We used Bo for a check up on the car that I bought from the auction. He was very responsive and easy going person, he charged me a very reasonable price for coming out. He had my car up and running within hours of getting the necessary parts. I really appreciate his business, and will be using him again! Thank you!

Bo was knowledgeable and efficient in his service. Reasonably priced and pleasant to work with. I was stranded in DC and he got me back on the road to home in Raleigh. He even texted me the next day to check on the car and that I had made it home safely. Great guy and a great mechanic!

Attended the ACC Championship game on Saturday night as soon as entering the garage had car trouble and was able to contact Bo on Sunday morning. He came to the parking garage and had us up and running in about 45 min for our 4 hour ride back home.

I came out of state, my starter was busted, had a 4hr drive ahead of me. Bo came as soon as possible on a Sunday morning and diagnosed the issue on the spot, he went out of his way and drove 30mins to get the part that was needed(nowhere in the area had it), waited another 40 for them to get him the piece, then drove another 30mins back and replaced the piece, he is a God send

Bo installed a new battery for me and got my car running again very quickly. Reasonably priced and saved me from having to tow my car. He helped address a few other issues and also offered to help out a neighbor. Will definitely work with him again and appreciate his expertise.

Very quick service! He looked at my tires and diagnosed the problem as we were traveling back from the Carolina s to New York. He fixed my axle, rotors and brakes and phoned us to ensure we made it safely to our destination. I will recommend him to anyone who has tire trouble with their vehicle if he/she is traveling through the DMV area. We really appreciate his impeccable service. Job well done! Bo came right to my apartment and got to work. He talked to me about the parts and what they do, and he showed me how to remove the parts of the brake system and put them back in. They really deserve 5 stars, I called them to come repair my belt that had been giving me and other mechanics issue. I called him and same day within the hour he was looking at my car. Avoid this mechanic at all cost. Buyer Beware. I can confirm the female named Shantell wrote a fake review as mechanic was talking on the phone with a lady with the same name throughout the day and is likely his girlfriend. I doubt this is a coincidence.This guy is a street mechanic and likely not certified. He had me buy a fuel pump for $260 and said that would fix my car and have it running. After he installed fuel pump car was still not running.He came back the next day and managed to get the car running after messing around with the wires and the fuse panel only for the car to stop running again by nights end. He also had me buy two more parts that came up to around $150 only for him to have me return them later when he realized they were not needed. Also had me buy a fuel pump relay that was around $20.This mechanic obviously didn t know what he was doing. He also had two other people look at the car as he needed assistance which was a red flag. I had noticed the AC was no longer running and he claimed the work he was doing had nothing to do with the AC and that it was impossible he was responsible for it no longer working. I found out from my main mechanic that was a lie and he could of possibly screwed it up when he was working under my hood messing with the fuses and wires.I had to pay this guy $50 up front to look at the car (he wanted $75) and he wanted $250 for fuel pump installation. I paid him half of the $250 but refused to pay him the other half once I realized he screwed up my AC and after all the money spent my car still wasn t running. He also stole the pole that keeps the hood to the car open because he didn t get his remaining $125 which I had no obligation to payShould of never paid him the $125 but I only gave it to him because the car was driving temporarily but by the time he left the car wouldn t start up. I ended up missing 2 days of work because of this if I had a competent mechanic I would of been able to make work a few hours late he took all day both days and got nothing accomplished I wasted over $500 as I also had to pay $80 do get the car towed or else it would of got impounded and that was pretty much all of my money until my next paycheck and guy already knew this in advance he didn t care9/21/19 update as mechanic responded and I am unable to respond to his non sense directly. I already explained the fuel pump situation. I have no reason to make up stories. Anyone looking for a mechanic in the local area reading this just giving you a heads up you make the call. He was in a rush to get the rest of his money but I insisted on a test drive and that ended up being the right call. $500 is a weeks worth work for most if they are even fortunate to make that much and I wasted no less than that amount dealing with this unprofessional
