I ve been going to this gas station for almost 20 years. I m a frequent customer, so the other day I bought a keychain ornament from the front desk. After not even 2 weeks, it broke. I brought it in to exchange it, and the same guy that sold it to me was working. I explained it broke and asked if I could get a new one in exchange. He refused to give me a replacement and told me I had to pay for a new one? I asked him why he wouldn t replace it and he just shrugged his shoulders. He then tried to tell me it broke because I had too many KEYS on my KEYCHAIN. (I have maybe 9 keys on my chain and they re all thin, not even bulky) I ve never had a problem with any other keychain ornament I ve bought on these keys. There are plenty of other gas stations around, stay away from this one.Also the refrigerators are kind of warm.

Do not spend your money here, their customer service is horrible. I went in to buy backwoods which he then asked for my ID for and I was going to present to him. I wanted to feel them first because sometimes the packs are stale and he said no then I responded with I don t even want them anymore & he tried to gaslight me saying it was my choice after he was rude to me. I came there all the time but that will definitely be my last time spending money since they don t know how to treat their customers. It wasn t the fact that he needed my ID it was the delivery and how he could have said it in a better tone.

Easy to access parking lot but I did notice the gas pumps seem to be a lot slower than other area gas stations. Filling up my small 13 gallon tank took quite a while.

My favorite all time store to get any kind of tobacco product along with cigars. Great customer service the store is always clean and stocked properly and everything is in fashion Lee order

Super friendly customer service - they have everything from sodas, teas, candy, chips to household goods, hygiene products, and odds and ends. If you re on the road and need a quick stop, they have it and are so nice every time you visit.

My go to gas station. It has everything you need. The family that works there are so warm and nice. They genuinely care about your day. It's been the only gas station I've been going to for the past year.

Seriously folks?!! It's been sunny for a full week now and you still have yet to fill your windshield cleaners! So lazy and cheap. You never fill your buckets!Oh and you "20 cents off Tuesday's".... stop advertising if you aren't actually offering it at the pump. I'm pretty sure that's illegal.

Excellent gas prices and the gas seems to run well compared to some other big named companies.Well upkept store and lot as well.

You have to check out Big D s next time you get gas station this Shell. It is spacious with upgraded furnishings. Grab a snack, coffee or meal. Trust me, You won t be disappointed.

Horrible place. No people friendly. Card readers don t work at pumps. A major inconvenience. Staff is very rude.

Sells good quality gas. The pumps are on the slow side, so be aware if you are in a hurry.
