Hi, I wanted to thank Marquisha C. for her help during my visit on Friday October 27th. It was the first time I purchased equipment for my car and she was patient and answered all my questions. we even went to my car so she could show me some details. I really appreciated his help. I was sad to see that she couldn't take the tip I wanted to give her. I hope she will be recognized for the excellent service she provides. Hope to see you next time I come Marquisha, thanks.

Walked in frantic with a dying car battery and the staff fixed the problem and replaced my battery with no issue! :) Was so happy with the service and will definitely recommend others! Thank you!

I came in here and I was greeted immediately. All of the gentleman were working hard. I was in and out fast. I was also offer car knowledge which helped out a great deal because I didn t know all of the questions I needed to ask. I appreciate the gentleman at this auto zone!

What started out as a bad situation ended fantastic, due to manager, Clarice Young, and her quick response; with total professionalism at the forefront. The incident occurred in the evening, and her swift actions had me able to walk away, in less than 24 hours, a happy customer, not only with my truck fixed, by sales representative Steffon, but it actually looks brand new. Oh, and let me not forget to give Ms Vida her BIG UPS as well, for overriding the hater, who I won't mention

Want to give Stephen a special thank you. Myself and another person came to have batteries replaced. Stephen diligently replaced two batteries back to back while in the heavy pouring rain. I was expecting him to tell myself and they other customer we would have to wait because of the rain but instead he went back in to grab his hoodie and rain coat and continued to work on us. I was shocked. I also noticed his shoes wasn t water resistant and that also made me even more appreciative. As I was already having a really rough day and the last thing i needed was someone to turn their back on me. Stephen gave me hope when he came back out ready to work in the rain. And that brighten my day so much more than him just fixing the battery. Thank you again

We needed a new battery on Christmas Eve morning, and the team at the H Street Autozone could not have been more helpful and cheerful. I was most impressed by the fact that the team seemed to have a great amount of comrade with each other...they worked as a team, got customers taken care of, and seemed really happy to be doing it together. Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Autozone today all because of Francis! He immediately approached me as I walked through the door asking if he could assist me! He helped me find the correct brake light and went above and beyond to help me install it! He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! He exhibited great customer service! I will be back thanks to him!

Stopped by this autozone to buy window wiper blades for a honda fit 2010. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They installed the new blades on the car, which we brought around to the front door.Excellent service. Thank you!!

This is a nothing special autonparts store which has an excellent selection of auto parts. Its a good place to get windshield wipers for the same price as Amazon. There's usually a descent group of men outside who will help you install parts. Autozone employees will help you install batteries,too.

Today was my first time ever in an auto supply store (and I am 68!) I needed replacement headlamps and wanted to buy better bulbs. I was expecting to have a terrible experience. Instead, TreyWade took care of us and was phenomenal. He explained the options clearly and even came out to the parking lot and helped put the bulbs in. I really was impressed by both his knowledge and his willingness wo help.

The experience was awesome! Steffone assisted me in purchasing brakes and rotors. He was so professional and very kind! He also helped me get my purchased items to the car. I really love seeing and experiencing this type of customer service. Great job!

Had to run in to get new windshield wipers. Troy was super helpful: he looked up what wipers my 2011 Chevy Cruze needed and then went outside to help me install them while it was drizzling. Without Troy, I would have been totally lost since I know next to nothing about cars. Great staff, very kind and helpful. My go to place for car stuff in DC.

Just stopped here yesterday to get some things for my car. Despite juggling three customers and their various requests all at the same time, "Vita" never lost her smile or professional attitude, managing to help all of us efficiently and quickly. My experience was great.Chris the assistant manager offered to replace my headlight bulb while it was raining. It didn t take him very long, about 10 minutes.I was very,very impressed. This store gets 5 stars.

My car's battery died on me, and so I needed to replace it instead of getting a jump. I have never replaced a car battery before, so I called AutoZone to ask if they had the same battery model for my car, and they were EXTREMELY curt with me. Just said yeah, and then I asked them to explain the maintenance fee, and the person on the other end sounded very annoyed. When the call was done, I said bye, and he just hung up without saying goodbye!That being said, when I got to the store and asked them for a replacement, they were very upbeat, funny, and helpful with all my questions. They did upsell me an item as well, but it was peanuts on top of the expensive battery.Car is now humming again! Thanks AutoZone :).

I was recently at the this store and was serviced by and employee Travis. He was very patient and helpful, Travis made my experience pleasant and helped me with rest of my day. You should hire and train more people like Travis and hope he goes further in you all company

I was hoping to fill out a survey for them but can t seem to find my receipt. A couple of days ago I purchased a battery from this location and turned in my old battery, which was covered in corrosion. Ms. Thomas noticed I d forgotten to remove the terminal and called over Rudy since I had no tools on hand. It must have taken Rudy a good 15 minutes to remove it for me due to all the corrosion. I really appreciated the above and beyond service they displayed.

I have come in the store on multiple occasions and the new employee Jazzmyn has always been very helpful and has offered her assistance on various items I need and couldn't find. Her manager Troy Wade is very very disrespectful to Jazzmyn and several customers. I have witnessed him being extremely rude and disrespectful to Jazzmyn on several occasions. I have mentioned to him his behavior and he still continues to act rude. If this is the type of managers your establishment hires your company needs to rethink the workers that you are allowing to represent your company. He behavior should not be tolerated by anyone. Jazzmyn is there doing her best and who wants to be harassed while working every time you are working with a manager that feels he has this right. If Troy Wade is a reflection of your management staff I will need to take my business someplace else where the customer service is better and management is respectful of customers and staff. I hope his behavior doesn't force Jazzmyn to leave she is a very helpful and knowledgeable employee and after what I saw today his behavior needs to be addressed.

The staff here was awesome. I called about 9AM to see if they had battery acid. The lady I spoke with went to check and see if it was really in the store. She said they had 2 containers. We didn't get there until 4 and another salesman had sold both containers.So our situation was that we were visiting and we live on our boat. I needed the acid for a new battery for the motorcycle we carry. We were there by Uber and they had the only stock of acid we had found.The same lady we spoke with got on the phone. Located some acid at another store and sent one of her people to pick it up. Now that's not what I expected. That was way above and beyond what she had to do.I'm glad there is a medium to praise them. Great people.

My husband bought in three batteries to get charged Monday 6/28/21. On Tuesday 6/29/21 I came in to picked them up. The young man went in the back and brought out three batteries and loaded them in my car. I went home and my husband informed me that one of the batteries was the wrong one and didn t belong to him. He called the store and inform them that they gave me the wrong battery. The salesman told him they were busy and he would have to come in the store. I went back today 6/30/21 to return the battery that wasn t his and get the correct battery that belonged to my husband. They tried to give me a core battery and say this was the correct battery. I left and my husband came back and they did the same to him. He needs his battery. They can t find it.
