Had a great service experience yesterday with Union Park Volvo. It was a little confusing entering the parking lot at first as there are other brands on the same lot but the "Volvo Service" sign is clearly posted. The staff performed my 40-50k maintenance interval in a timely manner and provided upfront cost and expectations. They didn't try to upsell me parts and services like other dealers. The price was definitely more competitive than Stillman. I got my vehicle back in a clean and orderly fashion. Highly recommend.

Went in for a water leak for my vehicle, and they took great care of me by not only fixing it but also providing a loaner at no extra cost. After my repair I was worried the issue was still there and when I went back David no only was very professional and patient but help look into it and provided insight that it was indeed fixed and I was testing the leak wrong. My XC60 now is just fine in the rain, and my worries are gone. Definitely recommend this place, and thank you David for your help and knowledge.

Had a great experience here. Cherry hill Volvo was closer for me however they were very unprofessional. I called Union Park and they made me feel so welcomed and listened to everything I needed addressed when bringing my car in. Would highly recommend!

I have been bringing my Volvo to this location for close to a year now and always receive excellent service. Corey at the front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when explaining what work needs to be done and the cost breakdown of everything (as is the rest of the staff).Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I'm surprised they have 5 stars. Terrible customer service from the service desk and reps. I'll take our Volvo elsewhere for service.

Got me in a day early and fixed my issue in a little over an hour. Tyler and the attendant at the door give excellent service. Price for service was fair as well.
