Just got a flat tire. Pulled in, they fixed it fast . Not 5 min later my tire began going flat again. They also charged $47.70 for a tire plug?!!

Do not get any work done here! They recently charged my son $475.94 for a battery for a 2017 Lincoln MKZ!!! $279.00 for the battery and $160 for labor - I told him to go to Autozone or Advanced Auto they would have installed it for free. I wish he would have listened. In addition the receipt doesn't even state what battery they sold him - it just says "change battery"!! For all I know it could be used battery! Does it have a warranty? Who knows - I doubt it with the brand and model number not listed. They shouldn't be taking advantage of people who do not know much about cars!

Do not use this station! They often open later or close sooner than they say or put on Google. They charged $150 for a routine oil change (more than 2x as much as a dealership), did not note the high price when I dropped off the vehicle, and could not provide a detailed receipt or justification for the price when asked. In general, they will overcharge and are not reliable for quality services.

I come into this shell station at least once a week. To fuel up my vehicles. This location is very clean and upstanding. On the side of the shell you will find yourself a small but honest auto shop. There owner is very polite professional and his shop is well put together. I came in today due to my tire being low. He helped fill it up without upselling me simply helping with problem and saving my commute getting to work. This buiness is the mechanic you should come to it's clean upstanding with professionals that truly are there to help. If you support small honest business come to this location and be amazed by there professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and really nice and respectfully people working here! I needed some things done to a car a recently purchased. They took care of it immediately as I pulled in and had it back to me just a few hours later.They went above and beyond and helped me find a place to get great used / new tires for a cheap price I m the area and ran an inspection for me before I took the car to through inspection for no charge.Great people and very trustworthy with price and the guidance they provide with issues concerning your vehicle.

This company saved me. DJ was our hero. When no other company I contacted could help us, he never said no, instead, he found a way to help. Here is my story:I parked my car in the parking lot at the Marriott Crystal Gateway from Aug 24th to the 29th. When I picked up my car, I found that someone tried to steal it. The ignition was removed but they couldn't start the car because they needed the key.After the police report was done, we needed to move the car to a secure place. Of course this parking was the only one around with the lowest Height Clearance so a tow truck was not able to get in but DJ said "I can do it" and he did.He had the great idea of pulling my car with his car and as soon as it was outside a tow truck could take it to his garage.Now my problem was to find the parts.There is a TikTok challenge in the States where they open and steal cars Kia and Hyundai and crash them; therefore, there are no parts available. My car is a Kia and we called more than 20 dealerships. None of them accepted my car and told us that it will take at least 2 weeks to accept it in their garage. But DJ said "I will get the piece" and he did but I was able to get it faster in Canada.The part was shipped to me in Washington DC and DJ was able to install and program it so me and my family were able to drive back to Canada fast.He was definitely our hero. He was patient with all my questions and fears. Always with a smile and I will always appreciate his help.This garage Embassy Row Shell Service Shop is very much recommended.Thank you once again DJ. :)

This has been my best experience at a mechanic in my 18 years in D.C! Tommy took my car in immediately when I brought in. He even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the car and walk me through what was happening.My experience here was such a relief to know Me and my car were in good hands. I recommend this mechanic highly.

Would give zero stars if I could. Paid $500 for a simple window repair that took over a week and needed to be fixed by another shop just a few months later. Terrible service, hideously expensive, and generally incompetent. Save yourself and go to anywhere else in DC.

The mechanic was very friendly - my car started breaking down while I drove and he was able to get me in immediately. I was there as a single woman an he totally could've price gouged me but he didn't Really kind and honest - even fixed my AC for free on top of my engine issue.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

I only need to check my tires and it was not busy and the guy told you need to leave your car or there is an air pump buy the gas station he seen bother buy me I wasn t asking for free work
