Came here for minor front end repair. Needed radiator support straightened and bumper/hood/headlight replaced.Front end is nowhere near straight. Grille to hood alignment is off by at least 1/2". Headlight points up in the sky because the beam that supports it was not straightened. Several screws for the newly installed parts are cross-threaded and not tight. Hood is not aligned (see gaps between hood & fendor in picture). My horn no longer works (horn gets mounted under the bumper, so I assume they either did not transfer it from the old bumper, or forgot to plug it in).Service: Body & Trim

The team did amazing work and quickly. I dropped off the car Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday close of business. I had a little sticker shock from the estimate she quoted me as we were fixing a scratch on two door panels and they have a flat price per panel (~$500 for a deep scratch). I paid cash for a lowered price. The owner/manager was so easy to work with, texted when the car was ready for pick up. I will absolutely come here if I ever need repair on ny car again.

My front bumper fell off a few months ago. After getting several quotes from other shops nearby, I went to this place with low expectations. They offered a very reasonable price and told me it could be fixed same-day if i didn t mind them not making it look good as new. I told them I just wanted it fixed. The job was done in less than 4 hours and it looked great!! The folks there were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you re in a crunch and need a quick, affordable fix! It s been several months now and my bumper hasn t had any issues :).Service: Body & Trim

Guarani Auto Body Shop was wonderful! I scraped up the side of my car, and they were able to fix it quickly and affordably. It looks fantastic! Everything looked great... BUT under the hood and behind the bumper all trim was red taped. They even used sheet metal screws instead of clips to hold the bumper. Would never go back to this place. Fantastic experience! I had a chip on my motorcycle gas tank all the way down to the metal. My expectations were low because it's an old bike with a rare color. I told them I just wanted to cover up the metal so it didn't rust. They matched the paint and repaired the chip *PERFECTLY.* You can't tell there was any damage at all. I called Guarani hoping for an estimate for a passenger side vent window replacement - Sonia and Diana were extremely helpful over the phone and asked me to send photos of the damage as well as information about the make and model of my car. They followed up within 24 hours with an estimate and window of time for the following day when they could complete the job. The team was ready as soon as I arrived and was flexible to pay up front or after the job was complete. The repair was finished within 2 hours and exceeded my expectations - I really appreciate how friendly and easy to work with they were. I could not have had a better experience - I love this women-run shop! I will definitely be going back :)

They fixed my car s front bumper so quickly and it looked brand new! After a month after them fixing my bumper, my bumper popped out again (possible cause unsure, possibly due to street parking?) So I brought it back to them and was very stressed because I just spent the money on fixing it but Diana and the mechanic was so nice and understanding and fixed it once again free of charge since they just needed to put a few screws back in place.I am so appreciative and definitely will recommend it to friends/will go again if needed!

Great customer service, fast work too. A friendly shop that communicates well. Affordable prices. If I need help with my car again, I will definitely go see them again! This time, I just needed some minor bodywork on the side of my car (a stip of metal was sticking out from where I had dinged the side of my car years ago) and replacing a rearview mirror.

They did excellent work. Another spot I took my car to tried to tell me that I would need the whole fender replaced. This place fixed it in 30 minutes for an excellent price. Service was 10/10 and I will 100% use this place again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

We had a great experience with Guarani Auto Body Shop. Their estimate came in about $90 less than the other estimates that we received. The car was fixed in under three business days, a day earlier than promised. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the body work, they returned the car cleaned than ever, both on the inside and out. Fast, professional, and efficient, all for a great price. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Customer service was excellent and the repair job was perfect- looked like new. They even finished the job quicker than I expected! I am happy I decided to bring my car in here and would definitely be a repeat customer.

I came in to get 2 dents repaired in my car. They were fairly minor. As a young woman, car repairs can be intimidating, but Diane at Guarani made it comfortable and easy for me to request the repair I needed. She offered transparency about the pricing and the repair process. At first the fix wasn t exactly why I was looking for, but when I pointed that out, they made it right quickly and also went above and beyond with an additional minor fix. I hope I won t need more body work done, but if I do I ll use Guarani.

