I can t say enough good things about Good Hope Tires. I purchased 4 new tires and was looking for a place that could put them on for a reasonable price. I called numerous places and Good Hope had the best price .$20 per tire. They day I called, they were closing at 8pm. I called at 7:15 and I told them I would bring the tires in the next day cause they were closing soon. One of the workers, Roderick, told me I could bring them in today (a lot of places don t want any business close to closing time). When I brought them in, I unfortunately had the wrong size tires. As I returned home, I received a text from the shop, thanking me for considering them and a message about their commitment to the community. This wasn t an automated generic message but a personal message. You don t get that often. Needless to say, I returned a few days later when I got the new tires not only were my tires put on, but headlights and brakes pads for a reasonable price. The work crew is knowledgeable and customer service oriented, even though it can get pretty busy. The shop is attached to a gas station and is in a busy area of SE. It s a hidden gem that I have overlooked many times. I highly recommend them!

The team of guys at Good Hope Tires are great! Always ready to help and find an efficient and fast way to solve my tire issues and their prices are great. I run a fleet of cars and am constantly heading over there anytime I have issues with any of my vehicles tires. I ve stopped going anywhere else, I always make sure to come here every time. Thanks guys for the consistent help with my cars!

Horrible service here, ridiculously slow. I pulled up about 930 there were 2 cars in front of me, that they had already been working on. I didn't leave until 1130, had I known they were just gonna be running around continuously and not really working I would have definitely went somewhere else. Took 20 min just for them to jack it up, another 20 get the tire off. Just very unprofessional. Its no reason this service should have took that long, I've had my tires changed many times over the years and never had it taken so long, generally it's only about 20 min. The only positive I can say is that they have decently priced tires.

Today I came to have tires put on my truck. Roderick was helpful and made the process easy. And reassured me I was in good hands. He also made sure my tires were balanced. He s also very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!

I love them I went there 2 days ago and got two tires fixed in less than 20 minutes literally. I went next door to McDonald's ate, came back, and my car was done. I will definitely come back!

Yes this tire shop was amazing!.. they fixed my tires when another shop told me they couldn t!.. they worked hard and in the rain to get me back on the road!.. Worth every penny I don t get my tires anywhere else now!..

Called them up and ask if they had my size tire. Google said they closed at 11. Unbeknownst to me they close at 8 and these guys were waiting for me to come. So appreciative of this place, I had blown a tire and took a Lyft to the location. Would have been in a bad place if they were not there!

Highly recommend! Helped us in a pinch when all other tire shops were closed or didn t have the tire we needed. Quick install, easy process and amazing amazing price. Location isn t amazing or overly convenient but you re not here for the views. They do great work and have a wide selection of tires.

Great service, wonderful and honest staff. They never try to sell me something I don t need. Very efficient. Said my job would be finished by lunch time and it was ready in 30 minutes. Have been to the shop a few times and have been impressed each time.Go to good hope tires with any of your tire need and they will solve it for you.

This is the best place to buy your tires in the DMV. I m surprised they don t have another location because they are good at what they do. If I move away I will still order from them. The whole staff is knowledgeable about tires and their prices are the best in town.

Excellent service!!! Rodrigue and the team did a terrific job mounting and balancing the tires on my car. In particular I felt that Rodrigue really cared about doing the best job possible job he could to ensure that my tires were properly balanced. I also appreciated that everyone at good hope tires was friendly. It was also obvious that Rodrigue is very knowledgeable about tires. Thanks to the entire team! I'll be back for more tires!!Good hope tires have all tire sizes that you can think of, They have the best deals in the hold of DMV area.

Brought tires from there not even three weeks later have to come back and replace two of the four tires I brought. Paid $240+ and still had to pay $150 plus nope not my spot

I been going here for a while and everytime something wrong with a tire they try to force you getting a new one even had me waiting for hours to get my tire plug and wouldn t do it because he wanted me to get a new tire u took it somewhere else to get plugged in the end

Sold me a bad tire. I went and they replaced it. The other tire went flat. Both times they said nails were in my tire. No other tires had nails. Just the tire they replaced twice.
