Highly recommend this dealership. All staff involved with our transaction were amazing, from sales rep, finance manager, women involved with sale.I would very highly recommend this dealership. I'd give a 10 star rating if possible.

I WILL NOT BE BACK . I was attempting to find another dealer to service my vehicles . Waited for vehicle to be serviced. Advisor sent me home since part wasn t available and he needed to contact warranty company and he d call me back that day . Never heard back . Days later I call to see what the issue was and if the repair was needed , cause they heard a roaring sound . Which I hear too, but it s from my snow tires . They never got back to addressing original issue . Advisor told me what he thought the issue was . I told him let do the repair if it was actually needed . Another 2 days still no return call . I know shops are busy , I get that . But a simple phone call to say what s happening or some sort of update , but nothing from them at all.

Was told I needed front rotors. When I told the sales person I had them done less than a year ago, he said that was only rear. When I said I have the paperwork then he acknowledged I was right. I told him I needed a ride to pick up my car the end of the day, he said he would call me by 3:45. When that didn t happen I called the service manager and finally got results.

David Hernandez is excellent salesman. Very courteous,helpful,knowledgeable and friendly. He made my car buying experience seamless and effortless. Dealership overall was very welcoming and meant business. Really enjoyed my experience of buying Mach e and hopefully will come back for more in future.

REALLY NO STARS!!! Worst customer service ever! Brought our company truck in for an issue that we had fixed in September. When we made the appointment, they said we can wait, as it wouldn't take long. We also asked for an oil change. We decided to drop truck off night before. At 11 the next day, we had not heard from anyone. (So much for a quick fix). Later that day, the service man said he couldn't read the note left with the key. (so much for calling to ask us) The appointment clearly said "same issue as September". We sent emails to the owner and no response. We picked up the truck at 5 as they said it was fixed. It was not! Someone in service looked into it and said someone would call us the next day. That did not happen - Will never use Sheridan again and never buy a Ford again @ford

Showed up without an appointment before the dealership was open. I had a problem with my shift gears on my Lincoln MKZ. John showed up for work and saw me sitting there asked me what was going on and I explained the situation and he said we will take care of you. Gave me Immediate peace of mind!

Setting up an appointment is easy. Getting the first status update after drop off, no problem.After that, good luck. Their service advisers do not pick up the phone. Setting up a return call...pulling teeth.I received a confident estimate for vehicle completion on a Friday. COB Friday, no call, no update, no idea. Call on Saturday for an update, 10 minutes of waiting, two disconnects, and still no information on my vehicle.As a customer, I feel hijacked with no recourse.All on a 2021 F150 mind you, with three separate electrical issues in 1 year, on a vehicle I purchased from this very dealership.Consistent lack of effort from the dealership on every trip.Go to a competitor. These guys aren't it.

Had fusion being serviced for oil change along with a open recall. After one week of pickup, found the interior door panel was not installed properly after recall service. Clips are seen broken and panel not popped in the place. Returned and checked with someone and he agreed to order a new one to fix it and let me follow up in two weeks. Maybe I was too easy that believing people. After two weeks, I was told nothing was done and I need to bring vehicle back again and find the advisor who originally was servicing this. Then I went to to the dealer and found the person. That person I don t remember his name but he always in a blue T shirt while others in different color. He was super rude and did not say anything but yelled give me the key and we will let you know. When I asked what happened, he yelled again I don t know give me the key. You can imagine the interaction after this until done. Jerks. Read review before you use their services.

Worked with Gary Ford to find a vehicle that fit our needs. Very Happy with what he proposed. Relatively easy to go through the paperwork and financial options. Friendly, courteous staff. Tim Sheridan stopped and talked with us. Congratulated us on our new vehicle.

New to the area - first time here. Just needed a 25,000 mile check up. I had an appointment and they took me right in. Their evaluation was based on fact and not "you should have such and such done." I would know the difference. They were very honest and did everything I requested. No pressure. As long as this keeps up, I will continue to go back to them.

Been dealing with Sheridan since 2015 when the company I worked for purchased a Transit Connect. At the same time as purchasing the van, the company also purchased the lifetime oil change. Have never had an issue until today. Dropped the van off the day before for an 11 am appointment the next day. Oil change and tire rotation (nothing crazy). Called two times (around 1 pm and 3 pm) and was told my "advisor" would call me back. Nothing. Had to call a third time around 5:30 pm. The 3rd time I called once again had to the deal with the person that sets up appointments. But the 3rd person finally "found someone" who could help me. "Josh" was very friendly on the phone but was left on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me it was done. How hard is it to pick up the phone and let your customers know the vehicle is done. It wouldn't of been so bad if I could just talk to a "service writer" or someone who knows what's going on in the service department. Just to let me know the van was ready for pickup. The new system they are using - SUCKS!!! You can not talk to anyone except the person who makes or setups appointments. Which doesn't seem to be able to check on anything? I am not even sure if they work in the same building? Some kind of appointment service?

I was there Saturday Feb 24th and bought my 2020 Ford Escape that I been saving for 3 years. Bobby Tigani is an amazing sales person. He knew everything about the car. He helped me get insurance so I could drive it home that day. It's a long process but he made it easy and quick. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much again Bobby for all your help.

my experience with this place made me feel that I was not a loyal customer. I felt like I had no FAITH in the technicians work research, and I felt like my concerns with my vehicle wasn t taken seriously to do a full research, because no resolution came of it. I told the service rep. I had a life and death situation with my vehicle while driving down the highway it slipped into neutral 4 to 5 times which made me have some concerns with the transmission that it could be slipping and I also told the service rep that the dashboard was blinking where the letters drive, reverse, in neutral are. After five days of holding my vehicle and driving it till my gas was empty they told me they FOUND NOTHING WRONG and they also charge me to put more gas in my own vehicle. I am totally dissatisfied with the service. I don t know if I can trust , the service team there any longer

Ehhh ... I complained to these folks after last service. I told the guy "rotate tires, oil change, fluids, filters" and all they did was change the oil. To boot, the inspection sheet recorded the same tread depth for all tires, even though one was three MONTHS old and the others were four YEARS old. Also they recommended cabin and air filters .. but I told them to do that! This time: same story. I told them the same thing and all they did was change the oil... and again... recommended air and cabin filters. Kind of "Get 'em in; get 'em out!"

