Staff here are extremely helpful and attentive. I was waiting for them to finish helping another customer but the store manager saw me waiting and offered to help me herself. She replaced my windshield wiper and got me out and about in no time. Really well run store and great customer service!

I had a great experience here. The check engine light popped up on my counter. The sales associate who helped me was efficient than no one will think. I was very happy with her service and I strongly recommend.

I've been a loyal customer at this AutoZone location for the past 10 years, and until recently, I've always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, I encountered an employee whom I'd never seen before. Not only was he unfamiliar with my long-standing patronage, but his disrespectful attitude left me deeply disappointed. It's disheartening to witness a decline in customer service at a place I've trusted for a decade. I hope the management addresses such instances to maintain the reputation of this otherwise reliable auto parts store.

Had the best experience when purchasing my new battery. Shaheed (Shaid) sorry if I misspelled your name, went above and beyond helping me with the old battery and installing the new one. I brought the wrong tool and he said he would handle it for me and he did. It was quick and very good customer service. I truly appreciated the help!

I went in the AutoZone on Longfellow Street twice today. My first visit was to purchase and my second was to return because I purchased the wrong item. Both visits, I encountered two of the nicest AutoZone employee s who went above and beyond to assist me.

Shaid helped me pick out and install wipers, in the rain. Above and beyond minimal customer service specs. And per store rules, refused a tip. A star employee in an excellently functioning, orderly, and clean store.

My husband and I needed a battery and Pam and Clarence were so helpful. They were pretty busy and it was late and Pam still let Clarence put the battery in for us. The customer service was amazing.

Great customer service , Gregrory helped me with my headlights didnt take much time , he was really respectful, responded quickly and finished within few minutes , i would definitely come back to this location again other locations dont really respond but gregory came through this location stood out for me thank you for the great service

This store has most things you may need for your car. Employees are very nice and helpful, however it would be nice if they hired more employees. This store can be very busy after work hours and on the weekends.

Easy to park. Service was good. Check for stock on some items as they have lots of inventory, only stock 1 or 2 pieces.

Went it for motor oil and filter to prep for a cross country trip and wasn t really sure what I was looking for. I m doing my first oil change myself and Andre was so helpful, he checked the cylinders on my engine for me and helped me pick out a good filter. Made my day!

The staff at this store is very helpful. A Totten quickly offered to help me. He ran the starter test I requested in not time and showed me how to install new wipers. A+ service!!!!

Gregory was super helpful not only in helping me find the right bulb to replace my headlight but then also replaced it for me in the parking lot. 10/10 service give this man a raise!

Went to get the stuff I needed for an oil change and some other stuff. Most of it was easy to find. At check out the young lady at the counter was efficient and knowledgeable of what I needed. She was also patient while I gathered more info about my vehicle to make the best purchase. I've been coming here for years. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. That's why keep coming back

You always have to wait a long time to get service from one of the sales clerk, most of the time the store don't even be crowded, today I waited for almost 15 minutes for someone to wait on me and there was no line, everybody was doing something else and would not wait on me.

Manuel was not only quick to find the right headlight for me but he installed it for me as well which was extremely helpful as they can be tricky.

I came into this auto zone location after I called to check and see if I could get some help with my engine, come to find out the problem was my battery. I know very little about cars and didn t know what to expect. But the help I received was more than I expected. Plus, I wasn t there to long.The person who helped me out was Andre. He had great conversation, great energy , and great service. Definitely a leader and a genuine person.

Service was excellent. They quickly took a return and found the correct pieces for me.The annoying bit was there was a line of in store customers who were being helped by employees and meanwhile a computer was announcing every 30 seconds that there were online orders to be compiled. I was only in the store for a couple minutes and it was annoying. I cannot imagine working there with a computer nagging all day.

I recently lost all of my keys. (TO EVERYTHING)! I went to get gas, because I was driving on air, and realized, my gas cap had a key!!!!! In desperation I went to autozone. Andre came out, and got that cap off in 1 minute! He was nice, professional and competent! I was happy and pleased with my service, got another cap and moved on!

Monique is freaking AMAZING. The best customer service i have EVER encountered at an AutoZone. She went over and beyond for my 89 year old grandmother. She recommended great products and even personally took her time to explain how to use the products. I will be a forever customer because of this young lady
