Cannot describe how mad I am to this service.First of all, each diagnostic 330$, so if you need have a look at 3 parts you will have to pay 990$ no matter what.(they will do a discount 20$ for you)Second of all, you may have to wait a week before you got an updates and most likely you won t hear anything good.Third of all, I know my car is not prefect as it can be , but they not gonna even place a parts back THEY REMOVE from your car.Just letting you know my experience.

Service was excellent. I brought my 2013 XC60 in to have my wheel locks removed (I lost the key) and have new tires I purchased from an online retailer installed. The Volvo service associate immediately pointed out that the tires I ordered from the online retailer were incorrect (I blindly threw the tires into my trunk without checking as I've ordered from this retailer a number of times). Thankfully, the service associate provided me with a number of options. He and his fellow Volvo service associate also recommended a different brand/model of tires which I will purchase once I resolve the issues with the online retailer. As for the Volvo Service Center - I've been to this service center a number of times, and they've provided nothing but excellent and efficient service. I think that they're able to do this because I provide them with as much detail as humanly possible ahead of time. (Not all customers are able to do this... "My car is making a clunking sound...") I'm also thankful that I can book my appointment online to accommodate my schedule. I could easily go to another Volvo service center in Maryland (which is equivalent time and distance), but I choose Union Park because it's just easier and more convenient for me to get to.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- I dropped my 2022 BMW off for a simple repair. While they were waiting for parts, I asked that the body shop fix a scratch on my car. This never got done and it took the shop 2 weeks to fix my car. I called and asked that a manager call me back several times and never received a call back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. Tracy

For the first time in the 11 years I have been servicing our Hondas at Union Park, I had an unpleasant experience. The service representative did not seem to know what was going on with the part I needed for the repair. In addition, I had to approach the Service Manager to get any satisfaction. It seems that personnel issues with the parts department as well as a changeover in the service advisors has compounded the issue. To have excellent customer service, the staff need to do a better job of communicating with customers, apologize for any delays or inconvenience and have a friendlier/positive approach to interacting with the customer or Union Park will end up losing business.

Very nice BMW service.Clean, big parking lot. Nice waiting area and delicious coffee.The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable.Expensive but this is BMW :)They did the diagnosis, and my 2010 750i Xdrive not worth the trouble to fix. Just $2320 coils and spark plugs.3 stars for now, they asked me if I wanted my car washed in the tunnel, I said yes, but they didn't wash my car. :(

10/4/23 - This is an update to my previous review dated 9/29/23. Went back to the Service Center on Monday, 10/2 when they opened. Asked to speak to the supervisor and was referred to Mike Brown. I received a totally different level of customer service from Mike. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and receptive to my concerns. He ensured my vehicle was completed ASAP and provided a courtesy car until the work was done. I will return to this Service Center but I will work with a different service adviser than the one initially assigned.9/29/23 / The worst, and for the cost associated with repairs, I expected better quality of service. I Dropped my vehicle off on Thursday for a scheduled appointment to replace rear brakes, spark plugs, and filter. Was told by service rep that the process would take approximately 3 hours. It s now Saturday and still no vehicle because they don t do this type of work (brakes) on Saturday . So my vehicle is basically untouched until Monday. I was referred to the initial service advisor (Ron) who is off until Monday. No loaner vehicle available. THOROUGHLY PISSED AND DISAPPOINTED!!

My favorite salesperson Bruna got my wife into a new 24 X1 with a great deal now my wife and I both drive BMWs. I also wanted to thank Dave the sales manager for getting us done and the whole staff is just awesome.

Let me add to the list of terrible reviews about this service center ! I should have listened when I read that this service center doesn't care, but I wanted to experience it for myself.. and you all are right. This place is the ABSOLUTE worst, do not go, save yourself the headache, money and time !! I scheduled 2 appointments and each time I arrived, they did not have the parts. They could have notified me before I made a 30 minute drive, but they did not, they let me show up each time just to tell me in person they don't have what's needed to service my vehicle. I would give this place 0 starts if I could, I have switched my service center to the West Chester Location and you should too.

I have had my ups and downs with this dealership. It took me 4 trips for them to fix my AC issue. But they were super apologetic and it got fixed in the end so I was fine. Also the customer service on the service side has been wonderful to work with.Now I m dealing with the collision side and kicking myself for not reading the reviews prior to dropping of my car. I can t say yet if they did a good job because I have not gotten my car back after well over a month. I was literally told yesterday that my car was completed but they didn t complete some of the paperwork so I was not allowed to pick up my car. The customer service has been the worst. They are rude and they lie to you. One person will tell you something and then if you call and talk to someone else an hour later they will tell you something completely different.Whatever is going on here it s been going on for a while and it doesn t seem that they have made any improvements based on my experience.I have seen some responses to comments that say (owner). There is no way this can be true. How would the owner of a business be reading these comments and still let this continue.Potential collision customers READ THE REVIEWS! If you need your car back in a reasonable amount of time think twice before you drop it off here.

Shaun Bradford by far the best I have been dealing with the worst mechanics and auto shops bringing the car to BMW was the best decision I made Shaun has been there for both of my cars x5 and x6 best customer service and honest thank you you guys are my go to here on out

I am happy with their service. I had bad experience about 5 years ago but as of 2023, they are well better and Fred Boyce, who is my service advisor is very helpful every time. 5 Star for him. I do not need to drive to West Chester again.

