What a great experience from start to finish!!! Ryan and team at the Wilmington location were top notch and I would highly recommend them to everyone! They were very fair when assessing my vehicle, honest and transparent. What a professional, friendly and hassle free environment. Keep up the great work! I ve done business in the past with other competitors and we buy any cars has set the bar. In my experiences in the past the other competitors don t even come close to we buy any cars. So thankful I have a local branch right here in little old Delaware. Thank you we buy any cars, you guys are the BEST!!!!

The transaction was seamless and smooth. They evaluated my truck reviewed the information and I walked out with check in hand. It doesn t get much easier than that. This is my first contact with we buy . I am so impressed with this service. Initial contact at 11 am appointment at 1 and check at 2. How much easier can it get. Kirk was very professional but also friendly and courteous. I will recommend this service to anyone with confidence they will also be treated as well as I was.

Our overall experience was good. The entire process was simple and smooth. It took about 45 min for the inspection of our car and the paper work. We were impressed with their professional way. One thing was surprising to us. Each accident/police report filed before takes $1,000 off, regardless of whether it was a small or big accident. In our case, our car was hit by another car in a parking lot a few years ago. It was a small rear bumper damage. That person didn t show his insurance information and wanted to resolve this privately. In order to avoid any future potential issue, we called the police. With a police report, the insurance company of that person paid for the damage. We explained this to the manager of the We Buy Any Car local office, but she didn t listen and said this is a policy. We don t think this policy is really logical although we obeyed it. If people have several similar police reports and accidental claims, several thousand dollars will be taken off.

Check Kelley Blue Book and get a better estimate before you show up. You don t want to get tricked into selling lower than what your car is worth. Ya can t blame them if you don t do your homework ahead of time! Don t get too excited about your online offer estimate, I guarantee they ll find SOMETHING that will lower your offer price by a good amount. Check other companies too. CarMax s online estimate was right on par with the actual offer, which ended up being about 1500 more than what these folks offered me. Overall the guy was nice and the process was quick, so I m not too angry about it all, as I didn t even take the offer. Not sure if I d consider them again in the future though.

Kirk was awesome to work with. He performed a thorough inspection of my car and discussed his findings. He was super polite, friendly, and trustworthy. This was my second vehicle selling to We Buy Any Car and I m fully satisfied with both experiences. I always felt like I was being taken care of and valued and I know I got a great deal for my car.
