Wonderful staff. Great service. Quick shipping options. I ordered two JL HD1200.1 amps from them refurbished they came in original packaging. Cost way less than anywhere else I looked. Usually used is around $900-$1200 got it from tri-state for $799 a piece certified refurbished. Cant go wrong with that. I definitely recommend them.

Sounds of Tri State should change it to Sounds of All states, Bobby and the Crew there at the Dover Location did a amazing job with the custom built to My 2021 Ford Bronco.Let them do the same for you.You won't be disappointed.

Scott and his team at Sound of Tristate, Kirkwood Hwy are amazing at what they do! They give you the right advice and a great job every time. The follow up maintenance and service is so seamless that I keep going to them for all my retrofitting needs over the years! So thankful they re serving the area I live in. Strongly recommend them to anyone who needs audio, security alarm, backup camera, window tinting and other retrofitting needs!

I was skeptical about ordering the key fob I needed because of some of the reviews I had read, but I was totally satisfied with the whole transaction. The product came as advertised and very quickly. Best Buy programed it for us in only a few minutes.

While I am usually one to do things myself when I wanted a radar detector and dash cam installed in my new car I wanted it done right. I selected the Escort Redline 360 and the M2 Dashcam. The team at Sound of Tri-State were able to select the right mount and it is a beautiful clean install.

I ve been using sound of tristate for years and seems like over the past couple years prices are insane and quality of work is down. Not to mention clear understanding of what is expected when talking to employees. Disappointed in many ways and sad to say this is my last experience with them .

Not happy. Spent $1000 dollars and was told everything would work the same. It doesn t. Was told no need to plug in phone because it works off blue tooth. Well still need to plug in because it wares down battery. Keep having trouble finding how to run Waze and listen to music and use hands free phone. Seriously thinking of having it taken out and getting refund.

I had my 2020 Road Glide in for an Amp and Speakers install. Nice shop and store at the Concord Mall location. Everyone was so nice and helpful.They did a nice clean and neat install on my bike and most importantly it sounds great.I was in and out within around 3 hours.Thanks for the Good Pricing and Install I would use Sound of Tri - State again for sure.Thanks AgainDante

Amp lasted one day. JL 1000/1 v1 have a HD 1200/1 I could have had rebuilt by JL FOR $300 Paid nearly $600 for a Amp that lasted a day. Didn't even power my W7 AE. Actually even took the W7 out of vehicle to test voice coils because I thought something happened to the sub. Not real happy about the whole ordeal.

Very professional! Great customer service! I m very pleased with their work (radio, backup camera, door speakers and lights under my tailgate that lets you know if I m turning, stopping or backing up. I d recommend Sound of Tri State to everyone! You will see me again!

Need more Stars , this company has installed systems for me since the 90s. An this time it's more amazing then ever. My fault not there's. I was being Cheap the other times. DSR1 is the way to go.

I can't give a single complaint against SoT! I have never had issues with the items that I've purchased from them or shipping,...and I've purchased a good bit of equipment from them. And they've always handled any concerns or problems I've had without so much as a raised eyebrow. Call their stores or go online to reach their customer support (especially Alison, she's awsome to work with) and you will quickly find out that I'm telling the truth.

Pioneer AVH-1440NEX was an excellent replacement stereo for my daughter's Prius. Unit works & fit very well with install kit and steering wheel control interface. Highly recommend this seller with fast safe shipping by UPS. Thanks again folks.

Products are excellent. My second time purchasing from sound of tri-state. My issue is with delivery. Sound of tri-state set up ups ground that you had to sign for at the physical address where delivery was set for. I live alone and work. So it took me almost a week of jumping through hoops to receive my package becuase sound of tri-state put a stipulation that the package could not be left at a pick up center, had to be delivered to the physical address and signed for. I missed a day of work and stayed home all day on that day my package was scheduled for delivery. My package did not get delivered on that date. Was not happy with that at all. This would be a reason for me to not order from sound of tri-state again. When I finally received my package I was more than happy with my purchase. Equipment was what I ordered and in excellent condition Due to excellent package packing by sound of tri-state " thanks guys". Box was in bad condition because of ups bad handling practices. I prefer FedEx, seen some of these ups guys in action, I prefer fedex. After the frustration had gone away and replaced with joy because of the excellent quality of the stereo equipment I received I will order from sound of tri-state again because after they read this review" I know they will not let this happen again!!!"Thank you sound of tri-state and keep up the good work.

I have to start off by saying this is by far the worst place ever! I dropped my car off at 9 got a text around 10:30 that stated my car was ready. I get there i was handed the wrong keys but didn t notice since my key looked the same. I searched for my car and things got strange when my car wasn t in the parking lot so I went back in and was told it was a mistake ( ok that s fine I thought) then was told it s being worked on and it will be a half hour until it s done . I went outside to tell my wife she can go back to work then in about 20 mins I was told they didn t have the right led bulbs for my car but had them at the Dover store. They asked to reschedule but due to the fact my schedule is hectic I told them I couldn t and I already paid for your service. Marlon the regional manager is who I dealt with told me he would have someone goto Dover and get the LEDs . It s a two hr round trip . The guy he sent supposedly was back before that. So now I m curious on what s going on. I m told my car was done and something didn t seem right . I left it was not feeling right about it . I went back and asked for the box it came in and they brought out a box of leds from advance auto . So I confronted Marlon and the surprise in his face once he knew I knew he stole from me . Things got awkward and he tried to ignore me behind his computer monitor and wouldn t offer any explanation. Wouldn t give my money back because now his guys left and he wanted his advance auto leds back . So now I m in a jam where I have to let people work on my car after I caught them stealing from me. Basically forced me into buying speakers half off ( more money out of my pocket ) to make things right. The only reason I went with it because I had to let them touch my car again . He want willing to work with me unless I was putting out more money . This place or should I say Marlon was very unprofessional and left me very uncomfortable. Now I have to pay someone to check and see if they actually put the real ones in a second time around . Im glad my wife and mother in law didn t set the appointment for automatic remote start for their car. Didn t think a regional manger would take advantage of me and basically stole from me and I was left with just him to deal with . I still hope there s someone else I can talk to about this matter because as a company im sure no one wants this type of business and shady acts happening under their roof of business. You don t steal from customers and and when confronted act as if it s not a big problem! This could ve been dealt with differently but now I need to reach out to everyone I can because no one should fear being stole from.StevenYou would think someone would ve reached out and fixed this
