interacted with was responsive and knowledgeable about my questions before and after taking delivery.I m very happy with my new Polestar 2 and the process to acquire it.

Throughout my first order/experience with Polestar, I dealt mainly with Haman, Nate and Firooz all of which were very knowledgeable of all Polestar products and services. They did an outstanding job communicating throughout my order, answering any and all questions I could come up with. Within 1 hour of delivery of my car, Nate sat down on the phone and gave me a compete run down of the interior and made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. For a newer brand, Polestar does a great job at making you feel welcomed and valued by the team. Look forward to working with them in the future

Justin, Paul, and Paola are the greatest! I wish every buying experience was this smooth, absolutely no pressure tactics to buy, they all were very helpful answering questions and let me test drive several times including with my wife and newborn and were very patient. Leased a Polestar2 and haven't looked back, we love it and the level of support, communication and service is unmatched! I work around the corner from the Space in DC and live in Maryland near the service center so the proximity to both locations is a great value add. The whole process was a breeze, would definitely come back in a few years to see the 3 or 4 to replace my wifes suv.

I had a great car buying experience at Polestar Washington DC. The entire process was very laid back and not at all pushy. The space itself is very clean and modern, with a good display of Polestar's current vehicle lineup. The sales associates were knowledgeable about each model and had a passion for the brand. The test drive was a good mix of city, urban, and highway driving and really showed off the features of the Polestar 2. Finally, the sales process and vehicle pickup were smooth and painless. I have been very happy with my Polestar 2 and am thankful to the Polestar Washington DC team for their help along the way.

Our experience with Polestar in DC has been outstanding! Paul was there to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and made it very easy working with him, from the first day doing a test drive to the day we purchased our car. And needless to say, we absolutely love our Polestar 2!

WOW! Polestar in DC. The showcase/showroom is beautiful. Modern, bright, and a perfect location!The staff is fully knowledgeable about the brand and fully electronic cars and SUVs. I didn't give 5 stars because DC is not a good location to test drive cars (parking is a problem). Fortunately we actually drove polestar 2 with Hertz rental so we knew about the car. We leased through DC space and all the steps from order/communicate/handover/paperwork went smoothly. Nate from DC space and guys in Volvo Rockville helped to make it a great positive experience. The whole pickup/paperwork process took about 1 hour. I hope all car purchases in future are like this.

I recently bought a Polestar 2 from Polestar of Washington DC, and The team there was immediately responsive anytime I had a question or needed help with something. They walked me through documents, kept me up to date about the delivery of my vehicle, set up all the technology to work with my phone and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I drove off.These days, it's easy to be cynical about car dealers �and my prior experience with Tesla was not good but Polestar DC has earned every one of these five stars.My Polestar 2 is an incredible car. It runs circles around my Tesla. So does this dealer.

The Polestar Sales Team at the Washington DC Space was fantastic. Haman and his team took care of the process and made sure that we were happy every step of the way up until delivery. The Polestar 2 has been a great car full of tech, fun to drive. One reason I will come back to Polestar to purchase the next SUV is because of the customer service provided by the team not to mention the Polestar 3's good looks and tech.

Had a great experience overall shopping for our first EV. We were cross shopping between a few, but immediately knew the Polestar 2 was for us as soon as the test drive ended. Haman, Nate, and Justin were all amazing to work with. Very responsive and helpful, even after delivery! The DC Space itself is very convenient to get to, and minimalistic in all the right ways. It was also cool that we were the first people to take delivery of our Polestar in the DC Space. Looking forward to enjoying our car! Thanks again Haman and team!

Outstanding Polestar Space!!! Haman and his team are amazing! Friendly, straightforward and accommodating staff. This space is overall 5 star in all categories. I would not hesitate doing business with Polestar Washington DC again. Highly recommended if you re are looking for a Polestar Vehicle (which btw they are amazing!!). I m extremely happy and pleased with my purchase and the customer service that has been provided to me. I m a very happy customer and happy P2 owner.

Best car buying experience ever! I purchased my Polestar 2 via the Polestar website so I had no idea what to expect once the dealership took over the delivery process. Even if I had set extraordinary expectations for the dealership and their delivery process, they were far exceeded. This was not my first rodeo as I have purchased dozens of cars, and this dealership not only delivered an amazing car, they delivered impeccable service. Every question I had was met with an an answer and the dealership was proactive in reaching out during every step of the process to make sure the delivery of the vehicle was as easy as possible for me. The experience felt personal and totally tailored to my needs and sometimes my needs can be a bit nit-picky.I picked up my Polestar 2 and set out on a 10 hour drive to Cape Cod where I live. I encountered a software glitch on the drive which required immediate service and contacted my local Boston Polestar dealer to address the issue. That dealership told me they were busy and to leave the car with them for a month and that they would not be able to provide a loaner car for me for that time. I reached out to Polestar DC and their service department spent the next day working with the regional polestar rep. Within 24 hours they had my car placed in service at a dealership in Connecticut and a loaner car was waiting for me upon arrival. This is the level of service Polestar DC offers its customers and for that I am beyond grateful.