Avoid this establishment like the plague. They are crooks and it's across the board from the tech, to the advisor right up to the manager. It's apparent that it's a well constructed practice to rip people off. I had a diagnostic completed and they told me I needed a new transmission. My receipt said nothing about what was uncovered just a recommendation I needed a new transmission at a cost of $9000.00. I refused the repair and took it to a reputable repair shop and was charged $1500.00. Turns out it was just a part that was needed. When i spoke to the BMW manager and expressed my dissatisfaction he knew where i was going and offered my a full refund for the diagnostic. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE CROOKS.Service: Transmission

- Vehicle visual check: $300- Front Rotors: $2000+labor- Electric mechanical check: $200I don't think the premium price they charge match my experience. The service advisor was not professional, not polite, and not patient to their customer. I used to own a lot of vehicles, I visited a lot of dealers, including Jeep, Chevy, Buick, GMC, Ford...This place is by far the worst experience. If you charge premium, I expect to have more. but it is not the case here.I was get a quote for over $1000 for a simple mechanical check. It was a 15min work. Rediculous.For the brake rotors, I get a quote over $2000. Individual service shop offer me $500 for OEM brembo rotors(yes, BMW use brembo.)The important thing is their service cannot match the price they ask at all!!!!! It is even worse than the Kia service only charge me $50 for full synthetic oil change.By far, I think the most comfortable experience happened in Buick. The GM parts are quite affordable and the service is very nice.Services: Electrical repair, Auto maintenance

horrible place, I would give 0 star if I could. They schedule me to get my headlight replaced, but when I arrived, they told me the parts is not arrive yet. Then they schedule me to come in again which I did, the very next day they texted me, they didn t do calibration and asked me to come again! Now I have to come on my third trip, finger crossed they will fix all the issue! This is so ridiculous, I can t believe that s the service BWM offers. Thinking to switch to another brand!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my m240 in to be topped off with coolant after a low coolant warning light. 3 hours after allegedly being topped off at the dealership the light came back on, THEY NEVER FILLED THE COOLANT IN THE FIRST PLACE and told me they did and let me leave! When I brought it back they did a visual inspection and pressure test for 1.5 hours and no leaks were found which proves this. If they can't perform a simple top-off I do not trust them servicing anything else on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had just bought a certified BMW X5 that had some issues to be repaired like replacing the rearview mirror, system malfunctions and other. Shaun Bradford was the manager who assisted me. He was very professional and thorough, explained everything that will happen and gave me a timeframe. My SUV ended up taking 2 weeks in repairs but he was so courteous as to keep me in the loop and update me regarding the delays with explanation. Best customer service I have had in a while.

Just fantastic!!!! Always a pleasure to deal with. My 7 needed a few quarts of oil and we had taken advantage of the oil change special. They topped it off, noticed the key fob battery was low and changed it as well as topped off washer fluid. I couldn't be more impressed.

I can only tell you my experience, which is that at a moment of need, when I had a charging issue while I just happened to be passing through the Wilmington area, these guys especially Scott Woodruff, the service manager, and Jeremy Burkland and others were fantastic.I had no appointment, and this location just happened to be the nearest BMW place along I-95 when my i3 wouldn t take a Level 3 connection. Scott invited me in, connected my car to charge, and then he and Jeremy and others there ran diagnostics repeatedly to see if there was any way to get me going with a quick fix.They pulled aside workers to help, and while they eventually concluded that it would take more time than I had to fully diagnose it, they truly did all they could to be helpful in the circumstances, and I m very grateful to them for that. They even sent me on my way with no charge, which was hugely kind of them. I hope our local service folks are any way near as neighborly as these guys.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Without going into the gory details, just know, this facility is 1000% without a doubt in the business purely for profit. They are scammers under the guise of luxury. They will absolutely try to take advantage of your lack of car knowledge and leave you penniless by the time you leave. The cost for the value really doesn t match up by a long shot. Charging over $350 for a simple diagnostic test (PER issue) that told me very little was outrageous and I regret going to them for help. People have to work hard for their money, bimmer owner or not; they don t deserve to be gouged for what still ends up being unsatisfactory service. Not cool and I don t suggest you give them your time or money. There are better (and more honorable) bimmer servicers to be found, I promise.

I did not have an appointment and I came in with a flat tire, the car did not come with a lug wrench key. Jermey was able to order a new key as well as get the spare tire on the car. They even washed the car. Everything was done under 30 minutes. I really appreciate the efficiency and customer service. Will be a returning customer again.Service: Tires

ZERO STARS!!! Unfortunately zero stars isn t an option. Between incompetent BMW service reps who can t order correct parts, grossly under-quoting simple work, charging for work that wasn t actually done, promising shuttle availability then reneging, refusing to release car even though they actually did no work to it, failing to disclose payment options (they notably added signs immediately after complaints were made), condescending service manager, the list goes on and on Don t be fooled by the positive reviews, save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere. Literally anywhere.

If I could rate zero, I sincerely would.I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Union Park, car drove wonderfully on the test drive, but developed problems within the first 2 weeks of ownership. I take it back to Union Park BMW as instructed by my salesman because They looked over the car before it was sold. It s still under 30 days, they look it over, find X amount of things wrong because they did not inspect the car thoroughly before it was sold. Thermostat stuck closed, plugs fouled, etc. Fantastic it s fixed? Wrong! Get it back still same problem. Losing power under acceleration when the engine is at operating temperature, runs strong cold but when it warms up it bogs. They cannot reproduce the condition, and no check engine codes so no starting point. Going back and forth over the phone, the CSA I was speaking to made it very apparent that they don t care, and had no willingness to go further into the problem. He even stated that because my car was a different make that they were not qualified to work on it at all. It was a Nissan Sentra. Once this company has your check you will no longer have their attention, and they will proceed to walk all over you.
