Thank you for helping me when my tire went flat from a pothole on the off ramp across the street. The young man was able to help me quickly, My only complaint is that I was asked to drive my truck across the highway, and do a U-Turn because the men did not want to come across the street to see how bad my tire was. If they had taken the time to walk across the street they would have seen that my tire was already off the rim. I was advised by the men at the gas station that I would ruin my rim if I took the advice of the men at the tire place. I had to do an extra step and contact AAA to put my spare on and then bring the truck to the men to get another tire. Once it was there they were nice and took care of the problem quickly.

Fair prices, the men seemed very honest about what I needed to do next and when. Went for two tires and an oil change, because I couldn t remember which tire had the nail they checked all four even going so far as to remove one to recheck after I had paid. The men were polite and efficient, I see why my neighbors recommended them.

I have used my tires for awhile now, they are still in very good shape and running . DC new and used tires is the best place to go for your tires and above they also have very good customer service. I give them 5 .
