Pathetic place! I called ahead to check if they can fix run flat tires. Rich said they do and asked me to come in. I drove all the way to their shop only to be greeted by the highly rude owner. He refused to even look at the tire and asked me to buy new ones! He did not even take a look even though I called ahead of time and Rich said it was doable! On top of it, the owner was unreasonably rude and unprofessional. I got the tire fixed at another shop and it was a 5 min job! Not sure if they treat all customers this way but I d highly recommend going to another place.

Rich and Rob helped out immensely. I am new to area and was taken advantage of by another place. They looked over my truck and checked everything. In this day and age it is hard to find places that care and do great work that you can trust.Ron's Discount Tire and Auto is one of those places.

I went to get a normal oil change. They treated my car well and with respect. The way I would treat it. My car didn t have a dirty spot on it getting it back. This was the first time of service by Ron Tires. The person helping me was Rich and Richard. You don t get people nowadays you are like I want to keep using their service. With Ron s Tires their service locked me in as a permanent client. Thank you guys!!!

I just had the most pleasant experience here. I called first to see if they had any availability, and the gentleman that answered said,'we're a little busy right now, but we always have time for tires'. That alone gave me good vibes. I went in and was basically in and out, considering that I didn't have an appointment. I feel as though the pricing was fair, definitely cheaper than what I would have paid at the dealership.

Edit: Rob has called me a couple days later giving me an update on what transpired after I left. He explained I had every right to be as upset as I was with how everything transpired. He explained that disciplinary action has been taken on the Tech that was escalating the situation, and that if I was ever willing to drop by again they d do right by me. I commend Rob and Rich for their swift action, and that they would do anything at all after this when they didn t have to is highly respectable and unexpected. I also appreciate that they were willing to reach out and let me know that they re not letting this situation be swept under the rug and update me on the situation when they didn t need to. I ve updated my review to reflect my current thoughts on the interaction and feel that it s very possible I ll go back to Ron s in the future, but I will be much more weary when doing so.The first time going to Ron s discount tire was fantastic. Went in for an alignment and was in and out in an hour and a half. Got friendly with Rob who was a great dude and complimented my car and how I rebuilt it. Was happy that it took only a hour and half including a test drive which Rob even told me he got on my car s throttle a bit since it was well built and a fun car. (That s fine, I get it)Called Monday to have an appointment, and they told me they were booked till Thursday. No problem, scheduled my appointment for Friday at 12:45 for an alignment. My parents drop the car off earlier around 12:35 and we re told it should take a couple hours. No problem. A couple hours comes and goes. Parents drop by around 4 and was told my car is next to get an alignment, but that there s an issue with my control arms and that I ll need new ones. Sounds mighty suspicious considering I d been in a month ago for an alignment on the same car and I was never told about any issues with them. Now since it was my family there, and not me I can not say for certain but it felt like they were trying to get a buck out of my parents for the control arms. They then wait until their shop is closing to finally finish doing the alignment that before has taken them an hour and a half. An hour and a half including a test drive. I pulled up at 6:00 understandably disappointed and annoyed. When pulling up I parked in front of their shop next to another truck that was parked in front of the other bay door. I was then greeted by a gentleman who asked me to move my car. I asked him when my car that is currently being aligned will be finished. He wouldn t answer my question and just points away and says to move my car. I asked again when my car thats in their shop will be finished and once again he points and tells me to move my car. At that point I feel they re not going to answer any of my questions, but are keeping my car hostage and are going to tell me they need to keep my car over night. I then finally after asking him a third time when my car will be done and get no answer, move my car to the side and go to find Rob who may be able to help me out. When I finally speak to rob him and I begin to actually get answers when the former employee there starts harassing me asking why I didn t talk to him like I talked to Rob.Overall I ll admit I probably came off as rude when asking when my car will be done, but to take 5 and half hours when I set up an appointment almost a week in advance and I was told two hours for it to be finished is simply unacceptable without communicating that to me throughout the day. Being harassed and dismissed as I was was out of line and overall hope that the gentleman I met that day works on his communication skills. Overall Rob and Rich seem to be genuine and honest people, and most of the techs seemed very reasonable to talk to and helped deescalate the situation, trying to explain what they saw with my vehicle while I was being harassed by the initial tech.

I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon at 3:30. Other places couldn t accommodate me. Ron s did. They fixed my flat but mentioned that it was on the edge/side of the tire and weren t sure how long it would hold. The following week I took it to Costco to have it checked out and see if I needed new tires to be safe. They said they could find a leak or anything that was of concern. 2 years later, as I write this review, the fix is strong and I have never faced an issue with the tire! What an excellent job! I ll be going to Ron s for all future needs. Thank you!

