Great service and turnover speed to get your car back to you asap, just make sure you ask for Mr.Husham and tell him that Kamal sent you and that I Recommend his repair shop out of any other place in the surrounding area ,because of the skills of the mechanics and management. THANKS AGAIN Mr.Husham you saved me TIME and most of all Money . I will be coming back .

JANKY JANKY BUSINESS!!!! OMAR ACTS AS IF HE IS HELPING YOU BUT HE IS REALLY FINESSING. YOU GO IN FOR ONETHING THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU ALSO NEED 4 NEW TIRES AND AN ALIGNMENT.HE ORDERS PARTS FROM THE AUTOZONE ACROSS THE STREET USING HIS COMMERCIAL CODE AND IS ALSO IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE WORKERS THERE WHOM HE CALLS AND ADVISES WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING TO BUY PARTS, CHARGES YOU REGULAR NON COMMERCIAL PRICE PLUS MORE ,ON TOP OF THE LABOR FEE!!!! HE ALSO TRIES TO FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR ACIMA CREDITS AND LIES AND TELL YOU THEY DONT RUN YOUR CREDIT BECAUSE HE THINKS THATS WHAT NO CREDIT NEEDED MEANS WHEN THEY DO ACTUALLY RUN AND REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT !!!!!!!!! please do NOT go here. The service is HORRIBLE and the customer service is non-existent. They have zero respect for women customers. I was over talked, disrespected by a mechanic (called out of my name), and practically ignored when trying to speak with the cashier/manager about the issues with my car. They will try to over charge you on your quote for work that isn t necessary and then ASSUME you can t afford the service by trying to rope you into some no interest installment plan . Please do yourself a favor and seek help elsewhere. You ll thank me later. I can t post unless I leave a star but just know this place is work ZERO stars.

Will Husham yell loudly for his mechanics when he wants them to come over and answer a question? Yes. Does the business look like it belongs in a Mad Max movie? Yes. But will you get new tires for a cheaper price, and have your car ready within the hour? Also, yes.

Top tier service at BNH Auto. Husham is great knowledge and honest. He worked hard to find the aftermarket parts for my car so I didn t have to pay OEM prices. Don t bother with the other auto shops in the area this is the place to go.

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. RUDE STAFF. Totally unacceptable behavior, particularly towards women. I was called the B word for asserting myself and calling them out on their igregious behavior. The mechanic with the locs is the absolute worst of the worst. And the manager does nothing to stop the treatment. They overcharge for service as well. Do NOT go here.

Tried to charge me $40 for yanking my upholstery out of place in order to see which kind of indicator bulb I needed to replace. I could have done the actual bulb change myself, but they went ahead and did it without asking. I argued them down to $30 (for less then one minute of total labor time) then the cashier lied to me and said a single indicator bulb costs $10, when a 2-pack is less than $10 across the street at autozone.

DO NOT GO HERE - POOR TIRES USED. I visited for a replacement tire a couple of months ago. Turns out, the tire they installed was hardly capable of being on the road. It s been punctured multiple times, and recently broke completely. My gf had the same problem a separate mechanic said that her tire should never have been allowed on a vehicle. This shop gives you garbage tires under the illusion that it s an affordable alternative. Don t go unless you want to replace the tire within a couple months. Or if you want your tire to burst on the highway and kill you. I doubt these positive reviewers have realized yet that they got screwed. Save yourself the trouble.

Got my alternator and tires replaced in an hour. They gave me a better deal than other shops I checked with as well! I ll be coming back for other services.

I went to 3 other mechanics in the area to try and get a noise fixed that came out of my wheel. One mechanic couldn't fit me in despite an empty lot, the 2nd looked at the issue and said there was no issue. The third couldn't handle logistics on his own lot.Then I got to BNH. Dudes took my car in at 8.45 am, diagnosed the problem with my break pads, fixed it and had my cat back to me just after lunch. Highly recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and DISHONEST. Everyone I met here seems to have an attitude issue and couldn't care less about their customers. Bought brand new tires from here and confirmed with them twice if tire balance is included. Next day I took the car on highway it was shaking LIKE HELL. They lie to you just to save 5 minutes of labor, "nice" job.

I have had a very positive experience at BNH Tire & Auto Repair. My usual mechanic was no longer available so I was referred to here by a my sister, who also referred her daughter. I first went to get my oil changed. They did a good job but my only concern was they didn't use a name brand oil but oil out of a big drum barrel. But the job was done quick and well. Next, I came back because a light failure indicator came on. Omar was able to check the issue, changed the bulbs and within 15 minutes was done. He was even kind enough not to charge! Where do you get service like that nowadays? I have more work that needs to be done that my previous mechanic neglected and for sure I will be coming back to BNH Tires and Auto Repair. I feel I can trust them to do a good honest job at a fair price. And they're friendly.

