I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for the sincere and patient service provided by Metro Motor. My car encountered an accident on the highway, a very stressful and uncertain moment for me. The team at Metro Motor not only promptly towed my car back to their body shop but also fitted it with a spare tire and safely placed it on a tow truck. Throughout the process, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism and genuine care for their customers. They were kind to work with me and my insurance to fix my car. Great service, and time efficient/ responsive. Appreciative of the staff here. - Exceptional customer service and very kind over all. Grateful to have found this place :)

This is a nasty nasty place. The representative have a nasty attitude. No one is on the same page. I took my car there to get fixed because it had been broken into. After I got the car back the car was worse and doing things it had never done. I took it back for a second time, to get the new issue fixed. They fixed it and sent me in my way. I drove it for about 1 hour and the exact same issue came back but worse. I took it to other shops and they needed everything that was done to my car in paper so that they can find the issue and see what metro collision had done. They gave me a hard time and ONLY attitude to figure out what they had repaired. Honestly I never do reviews but I wouldn t recommend this place at all. They are unserious and all over the place. They had my car for a total of 1 month and it only came back worse. Please look into this place and do research because this place has only given me hell. UPDATE** My car has been getting diagnosed by this lovely auto shop, and they ve come to the conclusion that Metro Motor installed my entire steering column wrong. Now my insurance is paying for the job to be done all over again correctly. So please people just know who you are sending your car with.

My MINI cooper s front got hit while parked: front grill, condenser, and radiator needed replacing, and hood bent in. Metro Motor Collision did a great job: perfect paint match, no trace of a dent, car runs great, no mechanical issues 2 weeks in. Also, some unrelated brake work was needed : they gave me a very reasonable price when they could have overcharged me since I couldn t drive my car off. Great customer service by a friendly team: they called me to give updates when they said they would, and my car was ready as promised. I highly recommend.

Karim and his team are one of the best auto body shops in DC. When my Kia got broken into and I was ready to give up on it because other mechanics gave me over-priced details, Karim understood my situation and tried to help me the best he could. He prioritized the work that needed to be done in order for the car to run again and didn't overprice it. His communication, understanding and empathy were one of the best I've seen with the different mechanics I talked to. If you need body auto repair, check this shop. He over-achieved and were honest all the way while ensuring I have my car as soon as possible. Definitely recommend.Thanks again to Karim and his team

My experience with Metro Motor was GREAT! I took my 2020 corvette to 2 body shops and weren t able to assist me with the bodywork . The job they did was amazing I really recommend the service . Great staff as well .

One of the best body shops I ve ever done buisness with. I messed up my car hood and needed a new one. They perfectly color matched the new hood paint to the color of my car. They also went above and washed my car when I was just getting a hood replacement! Kareem, the owner, gave me a great price and treated me like a friend. I cannot speak highly enough of Karim and his team at Metro Motor Collision on W ST in DC. They were so kind and helpful while I was dealing with all of the nightmares that come with getting in a car accident and genuinely cared to get the job done right. The work they did far exceeded expectations and beyond that, their kindness truly did as well. Cannot recommend enough.

My car was hit and totaled these guys helped me from start to finish. They took care of everything! They sent a tow person right to my location, it was quick and the driver was courteous. They took care of contacting a scrapyard and sorted out our a fair payment for my car. They even took time to look through the interior of my car and retrieved items I had left behind. And one of the guys, Karim, was kind enough to drop me off at a metro station because I had walked there. Overall, highly recommend these guys. They're professional, caring, and get the job done. I just to my Lexus here after being rear ended, and Karim did a great job. He was very pleasant to work with, and gave me a quote that was much cheaper than Lindsay Collision in Virginia.It did take me a few weeks to actually get my car in because they were busy, but once they had it, they worked on it quickly. I happily recommend you take your car here.

Their time given was incredible! Even though my old car is close to being a salvage yard candidate, Metro Motor Collision took care of me! They are definitely pros, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The owner said they would solve my problem when I returned.

I totaled my car and Karim did a killer job on the body. My baby looks brand new!! He even took care of the cosmetic issues that existed prior to my accident. The entire team was super responsive and helpful!! I could not recommend them enough

My experience at Metro Motor Collision was top tier, from tow to repair. I got in an accident late at night and after making multiple calls to other towing companies, they were the least $$ and quickest in coming to pick up my car. They worked with my insurance (GEICO) directly and made the process seamless for me & my first accident. I thought my car was going to be considered totaled but in just a few weeks they fixed it and it has been running beautifully. The whole team was very kind and helpful throughout the process and I would definitely recommend MMC to anyone reading this.

6 stars if I could! Lili was absolutely amazing! From towing my car, that got hit by another driver in an accident, and reordering the right parts to get delivered, Her and the team got my car fixed up right in the nick of time before I had to leave to go out of the country! They spent three weeks working on my car, and and were so honest and supportive in taking care of me so that I was safe on the road again!Would 100% recommend them!

When I had an accident and needed immediate help, I called Metro Motor and they took all my problems away with getting my car towed and fixed. Karim and the office ladies were so helpful and greatly reduced my stress level. Without a doubt, if you had an accident and need honest and professional help, they will definitely take care of you!
