Please don't trust this company. What company tells you that they'll guarantee a full refund back within 30 days if you're not satisfied with their business knowing for a fact that you can't even use their service until a month later after the purchase of their insurance. They are scanning people for their money. It took them two and a half weeks for them to refund my money back and I had to get the police and lawyers involved. I'm a person who always has to read my reviews for cautious reasons like this. They gave me a set price for two vehicles then suddenly when I told Jeff Green no I'm not interested, now they will be able to conveniently change the price to a lower one. I had to call them every single day demanding for my money back when they never refunded the process until they finally said "oh we refunded the process because our system was down for 2 weeks". I had the police on the phone, recording the line along with my lawyers. My bank has been on alert lookout to make sure they have not tried to do anything. And then they ask you for your credit card information for withdrawal of the money and keeping the credit card information into their account for easy access. Please be aware do not trust this company.

**UPDATE!! After making this review I magically received a phone call saying that I would still be getting my refund. I waited another 2 weeks (over a month total) and Yes, I did finally receive my refund. Took over 6 weeks and only after this post. Now I am getting told that I need to update my review or they will take legal action. So here is my update. I did receive my refund after over a month and over 5 calls of going back and forth. I would definitely still NOT buy a warranty with them. **Do not buy. I trusted a friend that said he had done some research and the google reviews showed this company was in good standing. NOT TRUE! Look on on BBB. TWO months yes, only TWO months into buying the contract a part on my car needed repaired that I was told would be covered 100%. They did everything NOT to cover it so I cancelled my policy. Was told I could get a portion of what I paid back since it was past 30 days. Fine. I'm still waiting for the refund and a month later no emails or calls go through. Says the number is no longer in service.

Why don't they have a zero rating! This company does not stand by their word!!! I am in the process of canceling the policy after my claim was denied. Before purchasing everything would be covered with the Premier package, now there are conditions!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! I am getting a refund and some legal advise. *** The cart before the horse! Lesson learned!

Samuel Taylor did a great job taking his time with me and answering all my questions and concerns in buying a warranty on my vehicle. He made sure I was getting the best price and was able to beat out all other warranty companies quotes! I really appreciated his time and patience with me in dealing with this new service (for me).

Regrettably this company was referred to me by my cousin, after considerable research. Both he and I checked to see if they covered a particular repair. We were told yes on three different occasions. Now two years into the contract, they are NOT covering the very repair which I purchased the policy for. Here we are over month after submitting my claim, no answer, no replies to emails. Basically I was lied to so that I would purchase their policy, which is completely useless. I will take ever action necessary to retrieve my hard earned $6400!! Oh, and if they tell you they don't have a copy of your signed contract on file don't sign a new one. Fraudulent. Sham.

Total Auto Protect is a SCAM. Not a legitimate business at all. Seriously. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE WARRANTY THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They will never pay out for anything their warranties say they cover. They're happy to sign you up, but will only deny when it comes to any valid claims made. Stay away.

I was looking for a car warranty for my 2011 Explorer today on line. Sam Taylor called me shortly after and left me a voicemail. He then called me again around 4:45 this afternoon which is a very quick response. He was very patient and understanding of skepticism. He walked me through everything and explained everything to me. We went over the policy in detail and chose the best one for me. I appreciate his great knowledge of the product and his kind and considerate understanding of me as a customer! So glad I got Sam as my representative.Feeling blessed

Been trying to get a refund for months. Got the warranty a year ago, tried to use it like 4 months in and they denied it as normal wear and tear which doesn t happen on a car with less than 50k miles. And now I ve been trying to get a refund for the past 4 months with no success of reaching a single person. Multiple phone calls, multiple emails, not a single response

If you talk to Jason Wilford, hang up. I was told this company would protect anything and everything short of break pads and when I needed them they left me high and dry. My power steering pump went out and caused it to leak and was told the warranty service does not cover leaks. The reason it leaked was because the pump went bad. Look them up on BBB and you will see so many other negative reviews about this company. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

This is the worst auto extended warranty company I have ever dealt with. I purchased an extended warranty from them for my vehicle, which was by the way double the price of the competition. However, I was willing to pay for more to get a quality warranty company. The salesman Jason Wilford, was a very smooth talking liar, and he convinced me that their warranty was the absolute best in the market, and that if I ever had issues with my car they would take care of me without and hassle. 7 months after I purchased the warranty, I needed repairs on my vehicle, when I took it into the dealer, the warranty company took over 1 month to come to a resolution. They did everything possible to find a reason not to pay out the claim, but when their efforts were in vain because I did all the service on my vehicle on time, they wanted to pay 3k for a 12k job. They went off their contract claiming that majority of the parts are not covered and when I called them out on it they said they are not going to cover it end of story. After a while they completely stopped answering my calls. Fraudulent company, avoid at all costs!

