Please check the batteries before you sale them to anyone. My battery died a month after buying it, took it back and had it checked and it said it was at 100%. Had my alternator checked and that was fine too. Everyday for a week after checking my fully charged battery, I had to jump my car every time I got in it.Went to a different autozone today to have the battery checked and in fact it was a bad battery.The staff in the store were super friendly and helpful but I had to give 2 stars for the inconvenience of my battery dying a month after getting it.

Hello last, lbought some parts for my vehicle in auto zon,which the mallener notified me that if l brought the bad parts,which l would changer ,they would give me a refund but it was not like that since l came to the car zon man sercano and anfortunately the maneger of the store l was badly faced and senego to be the refund that they promised me that terrible service and bad customer tensi�n have.me

Knowledgeable staff. The staff is thorough but could be a little kinder. They often lack cordiality. No offense. Great selection and sales often. And again the staff is well versed in auto parts

The workers were more than willing to be of help but they definitely need to hire more hands. Didn't get his name but the one guy was literally running between customers. I was in and out in no time. Also noticed how they cleaned up their parking lot of loitering and trash. Definitely will visit this location again.

Came to get a free Check Engine light reading and the lady at the store asked me to wait while she helped a customer. And then another and another.. i waited for 20 minutes and when I asked her about it she asked me to be patient I ended up being helped by a nice younger lady a few minutes later so I added another star. But this was really a 1 star review

We don't frequent this location, but we experienced nothing short of excellent customer service! Specifically, Eugene was professional, provided accurate information and actually had the parts we needed. It nice was to work with him after being mislead at our regular location (Allentown Road) that apparently needs to find someone else to perform inventory!

They are usually helpful courteous but yesterday they lost my business at this location. A light skin bald head male saw me wait in line about 15 to 20 minutes to tell me parts are over the okay that's fine I understand but for him to tell me he said it 100 times not once have he said that for two he was disrespectful unprofessional about the whole ordeal.

Need to hire more staff. They are trying to keep things moving smoothly but sometimes customers are awful and cause longer delays. I waited 20 minutes for a can of paint because it's LOCKED UP behind a cage...

Went here again a few days ago, as soon as they opened. Received help from Emma (I hope that was her name) let me just say this young lady knows her job!!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Thank you so much Emma!!!

Worst Autozone EVER. I went to get a battery replaced. After I purchased the battery, the guy with a limp told me to take the battery to my car and he would be right there. Instead, he walks past my car to a friend's car, stands there and talks for 15 minutes, urinated on the wall, walked right past me, went back into the store and was behind the counter serving other customers.

There can t be a slower service because they hit the limit Please corporate provide the employees with Redbulls monsters a coffee maybe they can move a little bit quicker if not higher some more people thank you very much

Great customer service because they said that they didn't have bags for my items but offered a cardboard box. Also I really appreciate their patience when signing me up for their rewards program especially on a busy Sunday.

The service is the ONLY reason i'm giving 5 stars. Two different people helped me during my visit and they were both wonderful. Outside of the store is a whole different situation, I guarantee this store is missing potential sales do to the perception you recieve from outside. Clean up outside and spruce up the inside and watch your sales will double (at the very least)

Not open at 9am doors are locked gates to the doors are down and I even tried to call to make sure but no answer.

Antonio was great this morning. I came in as soon as they opened this morning because my car battery had died. He was open to help me without attitude as I ve experienced at another location. He worked diligently to replace my battery and had me back on the road on no time. Thanks a lot. He was a breath of fresh air after a long morning.

Wreaked of Marijuana inside the store. Email already sent to HQ. Will not be returning/recommending removal of store at this location due to illegal activity being witnessed in parking lot. Noted to DC PD. Would not recommend visiting this store.

Came 5 minutes after their opening hours but was told they couldn t let me in because they re employees and security haven t shown up yet. Also, they didn t give me a receipt because they said their printer was down, and they were too lazy to fix it

Availability of products is a great point about this AutoZone, but lines are long when looking to checkout. Parking lot was filled with more than 20 people on bicycles and others just sitting on various railings upon my visit. As such, it wasn't the most secure shopping experience I've ever had when it comes to car parts. Would not visit this particular location again.

Very efficient and action-oriented staff. I had three people help me with my windshield wipers. One person (I think Kevin?) figured out the wrong size was put on and was able to take the stuck blade out. Then another person walked out to make sure the new ones fit. Everyone went above and beyond.

Called ahead to see if they had a tool I needed and neither of the guys that answered was absolutely no help and totally unprofessional. So I drove over to the location, sketchy as hell in the parking lot. Had people approach me wanting to sell some kind of discount card. Of course they didn t have what I needed to headed to Ace in Alexandria which was AWESOME.
