Ran in real fast to buy some gasket maker to do a repair on the heal/ sole of 1 of my favorite leather boots. It dries overnight & costs less than $12 for a good sized tube that is easily enough for 2 complete soles & then some! My heel is fixed & the tube is safely tucked in my backpack for future use. Win Win!

Raymond was incredibly helpful diagnosing our car battery turns out it wasn t dead as we thought! He was very patient and taught us a lot, and saved us from having to get a new battery too soon.

They only had the more expensive version of my battery in stock but it's okay it comes with an extra year of warranty. They are in a good spot right off the metro if you must walk there with a heavy battery on your back. The clerks were polite albeit maybe not the most attentive. Otherwise it's your standard fare AutoZone.

I must say my visit to Washington DC has been exciting beyond many reasons. My experience at AutoZone was shocking. Everyone who works there appears to be on some type of substance one of the employees by the name of Desmond was yelling at customers and employees as if he woke up and didn't want to come to wokr he was rushing customers to say what they needed which was unprofessional. The one lady named Clarice seemed like she was under the influence and when I walked past her while she was entertaining a man which neither one of them talking about any about cars if you know what I mean very unprofessional. Employees in the parking lot congregating at cars looking like they are selling drugs. I didn't even buy what I needed because I was so shocked. I can't wait to get back home

Ordered a car fab battery online all for the manager to be nasty with me and said they don t deliver to the house and I have to call cooperate for the refund then was in my ear about his employers need to come to work when they are scheduled and hung up on me very unprofessional I deal with them all the time and this has never happened

I discovered you can borrow tools for free with a deposit for up to 90 days. This was very handy as I was troubleshooting a washer pump problem. Problem solved.

Fantastic service by RAYMOND. I wasn't 100% sure how to install a replacement bulb, so he came out of the store to show me. Also gave me a tip to use some lube to prevent a short, and then also suggested some other items which I promptly bought. Seriously, up-selling at its very best as it was actually useful. I am most definitely coming here again before shelling out money at the dealership. This kind of service is what I used to expect at hardware stores, but long ago gave up on it. Thank you!!

The team at this location is WONDERFUL!!! Niki, Raymond, & Reecie are especially excellent. I came in with a battery issue and they all helped so much. It is so nice to come across nice people I haven't been to this auto zone since I was a kid but will make sure I always come to this location for any of my future needs. Fantastic customer service from Desmond. The regular mechanic was out on Sunday and he offered to change out the car battery I just purchased right then and there. It took 10 minutes! Very impressed.

My husband and I came to this autozone around 8pm to buy a new battery we spent almost $300 and we ask one of the workers if he could change it for us he refused doing it he said it was dark and the store close at 9pm both of the workers have not sense of customer service. Worst experience ever.

I had an awesome experience here! Desmond was so helpful and nice - he helped me find the right headlight I needed for my car and then also taught me how to change the bulb in the parking lot. I would not have been able to do it without him. I ll definitely be coming back to this location if I need anything in the future! Thanks, Desmond!

Go and ask for Ms. Reese to assist you with your car needs. I needed a new battery and she not only helped install the battery but she taught me what to do for future issues when installing my own battery. All staff are knowledgeable and very nice but Ms. Reese....she was the best! I completely miss customer service and Ms.Reese exceeded all expectations! Thank you thank you thank you!

Im only giving 5 's for my sevice I received but i witnessed something i didnt approve of. I was looking around for some blades, a cashier named Nikki came and asked me if I need any help and she would assist me if I need the help, I told her that I was ok but really I was confused, so as I was walking to her register as I was waiting in line I overheard her supervisor talking to Nikki rudely talking about her energy was off while Nikki was at her register with another customer and she probably was embarrassed but she continued to work with her customer until they were finished so I then walked to her register and she greeted me with kindness and respect and as I was telling her my information for my vehicle her manager kept saying stuff concerning the cashier so she stepped back one time and replied in her defense so the manager then put her hand up to block the cashiers words and told her that she could clock out, she still assisted me to the fullest but I could tell that she was hurt and embarrassedAs a professional you shouldn't never talk down to your employees in front of outsidersMake a long story short a lot of mental health issues starts from employment

Not only did I come in weeks ago to have my battery checked and was told it was ok, when it very much was not, my visit to just purchase my own replacement battery was a mess.Both employees were unprofessional and couldn t even run part service and checkout without yelling at each other and customers. Desmond was an absolute mess even trying to check out, as I couldn t use self checkout with a product under warranty. An unnecessarily long, loud, and annoying visit that left me extremely irritated.