My initial contact with Total Auto Protection was excellent. Jason was very nice to speak with giving me all details relevant to a warranty on my Subaru Legacy. He assured me that he would be my direct contact for anything related to this policy. He explained cancelation and pro-rated policies and the price was reasonable. Obviously, I don t have any claim experience but so far so good.

WARNING: CAUTION BEFORE CHOOSING TOTAL AUTO PROTECT!I strongly advise against Total Auto Protect! My experience with them was nothing short of a scam. I purchased their extended warranty, TOTAL PREMIER, for my 2016 Porsche Cayenne, and it turned into a nightmare.Total Auto Protect seems to rely on paid reviews to boost their image, but don't be fooled. When you file a claim, they will go to great lengths to deny it, regardless of the reason. I recommend considering reputable alternatives like CarShield for your car's extended warranty needs.Don't throw away your hard-earned money on this rip-off company. Those 5-star reviews may look convincing, but when your car breaks down, you'll find yourself in a frustrating battle. Take it from me, learn from my experience, and steer clear of Total Auto Protect!

Jason in sales sells you the world and when you get the paperwork and read what they don't cover you are fooled. Signed all the paperwork for a refund and they still haven't granted refund. Now no one will take my calls. Refund was finally issued after 45 days and several unnecessary phone calls with incorrect information given to me.

So far so good. They provided great coverage for a reasonable price, I bought the premiere coverage for the longest period possible for our BMW 750iX. Sam (Taylor) was very helpful, patient and respectful, which is what you should expect from a good sales person, nevertheless, Sam was great and I'd do business with him again wherever he is or goes. Obviously, I can't comment on their overall claim coverage, process or experience as I just bought the policy and I have yet to experience such nor have I read the fine print for exclusions! I'm hopeful that I won't change my mind about them.

The service I received from Samuel Taylor was that he was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the warranty coverage to me in detail. I like the fact this policy would be an extension of my current warranty. I was never pressured to purchase plus I saved money with some discounts Samuel found me!

I purchased a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte S Q4 with 75k mile. Every other warranty company told me NO... But not Total Auto Protection. They offered me a 2 year 30k warranty. This made me happy sense I'm keeping the car for a year then get the new near model. I'm very happy so far... the only thing I'm unhappy is the 30 day grace period till policy starts. Over all I'm happy. I will update as time pass

TOTAL SCAM! PAID REVIEWS! BE AWARE!LOOK UP AT BBBCONSUMERS: This is fraudulent, Scam! I bought the extended warranty TOTAL PREMIER for my Ducati 1200 MS with 2400 miles only, paid $1.284.00 with supposed employee called Mr John Myers. Over the phone he was kind, courteous and said he was always there as my agent to solve any issue that I would find.Before closing the contract, I asked him to send me the real contract with the specific clauses for motorcycles, but he sent me a standard, which doesn't say much, basicaly for cars.Few months passed by and I had issues with the front suspension and the heated grips that stopped working, among other minor problems as well. I took the bike to Ducati dealer and sent them a claim. After a week or so, they responded by PHONE to the dealership that they would NOT cover any defects as it was a regular maintenance itens as stated on contract, but you never find nothing there.The dealership claims by the manufacturer that there is no regular maintenance program for these items, they are just defects that could come up.So, they never sent me any WRITTEN report, explanation neither reasons why they denied them. I insisted with several emails and phone calls, without any response. Bad company Faith, they do not write anything for their own protection.I sent an email to John Myers who never responded, after selling they disappeared, you are alone! Since I was deceived, I asked for my money back in full, but they offer part of it, charging fees, etc...my bike is still at the dealership and they never gave any position or refunded my money. They simply disregard any phone calls or emails, blatantly stealing from customers through this ilegal process.Please, investigate this deceiving of customers, there are a lot of complaints with the same reasons. I am willing to take legal actions for these possible violations of a consumer protection law

Sign up was easy, but when it comes to covering claims there are so many restrictions that you may as well not buy this warranty. They don't cover failures due to wear and tear, they don't cover failures due to defective parts, they don't cover failures due to poor work on the part of whatever party fixes your vehicle. Also, when signing up, John gave me some examples of wear and tear being things like the brakes, the clutch, etc. However, if you have ANY part that wears out even one that is not a wear ITEM, you will have to pay to replace it. So essentially you are paying over a thousand dollars for this company to cover buttons and switches. What's more, when I finally went to file a claim, there was a 10 day back and forth with my dealer calling multiple times a day, leaving information with the people picking up the phone, being told he would get a call back, and then nobody would call back. Rinse and repeat. It took about 2 weeks to finally get a verdict on whether my claims would be covered, a few of which were but only the extremely insignificant ones. Nothing important. Avoid, simply save money and pay for repairs out of pocket. This was a good learning experience for me and I hope that you all can learn from my mistakes.
