This was my first time having a repair done here at Imperial in DC and they did an amazing job. I came in for 2 claims and thought it was going to take at least a week however I dropped it off on the Tuesday after Xmas and they finished both repairs by the following Friday, they also touched my car up on the inside and gave it a wash the interior & exterior of my car looks quite new.Most importantly their customer service was nice and they keep their lobby area clean and smelling very fresh.Highly recommend !

Imperial Auto did such a great job with repairing my vehicle after an accident. They were able to take my car in for repairs earlier than expected, and even finished the repairs on it earlier than they'd anticipated! I also appreciated that they kept me informed about their progress via email every step of the way. My car looks good as NEW!

When I brought my vehicle to Imperial Auto Body of DC for an insurance assessment, the staff was extremely professional and explained the repairs in such a knowledgeable manner, that I choose the shop to do my repairs.The time frame for my vehicle repair was minimal and I was contacted throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked gorgeous!! The workmanship restored my vehicle's beauty!!! This amazing company and its employees exemplify excellent.Therefore, I highly recommend Imperial Auto Body of DC for all vehicle body repairs.

A couple of weeks ago I got my car repaired at Imperial Auto Body of DC. I have had a wonderful experience working with Imperial. They are extremely professional, organized, timely and completed excellent body work. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company- so much so that I never had to get involved after dropping the vehicle off. They had to replace the entire backend of my vehicle after a hit and run, and it looks like the accident never happened. I also really appreciated that they cleaned the inside and outside of it and I think they also waxed it for me before calling me to pick it up. Every time I called I was able to get someone knowledgeable on the phone and was able to get my questions answered immediately. They scheduled me about a week out to bring my car in for repairs. They seem to have a good handle on what they can get done and then complete the work early. I even brought my car back to them a week later to put on a license plate bracket and they did it free of charge. I would definitely recommend this shop and I will definitely be using them for all of my car body work needs in the future.

Imperial has been my go to auto body for my Rovers over 20 years, Joe is the best when it comes to customer service ; always with a smile and with top tier professionalism and not to mention the quality work and the out of the door checks before the vehicle is release. The leadership at Imperial exhibits it's self with all employees as well. Forgive me I forgot to mention the modern state of the art facility and the extremely clean rest room and waiting room which I'm taking liberty to renamed Imperial Auto Body Salon!

I just got my car repaired at Imperial after someone keyed my car. There were scratches across a lot of the car, so I was so impressed when it only took 2-3 days for them to fix it. They also cleaned the inside of my car, which was an awesome bonus. My car looks as good and shiny as the day I bought it! I m thrilled with my experience and would definitely go back in the future.

Awesome experience, took my car for a partial theft repair and the service was completed the same week. Very professional and attentive staff. Would recommend to anyone in the DC area!

I thought my vehicle would be in the shop for a week, but Imperial had it fixed and ready in just two days. The work was well done and my vehicle looked brand new. The guys are pros and give great customer service! Highly recommend.

Imperial Auto Body DC did an amazing job on my car!!! It was damaged by large tree branches during a storm, and now it looks brand new. They were professional, courteous, and super efficient! It also took them less time to fix my car than expected.Their facility is also quite pristine and lovely. I was very impressed. I highly recommend!

Great work, fast and efficient. The two times I ve gotten my car worked on at this shop, I was able to get in the next day when other shops were saying 2 weeks to a month out. There s a really nice lady who works at the front desk that is extremely helpful and courteous.

Brought my car in for a repair and the original repair estimate was going to be 10 days. With the help of Nico and the rest of the amazing crew at Imperial, they were able to expedite my service and my car was ready to go within 4 days - just in time for the holidays. My car was good as new and squeaky clean when I picked it up, so thanks again to Nico and everyone at Imperial for a great experience! Would definitely use them again.

This is my second unfortunate accident but it s good to know you can always rely on imperial for good service. Both times they have left my car beautiful and spotless and I couldn t be more appreciative. Selvin is always a great help and very communicative which is important when your car is getting work done. Thanks to everyone!