Gave me a tire that could have killed me. The tire started giving me problems almost immediately. Took my car to my regular mechanic who said he was amazed it hadn t come off while I was on the highway. Cheap, worn tire that I paid $60 for. Do not go here. You ll save a few bucks but could possibly have to pay thousands in medical bills.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAMMERS AND LIARS!***Provided the wrong tire, damaged the wheel visibly, denied the damage they caused... on top of that one of their employees who caused the damage tried threatening after he admitted to damaging the wheel... then he was fired on the spot by the owner... owner is a scammer who said he would repair the wheel and damaged it further... probably the worst car experience one could imagine... I disputed the charge and literally had to take a photo of the tire I returned on their property when they would not accept the return... they lost the dispute and I was refunded so that is the only silver lining here

I hit one of DC's infamous low curbs and needed a tire for my Audi right away. The guys at BNH Tires were so kind and helpful! They had a new tire on in less than 15 minutes and they even got me laughing about my driving mistake. Good people, fast service, fair prices -- you can't ask for more!

I needed new tires for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called multiple places in DC, none of which had a tire in the correct size and would need several days for an order to arrive. I stopped into BNH where I met G. G had the correct size and completed installation in under an hour. Pricing was incredibly fair. After installation my car is driving smoother than it has for years. Friendly, fast, affordable service. Thank you G and BNH!

Giving them a star is being far to generous...oh they nice and friendly when you first walk in, but wait till they start looking at your vehicle. I assume because I'm a woman, the mechanic thought I would not know anything about cars. I took my son's car there because I knew the coolant fan wasn't working properly. The mechanic immediately said it's the radiator and proceeded to show me it was by pumping the fluid.only to prove he was wrong hahaha . Got in his feelings and refuse to work on the car. Bad business, will not go bac!!

After having my mechanic move to Florida sometime last year I was literally lost. I was referred to Omar at BNH by my brother who has taken two of his cars there for servicing. I must say God answers prayers. Omar and the entire staff at BNH are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 2005 Lexus ES330 that I recently got serviced there and I feel like I drove off the lot with a brand new car. I highly recommend this place for any of your car mechanical needs.

I recommend this place. I mean if you don t want to hear what is wrong with your car and/or pay for it then don t go here but if you want to know and have it fixed go here. I waited for my car and didn t think it took longer than any other place I have ever been to. I chatted with some of the people and didn t find them rude but I was also just looking for someone to fix my car and not make small talk or be my friendly neighbor :) I compared the price I paid with other places and it was around the same total...but they also did two small things for free! I recommend them.

Warning!!! I don t recommend know one to take their car here. They will run your bill up. This is every car owner mechanic shop nightmare. They will fix one thing but tamper with another part to have you coming back. I took my car here to have a axle replaced in which I brought my own part with me. So as they replace the Driver side axle they broke the tire rod on the passenger side during the alignment so now they had to oder me new tire rods which added to my bill. So now i go to get my car 5 days later when they said its ready to be picked up. Now the car rides bad, i mean bad, als had 2 new warning lights i never seen an 4 warning messages i never saw as well, i couldnt even leave. But end up taking it to be examined by another mechanic an in 3 minutes or less he told me i had only 1 screw holding my wheel hub together with 2 missing in which was throwing off all my sensors. So i then took it back an of course they said its not their fault but they did replace them the next day but i had to leave my car again because they had to order my screws as well lol. Again i don t recommend anyone taking their car here because im still trying to correct their mistakes. I almost forgot that i caught them under my hood doing i dont know because none of the work i needed required opening my hood but I could never get a legitimate reason why they was under my hood.

Poor customer service, the sales dude is so rude and unprofessional. He has a temper tantrum, he screamed and using abusive language to his customer is common to him.

So happy I decided to go to this place. I had a hard time with my tire and was so worried about affording to take care of it. The owner was so helpful and took such good care of me. This place is not interested in ripping you off, they give it to you straight up. I am definitely going back to them for any of my car needs.

I would NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!! They are very unprofessional and rude. I went to get my brakes fixed and they told me 200 for the service . I went across the street to the auto zone to get the parts and they had already took my tires brakes off without me even purchasing the parts. I was able to get the brakes and rotors but not the sensors so I was unable to do get everything I came to do. The mechanic said he would still charge me the 200 and whenever I get the sensors just to come back and they would do it for free. I said ok and they did my brakes and rotors. Come time to pay, he says "ok your total is 265". I said we'll how much was tax? He said 15. I said ok so where did the extra 50 come from because you told me 200. He said I never told you 200. At this point I'm pissed so my boyfriend steps in and he has to remove me form the place because not only did they speak to me rude and he started yelling, but they lied about the price after all the work was done! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing and then make it another!

These guys are sharks. They do good work but are hella pushy with the up sales. And if you don t have the money they will hound you to sign up for Acima (DO NOT DO IT)...I have been here three time and used the Acima Option each time. It s all good for emergencies such as mine but if you don t pay them back within 90days you owe double and god has mercy on your credit score....

The service was fast, didn't have to wait long. I came in with a nail in a tire, the technician plugged my tire and checked the air in all my tires. The cost of service was average. I would come again to this facility

I recommend this location. They work with you to make sure your vehicle is safe and do it at a reasonable price. The owner is friendly and the service is immediate and fast, with or without an appointment.

The website states that this business opens at 8:00am. So I planned ahead on being the 1st one in line as soon as they open up. It's now 8:05 on this Thursday morning...Gate is still locked. Guess I'll just hold my breath & see what time they really open. Pray that I don't die from holding my breath too long.

Horrible service . The guy at front desk charged full price for new tires. I found out a couple of days later the tire was used. When I came back to the store they refused to give me refund. This guy should be reported !!!