I brought my car in to Ron's again for head light and tail light replacement, and the break light was on. As usual, the service was excellent! The team there is always incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk with. I'm always confident in the work they do and appreciate being charged fairly.

I ve been dealing with a leaky tire for a little over a month. A friend recommended brining my car here as she and her parents have brought their car here especially for tire needs. I m always a little weary around auto shops but this place has great customer service. There is also an air conditioned waiting area with Wi-Fi! I visited on a Monday at 12:30 and only had to wait about an hour and fifteen minutes. They found the leak in the tire and patched it up for 20 bucks! Recommend bringing cash or using cash app for settling up.

This was my first time using Ron s Tires and I was very impressed. When I called to get a quote for new tires, Robert was extremely polite and helpful. I thought the price he gave me was quite reasonable for 4 tires. I also had just been to my dealership and they were recommending some things that I wasn t sure about. Robert said they could check and would only do if necessary. It turns out I didn t even need what the dealer said. I appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity, which you don t see much these days. I will definitely be back in the future!

Highly recommend! For 3 years I ve only needed oil changes, but the day finally came where I needed big repairs quick since I work on the road. Got it towed there and they called within an hour with issues. I expected them to have it for a couple days, but Rich and Roberts guys got it done by end of day! Again, highly recommend and everyone there is super friendly!

Great service, great people! They are very kind to my elderly grandmother, and always greet us by name, and ask how she's doing. Never had an issue with the quality of their work.

Took my rogue in to get a new balancer belt and tensioner they did the job but I go to change my oil 2 months later and the passenger side wheel well splash gaurd is missing, they tell me they threw it out cause it was stripped out which is a bold face lie, cause plastic fasteners hold it in place then they tell me if I order one they will install it free yea sure pal, don t take your car here they have hack mechanics working there and you might get your vehicle back with pieces missing

Rich, as always answered the phone with an audible smile. They found the perfect solution for my issue and quickly got my car in for four new tires after a bad blowout in the morning. I am in sales and I depend on my vehicle. They were so fast and kind and even less expensive than I had anticipated. I ve been to this location numerous times for plugs from road hazards and they never fail to amaze me with their awesome Customer Service. I continuously refer them to anyone who will listen and truly appreciate their business.

Called on a Monday to request a quote for two new tires. I received the quote, requested to order the tires and had them on installed by Wednesday morning. The entire process was so easy and quick! Also, I like that the installation cost was already included with the quote so there is no sticker shock when it comes time to pay. Plus, the cost was super reasonable! Thank you!

I have always been impressed with Ron's Discount Tires Friendly and Courteous Service. The staff are very professional in their work performance. Rich and Rob are good with listening to your concerns, explaining what needs to be done, and giving estimates. Good job with scheduling and completing repair work.

They went above & beyond to find the electrical issue that caused my car to strand me twice-once in dangerous traffic. They also were great about communicating with me about what was happening. Will go back with our other vehicles. AAA driver told me this is where they take their service trucks!

Rich at Ron s Discount Tires did an outstanding job pricing out 9 different tire options that I asked them about, and got the prices back to me very quickly. Then they got the tires in that we settled on the next day. And they installed them, in an hour. Rich and Rob couldn t have been more professional nor more helpful and their prices are excellent. It s nice to not feel that I m being ripped off by a dealership or taken advantage of. I feel like I m driving on air now having new tires, not to mention safer. I highly recommend Ron s Discount Tires.

normally don t write reviews but car was looked at with no discussion of any fee and when arrived to pick up i was given an 100 diag fee (which was not discussed). if there was fair warning that it would ve been 100$ i wouldn t be giving this review, do not go here if u want to save your money

This team was able to service an oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle in a very shot period. They were honest and even informed me of the catalytic thefts around the area, serviced my car quickly so I wouldn't have to be exposed to the risk. I will be back.

All of my tires had a lug lock. My daughter took my car in to have a tire replaced. Now, all of my tires have regular lugs and my lug keys were never returned. There is a thief at the business. If your tires have lock lugs be sure to check your tires when pick up your car. I used this business several times through the years. I have referred family and friends to them. I will no longer use them and I let my family and friends know about this incident.

Went in for oil change, breaks (thought i meeded all 4 done) and minor maintenance. They checked the car out let me know what needed to be done and finished the work within 1 day. Quality work!