The team did general maintenance, oil change, and rotated the tires on my 2019 Ranger. They also found and eliminated an annoying, grinding sound coming from passenger's side wheel well. The tech even went for a ride around the local neighborhood with me to make sure that the noise was gone for good (it was). Everybody was very professional and helpful. Since I have the Lifetime Oil Change card, they only charged me for the rotation! This is why I have bought two vehicles (Explorer, Ranger) from Sheridan and have all my service work done with them as well, ever since 2014!

I think that the ability to make an appointment and the available appointments allowed for me to choose a time that catered to my schedule. I also would like to give a positive rating for the communication surrounding my appointment and recommendations. This would ve been a five for my appointment is my brake light was checked prior to me going home. However, I was able to return the next day to get it done.

Purchased a 2023 F-150 Supercab XLT from Sheridan Ford. David Hernandez made the process so simple and straight forward with me from the start to finish. We did all the required information and credit application via phone and text and email. He did a virtual walk around and sent pictures and was very informative when it came to the truck and options. He even picked me up from the PHL airport to make my out of state purchase the most pleasurable and painless truck purchase I have ever had. Have to even give 5 stars to Kyle Smith from the finance office for having all the paperwork ready and easy to understand and streamlined. Kyle even had excellent knowledge about protecting my new truck from unexpected repairs. When it comes time for my next Ford truck, Sheridan Ford will be the first place I call and will ask for David Hernandez.

I was disappointed with my recent service experience with Sheridan Ford. I have used them since 2016 and have had a great experience until now.My vehicle was put into the shop on a Friday afternoon for diagnosis and repair of an electrical issue that would drain the battery overnight. The vehicle was looked at on Friday and the service rep called me to talk about the problem but I missed the call. I called back on Monday morning and was told that my service rep was on vacation and that they were still diagnosing the problem and they would call me by the end of the day. I never received a call back on Monday. Tuesday morning I called them and was told the same thing that they were still diagnosing the problem and they will call me back by the end of the day. Still no call. I called Wednesday morning and was told the same thing again. Wednesday afternoon I called and checked in and the rep who answered checked on the status of my car and said that he found my information on the reps desk who was on vacation. He told me that the car was sitting since Friday when they did the initial diagnosis work waiting for more information from me. I told them my story and then told them that I was picking the car up because I couldn t afford to not have a vehicle anymore. I am now going to a local garage for the repair.

Bought my lease out today that I originally bought from Sheridan. I m once again glad I purchased from Sheridan Ford. Kyle Smith did a great job getting me a great rate and I was in and out within minutes after considering all my options. Great customer experience and will buy my next car from Sheridan Ford as I did my last.

Even with an appointment I had to wait almost 3 hours for my oil change. Than later that day I heard a noise while driving. The shroud that covers the engine was dragging on the ground and making all sorts of noise. Sadly. This isn t the first time this has happened. They are the only ones who would ve taken that down. Went back first thing in the am and they got it right in to fix that.

Purchased a Bronco yesterday from Nate at Sheridan Ford. It was an extremely smooth process. Nate was straight forward throughout the transaction. He answered all my questions and when it came to the actual sales negotiations he and Kyle the finance manager listened to my terms. Although it was tough for Kyle to get the interest rate and terms I wanted, he worked hard and was able to accommodate me. I rate the experience 5 star and highly recommend them.

My opinion is to never buy any vehicle from this dealership!! The experience I ve had with this dealership is beyond trash! I purchased a F150 from them and been disappointed since! The vehicle had 3 issues from the beginning that I said I would get fixed on my own. Me being me, I took the truck to another dealership to get a diagnostic check. Once it was finished it came back with 4-5 other issues! The main two issues were the front cover leak and the catalytic converter (bank 2)! They fixed the front cover leak but said they couldn t do anything for the catalytic converter! So basically I bought a 35k truck just to be blindsided with a major problem! I called again to see if they would at least try to help in someway but once again I was told they couldn t do anything! The costumer service is trash! If you re looking to purchase a good running vehicle please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If you want horrible costumer service and a vehicle with many issues this is the place for you!

Sales experience was okay. After sale not so much. Had to replace rear brakes and have a non working rear window. Salesman told me that was their expense and not to worry. Three months later I still can t get anyone to call me back after leaving tons of messages. Finally got a hold of Joe the sales manager who promised to get back to me the next day. That was over a week ago. So much for customer service.

Called earlier in the day to see if a specific explorer was available, confirmed it was. Showed up shortly after, started paperwork just for the salesman to tell me the car is sold. Next day received 2 different calls saying they wanted to make the sale for the explorer that was supposedly sold but apparently wasn t. Talked numbers with the manager, then got a call saying it s not for sale again because of a transmission issue. Just a messy situation amongst the sales/ manager team. Save yourself the frustration.

Outside of routine maintenance, I've only ever had 2 large issues with my truck and Sheridan Ford has handled both of them with ease! I have always felt that my questions have been answered honestly and timely. I've never felt pressured into anything I didn't want to commit to, which I cannot say for other Ford dealers in the area. I'll continue to use Sheridan for future needs or problems. Thanks Sheridan team!