I had a great experience with Imperial! It took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but they took care of my car in just a few days. Replaced and painted the hood (perfect paint match), replaced the grill and trim, and repaired the front bumper. They took care of all of the insurance stuff, including helping me return my rental car. They left my car way cleaner than when I brought it. They even polished a mark on the door that I wasn't sure was there before my car went in the shop. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Imperial Auto is unlike any other auto repair shop! Working with them was such an amazing experience. I'm literally looking forward to going back next time my car needs work. I thought I walked into the wrong business when I dropped the car off the first time because their reception area is unexpectedly upscale for a repair shop and smells like a spa! The three staff members I interacted with were all great and provided clear info. (Special shoutout for Bryce, who was so friendly and professional. He's awesome!) My car's repairs required a claims adjustment with Geico, which they managed in full behind the scenes without need to involve me. (Geico referred me to Imperial, a preferred mechanic.) All I had to worry about was paying the deductible when I picked it up and they took care of everything else with insurance. They did a great job with the repairs and body work, plus the car was so clean on return! It looked perfect. Highly recommend!

Imperial Auto Body shop in DC provides great service and very professional. Their team communicated with me with every update they have while my car is being repaired. The transaction is very easy and Hector and Bryce was very helpful updating me at all times. My vehicle repair is top notch just like when it was brand new. Also I like that they provide lifetime warranty on the repairs they have made. I recommend this shop if in need you need a shop to repair your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my 3rd time using Imperial to fix a vehicle and it s been a great experience every time. They are honest, easy to work with, do quality work, communicate well, and make the whole process of getting your car back on the road as pleasant as possible. Nobody wants to need a body shop but when Imperial is your shop it makes the whole experience less stressful.

The office was elegantly decorated and the staff very polite and accommodating. The repair work was done in a timely fashion and all of my questions answered. I would highly recommend Imperial and plan to use them in the future if need. Great Job!!!!

I had to leave a review because of the amazing experience. I called about having something relatively simple: installing a front license plate because my vehicle did not come with the holes pre-drilled. They told me to come by when I could. The building was very nice. The people were friendly and accommodating. They had me in and out in a few minutes and were MORE than fair price-wise. Consider this place for any future car needs, I sure will.

I had my vehicle towed to Imperial Body Shop on 9/8/2021. When I came to pick it up, I saw Mr. Bryce. He politely asked me to wait 15 minutes and they will bring the truck around. After 15 minutes, He escorted me outside to show me my truck and I was amazed because it looked like a brand new truck. The detail work was better than going to a car wash because the wheels were shiny. I was very happy with the service. I love the staff: Ms. Patricia, Mr. John, Hector, and Bryce. They were very professional and they kept me informed about everything about the truck. Mr. Bryce assured me that I have a lifetime guarantee on the work. If I have any problems, please give him a call. I highly recommend them for Body and Repair work. They do a professional job. Carolyn Jackson

Just picked up my car and am incredibly happy with the work. Dikran was an exceptional service rep/account manager for my case.My work was pretty minor. Scraped a column in a garage. Had some paint chipping, small dents, scraped the wheel covers, etc. Brand new car! Love my car. So obviously was pretty torn up about it.I was able to get a quote over the phone/email with pictures, I paid in advance and they ordered the parts... All I had to do was show up when they were ready to work on my car, which was within days. When I arrived I did have to pay a little bit more, as there was a portion not really visible in the photos. Acceptable for me!Car was done a day sooner than expected. Only took two days. Dikran called every day with updates and time expectations. The place is super nice, very professional, and the work is top tier. Cannot recommend them enough. Well worth the price!

Rapid service, dropped off Mercedes EQE on a Wednesday and got it back looking like new within 5 days. I had gotten two prior quotes and these guys were literally 30 percent less. Great service!

First time working with Imperial Auto Body and all I can say is flawless service and customer service. For reference, I have used 4 other auto body shops for previous work and none of them come close to Imperial Auto Body. The reason they are so good is because they work off of appointments, so make sure to call ahead of time. Will definitely bring my future cars here if need be because I feel I can count on them to get the job done well and quick! Support your local businesses :D

Thank you BRYCE for all your help!!!! I have used this body shop for many car problems and have dealt with Bryce each time. He is absolutely the nicest, most helpful person you could ever ask for. He knows what he s doing, gives great advice to help keep costs down if you re paying out of pocket, and follows up and keeps you updated regularly. They are so friendly have integrity and very honest from looking at my car to the receptionist to the gentleman who worked there they had Smiles on their faces and completely made me feel at home about dropping my car off Monday the 21st. Update:They gave me my car on the 25th within four days in my car looks amazing it can't even tell I've been an accident. I recommend Imperial Auto Body to everyone that has the unfortunate opportunity to be in an accident any need body work and painting done. They are some of the friendliest people I have ever experienced at a business they get five stars from me
