Always great customer service. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help me find my clients loss medical equipment. It was left at the facility. Very friendly and professional staff members. Thank you, you made my day. My car looked brand new when I got it back. The way Winner cleaned my car and fixed the damage was amazing. Staff definitely deserves a raise. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job.

I just got my father-in-law s Mercedes back after a recent deer hit. I was so pleased with the result!! The pearl paint matched perfectly and they even had it detailed. Many thanks to the team there!

Great customer service and my car looks brand new after extensive damage caused by a deer. Chris, Jon, Gina & team provided updates during the repairs and quickly responded to my questions. The estimate/payment process was seamless between my insurance company and Winner. Unrelated to the repair, my battery died a couple days after I got the car back. They went above and beyond to get the car brought in, a rental set up immediately, and the battery replaced at no charge to me. While I hope not to need a collision center anytime soon, I'd definitely go to Winner Premier again for the quality work and customer service

We are highly happy with the repair of our car.Absolutely loved attention and care with which our case was handled. We have received our car and it looks brand new. We have been fully aware what is going on throughout the process thanks to constant follow ups. Drew was our case manager and we absolutely loved working with him. He s very professional , knowledgeable and you got a real gold employee right there. It was a truly high class experience working with you guys. We are very great full for that. As long as you are patient these guys will deliver fantastic results and we are very happy to choose Winner group for that.

Recently went to a music festival and while camping got hit by 60 mile per hour winds and hail. Unfortunately my ez up landed on the hood/ front of my car leaving huge dents and deep scratches everywhere. Gina was amazing and so kind when I called. I was able to get it in quickly with the collision center and I m very impressed with the quality and detail of work. I was also given updates every step of the way. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had recently grabbed a Buick from a lot up in Philly, the paint had gone bad and was peeling. I took it to winter and the service guy told me they don t work on cars like mines cuz it s old. Recommended I talk to an employee there Jess who does side work. She charge me $7000 and I think it was house paint used cuz when it raint it all ran off and the puddles was white. She won t return my calls and now I feel like I had got robbedStay away from this businesses because their service desk guy will point you to people for side work who does a bad job. To be clarified all work I had got done was at winter in there shop but I paid Jess straight cash. This businesses who is the one who told me to use Jess and now I feel like it was a excuse to not had to stand behind there work cause I know the manager got a taste of my bread cause I seen her hand him 500 after I had paid her

The Manager John was stellar. My car was brought to the shop (theft recovery vehicle) and repairs were completed quickly and professionally. No issues w Winner Premier when labor + material supplements needed to be filed w Geico.

I would recommend 3 times over, I took my F150 there after my accident. Drew did my inspection and handled my claim, he was great. He went out of his way for me and made the experience so much easier. My truck was done within 2 weeks, faster than they said. when I picked my truck up i was more than happy with the work. Brought my SUV in for work on rear quarter panel and general repair of minor dents and paint. The work was completed on time with excellent results. Pricing was fair and what I would consider a good value. My son and a couple of friends have used Winner, were happy with the service and what brought me to the shop for my vehicle. I had my vehicle done here before about 5 years ago and the service was great. But, just recently I had repairs done to my front end and it took them a month to do my truck and I had to call them for my status updates. Now I have to get my vehicle redone because, they forgot to attach a hose to the washer fluid. My driver side door panel is loose and my hood frame needs to be brought in.So if you need to take it to them be sure to really look your vehicle over and make sure it was done right.

I had been rear ended and this was the first time I have ever had to make an insurance claim and go through this process. While Geico, the insurance paying for my repairs, made things difficult for me, Winner Premier made the experience much more bearable. They talked me through the whole process and was in constant communication about the progress being made. Harry, the body shop director, spoke with personally about my problems and he did me a huge favor. Having your car repaired is certainly not an issue anyone wants to go through, but I am grateful I went through repair and will continue to use them in the future.Service: Body & Trim

This place deserves every 1-star rating ever. I took my 2011 Nissan Altima here as recommended by my insurance company. However, I read all the poor reviews before hand. Against my judgment. I went ahead and dropped it off for a bumper repair/replacement. They first told me they'd repair the cracked plastic bumper. I clearly asked are you sure and I am very sharp on details. Three days later they called saying it was done. When they pulled it out I clearly could see where the crack was, along with the bumper wasn't meeting up right with the taillight. They told me they'd replace the bumper. Calling me 5 days later to come pick it up. Went and looked at it again and the bumper had paint runs in it along with the top of the bumper where it met up with the taillight was rough. Another 6 days go by and I was contacted again saying everything was perfect. I pulled in to once again point out the taillight meeting up with the bumper area wasn't smooth and was rough, along with this there was pin holes in the bondo where bubbles had burst. They called me again in another 5 days. This is 3 weeks for you keeping track at home. I told them is it wasn't right, this time, I was taking it somewhere else. I pulled in and found another paint run on the side of the bumper, along with dirt trapped under the paint in some areas. I now have the car at Auto Tech collision for the repairs. I didn't even have to look hard for these imperfections but I did use my eyes. I'm sure some people, especially with grey and white cars don't see the poor imperfections that could possibly be in their repaired cars once they get them back from this horrible shop. The ONLY reason they deserve a one star is because they matched my Black Cherry paint perfectly. If you want photos contact me.

