Wednesday morning my truck tire picked up a T10 torque/star bit and was helping relieve my tire of air toot sweet, just happened to be passing Sal's when I noticed, the 2 gentleman working that morning couldn't have been more helpful and polite. If people truly only knew how far that goes these days. I do believe these guys have earned my repair business from here on out as my previous mechanic has fallen clear off the map.....!

I started going to Sal's about two years ago now and can't recommend them enough. I was in need of a new shop to go to when several of my neighbors recommended Sal's , specifically single female neighbors who understood how predatory the car world can be for us. Everything they have said about Sal's is true and more. They don't use fear tactics to try to talk me into unnecessary work, they offer me a variety of options on price, they are SO fast and efficient, do quality work, and talk to me like I'm an adult even though I really obviously don't know much about cars. I know this sounds like just generally ethical ways to treat people like a human being, but unfortunately if you've been on the other side of this kind of experience as a woman you know it isn't guaranteed everywhere you go. This past week I had the first and only really big issue with my car, Justin at Sal's took the time to listen to my situation and help me problem solve by looking up a few different options for me. He was very intentional about not telling me what to do or pressuring me into a decision, but rather giving me all the information so that I was able to make a smart decision for myself. When I start looking to buy a new car in a year, I will absolutely ask their opinion and continue to go there for regular maintenance. I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to take your vehicle to give Sal's a try.

I will never use another auto service again! After the worst experience at another place and not having my car for more than 2 months, Sal and his team fixed it in 7 days. And he was apologetic it took so long! I was so grateful. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised with my bill. I can't recommend them enough.

This is a great place. I recommended them highly. They do quality work. They are honest and trust worthy.I needed brake work done. A friend of mine who knows (and into) cars referred me to Sal's Auto.Another shop had previously told me that I needed both front and rear brake pads replaced. I told Justin upfront that I needed both front and rear brake work done when I took the car in. However, after he inspected my car, he said that I only needed front brake. I still had 60 to 70% of pads left in the back. With what the first auto shop told me, Justin could have replaced my front and back brakes; I would never know about my rear brake.I had been with my previous shop for about 20 years. I had several brake job done there. They messed up my second last brake job. I was not very happy with my last brake job. Sal's Auto did a good job on my brake. I can feel the difference in improved brake performance. I am coming here from now on.

A shop you can trust. Took my 05 Accord for rear drum brakes. Customer service over the phone and in person was genuine. Alex helped me start to finish, gave me an estimated price over phone and that s exactly the time and amount it was when it came time to pay. (All jobs may vary) I appreciate how quick they did the work, honest work ethic, thank you Alex! Definitely recommend them.

Okay they did a good job on my car except now I notice a rattle noise, but got my car back to me fast which was awesome. And they changed the price 3 different times! I understand this happen you got to get a new part at different cost w.e the issue is but shouldn't you contact me before you do? 400$ for an hour of work which I know I got ripped off a family member is a mechanic worked at a shop for 25 years and told me this would happen. But I needed my car back they just did a bad job before they did a good job.

The only place to take your vehicle for service:I had overheating issues with my Chrysler Crossfire. I had a radius of less than 25 miles travel before the vehicle would overheat. Since I live over 100 miles from Wilmington, I reluctantly went to two different Dealerships both who could not fix my vehicle. I called Justin at Sal's who diagnosed what the issue was over the phone & gave me the service steps needed to tell the Dealership. The Dealership followed Justin's recommendation and the vehicle was now capable of driving to Sal's. Sal, Justin & Javier corrected the base issue that two separate Dealerships did not even identify as a problem, much less correct it. The lesson learned was next time I have an issue, I am sending the vehicle on a flatbed to Sal rather than waste time and money with less than knowledgeable service providers.If you are looking for honest folks who can correct problems, look no further than Sal & crew. It may be hard to believe but driving on I-95 is now a pleasure. A+++++ service & people, there are none better in my experience & I have been on this planet for a long time.Thanks & regards.

Justin is very helpful in solving your car problems. Excellent customer service. They actually allow you to talk with mechanic doing the work. You don't go through a service writer.I only take my vehicle back to the dealer for warranty work. Plus, they have great coffee!

I ve been taking my cars here for over 15 years and I ve received nothing but the best service here. Very reliable and honest and won t do work on your car that isn t needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always send everyone to sals auto that ask for mechanic recommendations because they get the job done right the first time.

Started going to Sal's Auto a few year ago and my self, boyfriend and my daughter only trust them on our vehicles. They get u back on the road in a day. Wish we know them sooner.
