Evelyn and the team and Eastern Auto are excellent - they saved me about $300 compared to what a dealership and our insurance quoted me for the same service, were extremely efficient, up-front, and on top of it all seem like genuinely good people. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for any other car maintenance needs in the future.

I have been bringing my car ( 16 Infiniti QX50) here since 2020 and I can t emphasize enough how much I appreciate Wilson and his team. There s other cheaper shops out there but for me the trust and peace of mind I have in this shop is priceless.

This is pretty much the only auto repair shop me and my family will go to anymore. Wilson and Evelyn are incredibly kind and the whole team there is knowledgeable, professional, and the work is very reasonably priced. They've always been able to fix any issue that I've had and have done so quickly. They have also always been willing to explain issues with the car in further detail when I ask and know my car in an out at this point. I've recommended Eastern to anyone who has asked me for a good mechanic and will continue to do so.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Stay AWAY. Went in and had engine light on that showed vacuum leak. He want to replace the valve cover and the Mass Air flow sensor to start, then the oxygen sensors. Then he said that one fuel injector was bad and was open dumping fuel which was the exact opposite of the lean engine condition. He said he did not want to find the bad one but wanted to replace all eight at about $1,200 plus labor. When I questioned this approach and his refusal to replace the supposed single injector he got angry. Bottom line he was going to milk me for over $3000.Service: Engine repair

Estimate was very expensive- artificially high labor time, parts charges, and ridiculous 'shop fees.' Declined the work, got a second opinion and was told only a fraction of the recommended work was actually needed, and for a fraction of the price.

I called three days in advance to schedule a assessment of my car s AC problems, and showed up the day of to be told that they didn t make an appointment so it would have to be left until they had time to look at it. Not great communication or management, can t speak to their technical proficiency.

Good morning I have been serviced by this repair shop for 19 years. I haven't had any problems with the people or their services. Anything that I think that's not right, I will talk it over to the owner and he is very good about solving any issues that you may have
