I had B9 service, windshield wipers, and my brake pads and rotors changed here. This shop is efficient, trustworthy, and excellent. I had all of that done over the weekend. This was back in March 3, 2023, and seven months later, my car still runs amazing. If you need your Mercedes-Benz fixed or serviced, this is the RIGHT place. Amazingly friendly customer service that will make you think you are in the right hands. The final price for my repairs was absolutely reasonable too. Overall, my experience with Mercedes Classic Auto Services has been nothing but excellent. No establishment can beat their efficiency, customer service, and pricing.

I am so grateful and blessed that I ve found this place. And it is literally right in my backyard. I have a 2013 Mercedes C300. I was in need of a B3 Service and a replacement of my taillight bulb. Hilina is truly an awesome person. The service was done in a good amount of time. ( I dropped my car off at 9am and everything finished by 1pm). I highly recommend this place to anyone because not only will they take their time to make sure everything gets done correctly but they will also test drive it for you as well to make sure that it runs good. No more going way out Arlington Va. I found my new Mercedes home thanks to Hilina and everyone who works at Mercedes Classic Auto Repairs! This place deserves more than 5 stars!

My first 2 experiences with this establishment were great. The last one is when it took a turn. I told hilana that the battery died and the A6 needed to be serviced. He fixed the battery but I then realized the service light was still on. I m very busy so I said I d get back to it later. A few months went by then the oil light came on. My partner called to simplify ask why the A6 wasn t tended to and when we could bring the car in to be serviced as asked prior. He lied and said I didn t want the A6 which makes no sense because I went there for that. He also mentioned that the bill was getting high which means he assumed I didn t have the money to pay for battery and service at one time! Making assumptions are not his job, if I couldn t afford the repairs I wouldn t have gotten a German car! He became very disrespectful with my partner and even called him a racial slur even though they re both Africans! My partner and I were nothing but respectful to him, I hope he gets the help that he needs and doesn t misplace his anger on to anymore loyal customers! He will never see us again!

Tl;dr - Fast service, reasonable prices, honest and knowledgeable mechanics. If you need work on your Mercedes, TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Full story - Our Sprinter van decided not to start in during our trip in Washington DC Our tow truck driver suggested this shop and we are so thankful that he did. This is easily the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic.Long story short; the shop opened at 9am, the mechanic diagnosed the issue at 9:30am (our starter went out). They ordered a part which arrived at 11am and at 12:15 (the SAME day) we were on the road! These guys are literally THAT good.In addition to that, as a Mercedes owner you are used to being shocked when the bill comes for any service but thankfully I m this case the cost was very reasonable and with the speed that they got us out the door running, it was 100% worth every penny.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and humble and I would dang near be willing to drive across the country to have my vehicle serviced by them when something else decides to go wrong!All of these 5 star reviews are for good reason!

Great shop and the lead mechanic is very knowledgeable, he changed the transmission on my 240D in one day and at an amazing price. When the linkage was slightly out of adjustment he fixed it that night, as soon as I arrived and at no additional cost. Best experience with a mechanic I have ever had, and you can tell he has been working on Mercedes for decades, this is the best Merc shop in DC by far!

Hilina is fantastic. I started bringing my 91 Mercedes to his shop about a year ago. In that time, he has saved me THOUSANDS when other shops have given me a laundry list of unnecessary or misdiagnosed repairs.Not only are his prices very reasonable but he s also extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes . They re very complex cars so not just any mechanic will be able to pinpoint small issues and common fail-points like he can.I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has an older Mercedes! The staff is friendly and you won t likely have to be without your car for long, great prices, and quality work.

The shop owner is amazing!! I have a 06 cls500. My sbc situation was so bad that my brakes went out on me while driving. The owner gave me a quote but before he took my money, he told me to call the actual dealership to check for a warranty. There absolutely was a warranty on my sbc parts and I was spared. Honesty and caring is overlooked, that man was both and deserves everything that God has for him..

This is the best Mercedes mechanic I have ever worked with. He is smart and thorough, know when something needs replacing and when it can be fixed. He doesn't try to cheat you or do unnecessary repairs. The quote he gives is what he charges. I've taken my classic 1993 Benz and my 2010 to him and he's done amazing work in both. He can do everything, and you'll save in your wallet and your faith in mechanics will be restored. 100% recommend to anyone with a Benz, GO HERE!

Very nice and very knowledgeable mechanic. The work is great quality and is always done quickly, even if I called the same day sometimes they could still squeeze me in! The price you pay for the work will be and I guarantee it lower than anywhere else you can find in DC. I would give them more stars if I could

Awesome guy! He has over 20+ experience on repairing Mercedes vehicles, and he was so generous with switching out the front right low beam bulb on my 2008 C300. He did not even charge me for it. It was a simple fix, but his hospitality, kindness, and knowledge was fantastic. I will be coming here from now on.

Came to have ny CLA AMG looked at cause it was making a weird noise. Even though they were not able to address the issue, (not their fault) the owner spend 1hr+ of his time diagnosing the problem and refused to charge me because he couldn't address the problem! Will definitely be going back for all my other needs with the car in the future!

It's refreshing to see how much they enjoy working on these vehicles as many other mechanics lack the skill and patience to do so. Hilina is Awesome, he fixed my older Benz before is even got off the tow truck. He's by far the cheapest mechanic for a Benz. I highly recommend him

My E350 transmission control unit has failed n i couldn't find any Mercedes shops to fix it. Only Mercedes classic fixed it with reasonable price.
