Went in looking at used vehicles...told them what we had to put down and what we could afford a month...they wanted to put us in a vehicle over our budget...when I asked them to look into other vehicles we wanted to look at, they kept pressuring us to buy the more expensive vehicle....I walked out.Deen was very polite and did a lot of work to try helping us out but I also felt pressured by him to get the most expensive vehicle.

Javier was the best sales rep. of the 2 other dealerships visited. Had patience and answered all questions. This is my 2nd car purchased from Union Park Buick and may not be my last. Very professional, conscious staff

I was specific as to why my car failed Delaware inspection. (ABDII STUCK IN DRIVE CYCLE). Your dealership replaced an oxygen sensor and scanned the vehicle and told me that it didn t show any additional faults and that it should pass the DMV inspection. I explained my past failure in which the DMV told me to drive the vehicle bout 35 miles and return. I checked google for any trouble shooting and found a drive cycle run down test (stop and go driving along with some highway driving). The vehicle failed the test a gain so I made an appointment with your service desk. I specifically inquired about having a technician check it out and perform any work necessary for it to pass. When I picked it up I was told a tech drove the vehicle about ten miles and it should pass the inspection.Well on Friday it failed the DMV inspection a third time for the same reason;stuck in drive cycle. I went from the inspection station directly to your service desk which had three employees working [ a female and two males). I explained that it just failed the inspection for the same reason and an asked what was needed. I was told they did not know and, at one point, that I should take it back to the DMV. I stated that they were a GMC dealership and repair shop and one would imagine they knew the vehicle better than the DMV. One of them said that the system that failed was an emissions system required by law and the DMV should be able to inform me of what was needed. Again, I used the GMC line. At that point the young lady went on the on the computer and said it showed a drive cycle was needed performed to complete the resetting of the system. She explained what driving was needed and that the vehicle would need to be driven 100 miles to clear the stuck in drive cycle failure.I must say it was a frustrating experience after spending money and explaining what was previously done and told by the DMV that some driving may be needed to reset the system and to have your service desk tell me to take the vehicle back to the DMV and ask them after your team reassured me that that it would pass. It didn t.

AVOID, AVOID, and AVOID! The absolute worst. The reviews are true. Horrible customer service would be considered a compliment for them. Car is worse now! Liz was nice, that s about it. The people up front are useless and incompetent. Never coming back, and will never, ever, recommend this service center to anyone.

My salesman is awsome. Jim VanDyke was top notch. He knew me like we were brothers. The truck sold its self. Love driving my 2024 Sierra.

Very friendly staff, no pressure to add or purchase additional items. I knew my purchase price prior to entering the finance office. Within a half hour, I was out with my new car.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would. They had us pay more than one diagnostic fee even though we were returning for the same problem that was not taken care of. We were misled. We were told the problem was our alternator, but then turned around and said that after inspecting the vehicle that was not the problem. Instead they said it was the catalytic converters, something that cost several thousand dollars. We were guaranteed that would fix the problem and we proceeded with the costly repair based on that guarantee, but it did not. We left the dealer for a few hours and had to bring the car right back. Just for them to tell me that the problem was what they originally thought, the alternator, something that only cost a few hundred dollars compared to the thousands they had us pay. We had to involve management, who were not very helpful at all. They kept our vehicle for almost 4 months with absolutely no communication in the last 3 weeks. They finally sent an email telling me we needed to pick up our car and return the loaner, followed by another threatening email stating that the loaner would be reported stolen if we didn t return asap. But of course the vehicle still has problems, the engine light keeps coming on, it s tugging and pulling, and now they are saying it s something completely different. It was a disappointing, unprofessional, and insulting experience. I will never return to Union Park Buick, we will be submitting a report to the Better Business Bureau, and we will be seeking legal advice.

Great at selling you a car and taking your money. Out of state buyers beware. PA people buy in your own state. Title department great at screwing up your registration which you will have straightened out on your own at your own cost. Incompetence at its best. Hey they also don't mention state inspection is due upon registration!!! That's once you straighten out their mess. So moral is buy in your own state.

I paid for a diagnosis of a stop/restart issue. I paid $880 that did not address the issue I brought it in to have fixed. I will not use the service again. I still have the same issue.

Came in today browsing for a new car, was met right away at the door. The saleman was very helpful and friendly. Worked through our schedule and timeframe and did a great job finding us a vehicle that also worked within our budget. Good experience, low pressure staff. Would buy from them again

I had to bring the car back a couple of times before all the problems were solved. The car has now passed inspection and all is well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to have my Buick lacrosse serviced for something that is under warranty by Buick. The service desk person never called me back. So I ll go to another Buick dealer but I would never recommend anyone to this Buick dealer.

