Excellent service! The driver arrived on time. He was very polite, helpful, professional. The SUV was spotless, inside and out. The ride was comfortable. It was not too warm or too cold. I highly recommend their services and I will use them again.

We had a fun night out with the party bus. There were 9 of us and had space to spare. Our driving was communicative, prompt, and safe. While you can book online, I think it s better to talk through your needs and expectations. The booking contact was extremely helpful.

Our chauffeur Mohammad was AMAZING. He was very professional and handled the kids with care. Made sure our experience was DIAMOND not GOLD. This is an extremely incredible company. Will recommend to anyone looking.

Everything was executed without any issues! From booking online and making changes to the reservation, it was all done with ease. We booked a luxury sedan to take us to a vineyard about an hour and half out the city and it was the best decision! We were able to just relax and enjoy the ride without the pressure of someone being the designated driver. 100% recommend.

Had a WONDERFUL experience using DC Limo & Car Service! Called into the 800 number first with some questions before booking online. Can't recall her name but the lady that I talked to was very kind, patient and helpful with my inquiries.Ali Hani, our driver was fantastic! Great communication for pick ups, so courteous and even took us for a quick photo op of the Capitol and Washington monument before driving us back to the hotel. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable.I look forward to booking future car services in the area! THANK YOU!

Rafael was wonderful. He was early to pick us up and very easy going. His driving was great and he was a very sweet and kind man.Nadine was wonderful and patient explaining the cars and rates to us. She responded to my emails and questions within minutes. It was a very easy booking process. The receipt and reservation were very detailed and had no surprise charges.We rented the Limo Lounge and it was a lot of fun. Pretty cool on the inside. They could use some cup holders, phone charging ports, and maybe some new shocks. Quite a bumpy ride for a Mercedes.

Professional and extremely reliable! I go with DC Limo and Car Service before anyone else. My company reserves their services often for events and airport pick-ups for executive-level guests. Vehicles are always clean. Drivers are professional, friendly, communicative, and always on time. During our last event, our guests were changing plans at a moment's notice... DC L&CS drivers were extremely professional and accommodating - able to adjust to the new plans very quickly. I am so grateful to know our guests will be well taken care of for transportation needs.

My whole experience was wonderful. Nadine made the reservation process effortless. Our driver, Kevin was amazing. He arrived on time and was such a gentleman, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The limo was clean and stocked with plenty of ice and water. Highly recommend!

Waldo was an awesome driver! After my dad's service at Arlington, my family and I didn't really know what we wanted to do, but our driver was with us for another 5 hours. He was extremely flexible, professional, and kind. He made the day much easier for us. Great driver, great service provider!
