As long as you are getting an oil change, it s very easy schedule and complete. I prefer to not get any additional service as I ll take care of the rest.

Pathetic service, the guy handled my service made me wait for half hour after my service was done and i have to go check with him for the bill as he never showed up while I was waiting the waiting area.

Poor service, paid for a tire rotation, and an oil change. Tires are not rotated, but they did charge me.

It is said on their website that no appointment needed for oil service. However, this is only partially correct. If you plan to come on Saturday, an appointment is still required. If you are wondering how I got this, that s because I drove all the way there, only to find that I had to come later or find another place.

My car is still standing there for one unfinished job of an unavailable part. It's been 4 months. No update. No one bothers to answer phone calls with proper status. The person in-charge is never available, doesn't bother to call back and apart from him no one knows any status. Worst service. I regret to have gone to that place. Please make all your due diligence before stepping into that place. I don't know how many more months I have to wait. They have to be up front in telling if something can't be done. At least we can find efficient mechanics instead of wasting time with them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love this place. Especially, I think his name is Jim aka Grumpy Bear. He seems ornery but he is just super focused on getting the job done correctly. He also gives realistic wait times. I really like the honesty as well.

Worst service ever, not only did I do the survey they sent me but the following morning the manager calls me, not to understand were my low scoring game from but to try and explain to me that customer need to understand that the survey is not meant for customer to score low. And then told me to not come back to their location... he should have called and asked why I felt that way because of I took the time out of my day to do a survey that took me 5-10 minutes to fill out clearly I felt a certain type of way about the service I reserved. And I now can understand why I got that service based of the "managers" reaction to it. DONT GO HERE! Worst service around and as you can see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Good luck if you do go.

Everything was really great. Unfortunate they failed the "get my car serviced without getting subscribed SiriusXM email spam" challenge though. Seems every Honda service center does this.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I came in at 9am (On a Thursday) for a battery change and tire replacements. Before agreeing to the tire replacement I asked if they would be done by noon as I needed to head out by then and was assured that would be the case since the tires were in stock. It s now 2:30pm and I m still waiting for my car to be finished.

Will keep your car for days without any updates. Each and every time you call you will get the run around or another excuse as to why no work has been accomplished. The secretary is useless and does not know the answer to any of your questions.

Highly recommended for any service work on any Honda s. I have been going here with my 2006 Honda Civic, which lasted me 150k miles thanks to the great work done here at union Park Honda Service! I know bring my 2018 Honda Accord in as well. Millie is very good to deal with always keeps me informed on the status. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Union Park Honda has always done a good job maintaining my Honda. They have not tried to "sell" me on any services I didn't. They quickly repaired my airbags on recall. Without ant complaints. I have purchased three Honda crv's and am very satisfied with sales process.