Not a winner - Avoid taking your car here. I have had mine repaired there twice, the second time against my better judgment. Being the only Audi certified repair facility nearby, it seemed like the smart decisions.The first time they kept telling me it would be one more day, for 17 days, to the point that my $1500 max/$50/day rental coverage ran out and I was out of pocket an additional $500. The car appeared to not have been cleaned - there was dust covering the entire inside of the car.The second time was to fix the botched job from the first time - orange peel paint on a brand new bumper and a visible crease in the door that had not been repaired or was mis-repaired. Only to wait 3 extra days again and being less than satisfied. There is still a ton or orange peel where they painted, and they hardly cleaned up after themselves.DO NOT take your car to Winner Premier Collision.

Lazy work, no quality control, and no attention to detail. I took my 2007 Porsche Cayman S there for repairs when they were allegedly Porsche certified last year for damage from a falling object (no collision). The front passenger fender needed to be replaced and the paint just needed to be blended. I had to return it 3 times because they damaged the car during 'repair', couldn't get the headlight aligned properly (which was very obvious), left a huge hazy buff mark the length of the door, interior door panel wasn't installed correctly, they left overspray on the rear quarter panel, did not properly reinstall passenger side front lip piece, and gave me the car back looking like it'd had a muddy bucket of water dumped on it and allowed to dry. After returning it to them so many times, I gave up and decided to quit letting them work on the car so as to avoid further issues. I wouldn't even let these guys apply touch-up paint to a bicycle.It baffles me that, not only could they produce such terrible workmanship, their quality control people and customer service people can pull a car out and try to give it to a customer with such glaring issues.EDIT: Their receptionists were the only good experience in that place.

They helped me Get my SUV fixed and painted after running into a ditch in the snowstorm earlier this year. I got help from Rory Ives, Larry Eller and Mike Powell. It was difficult finding the right parts, and getting them in a timely manner. But, Mike, the Parts Manager, kept me updated throughout the process. And once the parts were in, Rory and Larry continued to keep me in the loop about everything, every step of the way. They recognized my SUV was important to me, so they made it a priority to keep me updated so I wouldn't be left to worry.The BEST Customer Service I've ever had at ANY Automotive Care Facility! THANKS MIKE, LARRY & RORY!!!

Poor quality and workmanship, refused acceptance of my vehicle 4 time's before it was up to standard. They even missed complete areas of damage, If you spring a door do you think they would have noticed the hole thru the inside panel "nope". Completely missed the rear end damage on 1st acceptance inspection. Paint runs, misaligned door, trim and rear deck panels. To reject it once is no issue, but 4 times, it was never repaired properly.. I would not recommend them. I still need to return it a 5th time for paint.

So far no issues. My car is being repaired here. Friendly staff. So update and its not necessarily about Winner itself (although I had a few bones to pick but also some praises to give) its actually about whoever they "outsourced" to in order to have my tire repaired. That place supposedly lost the keys to my car which turned out ok, however, what I dont understand is why they needed to use my spare in my trunk and in doing so totally destroyed my trunk and belongings (I will be posting a picture). So yes I was in route to moving when ny car accident concurred so I had a lot of bags and belongings in my trunk but when I got my car back my bags were all open and my belongings were all over my trunk I have no clue why my things were put back the way they were (if everything is still there). Im so angry and irritated!!! So this is gonna sound strange but I finally for the first time tried my window washer (which was supoosedly repaired after an accident that smashed in the right front end of my car) and low and behold it doesnt even work so now 2 of the repairs supposedly made by Winner were not done properly. Granted I should have tried it when I first got my car back but I had surgery and havent been able to drive my car but still it should have worked. The other supposed repair was to my tire and I took my car in for an oil change and I find out that the rod or something was not tightened properly so the money I put out was worthless and now I have to put out more money to truly have the two issues repaired. GREAT...THANKS!

From the ajuster, enterprise sales person, the receptionist - I was treated with kid gloves. If I ever need work done again I would definitely take my car here. Will recommend to family and friends - Thanks Guys / Ladies at Winner!

I was sent to this company by Geico. They are part of the one stop claim processing service. Initially, I was very pleased and impressed with the service, but my car went in on 6/9/17 and it was not ready until 6/30/17. In the meantime ,while my car just sat, the battery died. Winner at least replaced the battery. I also want to mention the Geico rep was rude and patronizing. All in all, a poor and frustrating experience. I do not recommend the business.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! People are Friendly and helpful! The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner; I was kept updated and informed. They handled alk the nitty-gritties with Insurance. I felt Welcomed & when I went back...was remembered! Definitely recommend!