They fixed my Prius (spoiler, bumper, side panel, taillight) for a very reasonable price that didn't exceed the estimate. Also, they got the work done in three days. Three other body shops had told me the repairs would be much more expensive and they would take at least a week. They did forget to replace the bulb in my taillight, but when I went back they replaced it very quickly and without an additional charge. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

I recently had a car accident which was not my fault. Instead of taking it to the Honda dealership, I lazily took it to the body shop closest to my house with the best Yelp reviews.The initial work was incomplete and poor. I did have to return to the shop 3 times. However, once I brought it to the attention of the manager, she was more than willing to fix it (at no additional cost) to my complete satisfaction. Further, because of the inconvenience of having to return to the shop and because of the initial work quality, she even fixed my back bumper for free. It was completely cracked and the shop replaced it.I don't think this is a bad or dishonest bodyshop. I think most of the 5 star reviews are correct. I just think they had some personnel changes and happened to be extremely busy during the time my car was there. Granted it wasn't my problem but the shop more than made up for it by correcting the work in a timely manner and doing more work for free. I felt that my complaints were heard and that I was valued as a customer. Most importantly in the end, the car looks brand new.

Fantastic service. I had my car back in two days. The work they did was incredible; you can't tell there was ever any damage to the section they repaired. It looks brand new. All the while they were polite and gave great customer service. If I ever have service done in the future, I will definitely come back here.

Very friendly and reliable. I explained to Pham that my car really isn't worth much, so rather than a full body repair I only wanted the dent to be taken out as much as possible and the glass to be replaced. Her mechanic did the job on time and for less than the previously provided estimate. Glad there are places like these!

Dropped my 2008 Honda Civic off on a late Tuesday afternoon to get my fender, fender liner, engine lining fixed on my car. Got a very reasonable quote within two hours of dropping it off, and within 5 days I had my car back looking brand f****** new! Great service and fast repairs.

So I am an economist and do my study before doing business with anyone. This place is simply the best value for your time and money. Pain free, minimum bureaucracy, VERY fair rates and awesome results. My car is looking better than new and I'm very happy. I'm glad I found this place and will refer my friends. Special thanks to Pham the lady who manages the place. She is quick and has a kind heart.

Just quoted me $1200 to paint a truck cap that is in very good condition.... WHAAAAT?! There is a bit of a language barrier so not sure how close gold leaf and black paint sound in their language so that may be the cause for the mix up.It took me a minute to explain that it was a removable truck cap and not the back of an SUV. The lady had to go back and speak to someone before giving me that price and I got the feeling they just wanted me gone and didn't know what I wanted.It's a shame because I got a good deal on painting a quarter panel before which is why I went back this time.My past experience plus all the positive reviews is leaving my very disappointed and confused with today's experience.

Strong customer service, no-BS pricing and beautiful work. I got an estimate from Guarani but decided to go with another company. After that company started playing games, I dropped them and came back to Guarani. I should have just come to Guarani first.

The service that I received at Guarini Auto Repair was exceptional. I have utilized their services on two occasions and have found their quality of work to be superb and their prices to be MORE than reasonable. I have recommended them to everyone that i know because I have never had a problem with the service and they guarantee their work.

I have been using them for years on various vehicles. Well the last time that I went back, which was 3 months ago, just to have the bumper on my white 2015 Volkswagen cc touched up. I received terrible service. The paint on the bumper is already cracking at the lip of the trunk. They got some of the white paint on my chrome trim and after going through a car wash recently I have pockets in the paint bubbling up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great autobody shop. The woman who gives estimate at this shop is extremely fair and knowledgeable in everything related to cars and repairs. The estimates and prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly! Highly recommended

Very rude! I just called and the old guy who just answered the phone couldn t and wouldn t even give me the information about how much what I was asking for cost. He just said in a very loud voice THE LADY COMES IN AT 2PM YOU NEED TO CALL BACK THEN OR WALK OR DRIVE HERE TO SPEAK TO HER ! Like WOW! Unprofessional in my opinion! BTW, my grandmother went to them one time a couple years ago and they ripped her off for a bumper. We never went back and I don t recommend this place. Take your money else where!

WONDERFUL experience. They did a TERRIFIC job fixing a large scrape on the side of my car and a rust spot and dents on my hood. Great customer service and my car looks great.

Super solid! They are close to the metro (in case you wanna metro somewhere while your working is getting done and they have the best rates DC has to offer. Plus they give you a complimentary car was once the work is all done. Look no where else in DC metro area.

Way more expensive than other auto-body shops. Went here and got an estimate for a door scratch at $1200. Went to another shop, they quoted $600. Don't waste your time.
