The staff was very helpful and friendly,everyone was amazed about my 8-year-old battery, that I purchased from AutoZone, which is why I purchase another one! I purchased my 2002 Nissan Xterra 4 wheel drive in 2016, this is a battery that came wolf it until the day I took it in and purchase another!

The customer service is horrid. Hire people who actually wants to work. I walk-in and ask nicely for a obd2 scanner for my check engine light and automatically the worker frowns her face and rolls her eyes. I usually come here for all my car needs but I guess not anymore .

I came in the store to get a new battery and was told there was nobody available to help put the battery. So I proceeded to leave and the young lady by the name of Serenity D said mama come back I will put your battery in for you. I purchased the battery and she put the battery in with confidence not knowing she just learned 1 week ago. You go girl. I appreciate you. Thanks again

District manager Keith Nairne was seriously the best. At this store I had an emergency where both my lights went out and had great customer service at this store. A gentleman there even put the lights in for me without hesitation despite it being very busy when I came in.I was recently informed of the warranty offered with these lights for a year. However, I had lost the receipt and wasn't part of the system. When I called it was already 6 months and a few days (meaning it was no longer in their system).Keith came to the rescue and personally reached out and resolved the issue by getting me my replacement lights. I'm now in the system signed up and keep my receipts but thankful for Keith's help!

Just purchase a 6 piece here bit set for $21.00. But the merchandise was unusable. When back to this same location with receipt and the packaging, item still in the same condition. However the cashier(a lady) is telling me that I could not return the item.Today is the last time I will ever take my business to AutoZone..And I will convince anyone to do the same. And I will go extra mile to make it happen..

So today I walked into The Autozone and my husband wa'a buying antifreeze The Black Lady with gray shirt and messed up wig gonna say all loud in front of other customers do u have a car? So i just asked her to get the manager she states she is The manager well if that if that is how yall talk to your customers and treating then disrespectful I wont ever being my family to your store ever again it dont mak� sense

I was able to get a canister purge valve, oil filter, and 5 quarts of oil at a reasonable price under $200 for my car! It pays to shop around!

Depends on the staff...some really put their work in and others are just there to get a check...I literally watched a lady say I don t have time to test a battery when a new employee was asking about charging/testing a batteryI literally watched as they pick up and then hang up the phone when they don t want to answer ....Weird stuff ...The only autozone in the DMV that isn t ghetto af is the one in forrestville ..I ll take my money there

It's a combination of the store itself as well as his location why I gave it three stars. I came here for a duralast battery jumping kit. According to the website as well as the systems online inventory it said that they had seven of them. Unfortunately it seems the store has a high rate of stealing so they actually had none. Well actually they had one but it was already open. I picked up the item and after waiting maybe 15 minutes to be serviced I purchased it. It ended up being defective and I had to return it. This place needs more staff Moore security and more items. Overall for your bare minimum things like wiper blades windshield wiper fluid couple of bolts you may be able to get it here but just know it's going to take some time.

I stood at the front for almost 5 mins without even getting asked if I needed help and there were 2 people in there acting like they were too preoccupied to serve a customer. And they saw me standing there waiting. Of course they were black people, who else!

I love this AutoZone the best in S.E ...the store manager is AWESOME. AND THEY PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE. ..ALWAYS KIND OF CROWDED. ..BECAUSE LIKE ME EVERYONE GOES HERE...!! USUALLY HAS EVERYTHING I NEED IN STOCK AND IF NOT THEY WILL ORDER IT 5 STARS FROM ME!!!

The sales women was short with me, it seems she did not want to be at work or had something else on her mind. There were very few people in the store, she seemed to be bothered, not sure what it was.Don t worry, I will not be going to this AutoZone ever again.

Im a former manager of AutoZone (also Advanced Auto \ Midas)The employees dont know enough about there store.(i end up helping when that slows me down)Some do and thanks now help the others..Always fair to good customer service..The store lot is always busy but least they let u fix minor stuff there... Few chances at getting employed unless you know a current worker...
