Came here after first going to another Cap Hill Auto place that had great reviews (I don't understand how...). Metro Motors's customer service was stellar, prices more than fair, and super quick turnaround. I'm so glad MM was recommended to us and we didn't end up using the other place! If you're looking for a great place to take your car, don't waste your time looking around. GO HERE! Thanks, MM!!!

Dudes a bit of a jerk, I was a new client just trying to get some stuff looked at on my car and woody was the only one there and genuinely could not have been ruder. Aside from belittling me for not knowing a whole lot about cars( i m not a mechanic i don t know ab cars cause i pay people to know ab them for me) On top of being so unbelievably rude he acted like it was the biggest burden in the world that someone with an issue with there car was coming to get it fixed? I understand mechanics can come off as abrasive but this guy was just a complete jerk and i do not recommend coming here.

Metro Motor Capitol Hill Exxon provides quality and quick service. I come here any time I need an oil change. If there are any unexpected issues with my car, I receive a phone call to explain the issue and why it needs to be addressed.The only challenge is parking. If you do not have a Zone 6 DC parking pass, you will need to pick up your car quickly after getting service done.

Mr. Woody is an excellent mechanic! He was able to figure out my car problem and fix it very quickly. Everyone at the shop is very friendly. I will be coming here for my regular car maintenance and any other car problems. If you need a good local mechanic you ve found the one!

As always service was prompt and thorough. This time was an oil change and a radiator flush which was first time recommended and car has 170k. I trust Woody to only recommend required services and his prices are competitive with local shops (and certainly cheaper than dealership!)

I have used this location for several years. Woody and the staff are reliable. They don t try to upsell. After they did a recent oil change, I still had a low tire light. Woody assured me they had filled the tires, but he still came right out, checked my tires and found a faulty pressure monitor. He said they would be happy to replace it, but he told me the cost and that it s fine if I just check the pressure regularly. We ve always been happy there.

I called and was told to come in this morning at 8. I told them it was my first time there. I arrive this morning and it s very difficult to figure out how to get in because they have cars parked everywhere. So I went around the lot and pulled in and then a guy who I realized work there pulled up behind me and laid on his horn 4 times jolting me and then another guy inside yelled at me to move up to the gas. I tried explaining to him I was here for a service but he just yelled I ve er me to move up. So I left. Not a good way to treat new clients.

Asked me was I using their parts....told him no I had my own....he said he couldn't do it cause I not using his parts ....I ask him how much for his parts...he told me he not doin it cause I brought some catalytic converter already......very rude ...laughed when I told him my problems.......don't recommend this place to anyone ..very very very disrespectful.......will be posting this company on Instagram face book an twitter

Went in with a leaky tire, they fixed it right in front of me in maybe 10 minutes for a great, low price. Friendly and skilled service and a great experience all around.

Great experience! The manager, Woody, is excellent. I originally came to them with a brake light that wouldn t turn off, and they fixed it as soon as I pulled up. I came back a month later for an oil change and a brake and coolant flush. They were able to take me the morning I called, and the car was ready by early afternoon. The prices are fair, everyone in the shop is friendly, and the location on Capitol Hill is very convenient. I won t take my car anywhere else in DC.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change