Awesome experience! Sean is extremely fantastic, absolutely dedicated to his work and communicated with us throughout the whole process. Everything he did we wished we could see in other dealerships! I have been car shopping for several months for a new work/personal vehicle. I had very specific requirements around style, luxury, uniqueness and environmentally friendly. The Polestar2 checks all the boxes and more. However, the biggest surprise was the remarkable team at the Rockville Maryland location. Oroko was the most delightful and knowledgeable salesperson of all dealerships I visited. Justin was a stunning wingman as he explained all the technology of the 2023 cutting-edge systems. Patrick the service manager greeted me with donuts and a million dollar that said welcome to the family. Firooz was the most passionate finance manager I have ever encountered in my 42 years of buying new cars. Last but not least, Haman the Space Manager is the definition of a leader! This team is magnificent because Haman sets the tone from the top with grace, integrity and an uncannily ability to make one feel part of the family!

The entire team was great from start to finish! Car shopping can be the most stressful process but they made the entire experience easy and smooth. I got my first electric car and had a lot of questions. The team was patient, showed expert knowledge on their vehicles and packages, and really went the extra mile with their customer service! Even after driving off the lot, they are very responsive to email. I love my new Polestar 2 and highly recommend going to see them for your next car!

I had a great experience at this Polestar dealership. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and there wasn t any pushiness or salesmanship at all. Normally I feel like they try to keep you at dealerships all day and that wasn t remotely the case here. They ve also followed up on some minor queries I had about the car. Wouldn t have thought I d ever recommend a car dealership but my experience here was very positive.

I cannot overstate how thankful and impressed I was with every interaction with Polestar from the moment I submitted my order online, to the moment I drove away from the Washington DC Polestar space. Email communications were friendly and very prompt and arriving at the Polestar space to sign the sales paperwork and pickup my Polestar 2 felt like being welcomed into a new family. If a business were to write a best practice on customer service excellence, it need look no farther than Polestar Washington DC. I never felt pressured, and every exchange and interaction felt genuine and authentic. A complement like that is one I do not give freely, however I can't think of one thing...one conversation...one interaction...I could have asked to have gone differently. I can't wait to tell more people about my experience with Polestar Washington DC!

The easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever made. The staff is so chill and personable yet, hard working. It s worth mentioning that they were very respectful to my mother and my partner. That I will remember forever. This dealership will stay in business for a long time if they keep the same staff currently working there. The day I had to make a 10 hour drive from Detroit to DC, my car keys weren t working and the car s software/cellular was going haywire. Luckily, i could still drive the car, just couldn t lock it.My local service center in Detroit couldn t get me in for a couple weeks. I called polestar support and they set me up with an appointment at the DC space.This is seriously the best customer experience I ve ever had. They knew my situation immediately, heard my concerns and got my card repaired and updated within 2 hours. Patrick, you are a rockstar- this place is lucky to have you.My service was so good and the staff was so on point that I m considering changing my polestar 3 order to pick up here instead of Detroit.Easiest 5/5 I ve ever given.It was nice to meet you all and thank you for everything!

Such a wonderful experience with the Polestar team! I'd been interested in going electric for some time and in the current buying climate it had been a bit more of a process than expected. Found a car that interested me that they had on the lot and reached out with questions. They were quick to respond and incredibly helpful both over email and phone. Their website was easy to navigate and if I had any issues I felt that they were more than happy to help out. Once arriving at the dealership, everyone I encountered was very welcoming and patient. At no point did I feel pressured into a decision and felt as though I could walk away at any point. As for the car itself: incredible. 3 months in and zero regrets. I would recommend not only the Polestar brand but this location in particular to anyone that is interested. Going electric may seem daunting but I believe their team could walk even the most novice buyer through the process. Thank you Oroko, Haman, and Firooz for all of your help!

I'm a new Polestar 2 owner and I am so happy with my purchase. I ordered it in March and it was delivered in August but it was worth the wait. The car drives smoothly, has lots of nifty features, and handles well. It's hard to pick just one favorite feature, but I personally love the beautiful panoramic roof on the Plus Pack. And it looks great too with its minimalist design. Special thanks to Haman and Paul for helping with this purchase I couldn't be happier!