Made my appointment online had an email letting me know my appointment was on sat at 930. Go over and they tell me they don t have me in. They close at 1 so they wouldn t have it done by then, they rescheduled me for Monday. On Monday I go in an wait 3 hours for my oil change I ask about getting new wipers and they charged me 70 plus dollars for windshield wipers!!!!! 30 dollars for labor, that s insane. I feel completely taken advantage off. Not to mention I lease my car I shouldn t pay for oil changes or wipers but that s a whole other story. In the past 6 years I ve been a loyal GMC customer but I think it s time to throw in the towel with GMC. Embarrassing to charge 30 dollars for a 3 minute job

Sam Williams was terrific. He helped me every step of the way. Found a vehicle that suited our needs at a price point we were looking for. The transaction was smooth and painless. Finance manager did a great job of walking me through the process

From speaking with Delilah (internet manager), who assigned me to Jim VanDyke, it was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Jim was very personable and made and took the time to get to know us. We were made to feel welcome and the process flowed seamlessly. Buying a car is a long process but this team made it worth the effort.

I am extraordinarily impressed with the professionalism of Greg H and Micah. They treated me as if I were their most important client. With their commitment to excellence, I almost felt like I was in a Bentley dealer. *** Highly recommended ***

I made an appointment to have a headlight replaced on my vehicle. The appointment was made in advance, your dealership was told prior to what my problem was. The appointment was confirmed. When I got to the dealership my vehicle was inspected and the dealership did not have my part. How do you confirm an appointment and not have the part in stocks. What should've taken an hour or two, took four hours because the part had to be retrieved from somewhere else. When I was initially told to come back the following day. Some of us work for a living and can't just take off like that. Totally Unacceptable.

$150 an hour is the highest labor rate around. Felt obliged to go to a dealer for a side mirror replacement with my vehicle still under 1st year warranty. 1.5 hours and $300 to pop a door panel, four bolts and a electrical pin connect? "Tricky door clips" are one thing but sounds really inflated to me. Sounds to me they needed someone skilled at this procedure. Desk service was friendly.

I have bought five cars so far in my life and this was the easiest and the best experience. Greg was absolutely amazing. He helped me get the best car that fit my needs. He was so friendly and kind and professional. I would definitely come back to this location in the future whenever I want to buy another car. Smoothest experience buying a car. I m very happy by the purchase and the ease.

Where do I begin my car was in the shop for almost 4 months I had 3 loaners in that timeframe and each with the exception of the last one I had issues with. While my car was there the staff hardly call me for an update in regards to my car. I had to call several times for someone to give me an update. When someone did returned my car they stated that the parts may take another month or 2. They suggested that I can either wait or trade my car so I went down to the dealership to explore some options. To my surprise and shock the manager of the dealership try to low ball me on the appraisal of my vehicle . He came back with some many absurd excuses on the amount that he quoted after I went to another dealership. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. Extremely poor service!!!

I loved being able to schedule and revise my appointment online. I had a couple of work emergencies come up at the last minute, so being able to reschedule myself early in the morning before you were open was great. I was checked in quickly, the service representative was friendly and professional. I could not believe how quickly my car was done- just about an hour.

The communication is terrible. No follow up calls from the service department. The only person who would communicate is Elizabeth and she was helpful. The others would say they would call back and we would never receive a call back. I would not recommend using the service location as the customer service is beyond terrible.

Really appreciated the straightforward numbers, transparency, top $ for trade, and kindness of both Greg salesman and Greg sales manager. Finance guy is super efficient and down to earth. Fought for me in a not so great credit situation; with the bank. Or should I say, stood up for me?This is definitely my go to dealership on all of Pennsylvania Ave. Very accommodating of my requests and professional. Have yet to experience the service department here but the sales team killed it! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I trust they'll continue to take care of any future concerns. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience at Union Park. Sam was our salesman and he was wonderful! He was easy to work with, knowledgeable of all product questions we had, patient, professional and personable. After many weeks of car shopping and research we narrowed down to 2. The car at union park and another at a completely different (Ford) dealership. Truth be told had a slight leaning towards the Ford but the salesman there was your stereotypical car salesman and that just rubbed me the wrong way. Sam s demeanor and approach is what sealed the deal for us.Would highly recommend Union Park, Kyle and especially Sam!
