While driving to CT for Christmas, our vehicle was in an accident. Preston Auto Body was able to take the vehicle right away. Several other shops said they couldn t look at it until the new year. Preston Auto Body began to disassemble the damaged sections right away. They developed the repair estimate ASAP; ordered the required parts. Once the parts were received, they completed the repairs in approximately 30 days as originally planned. When I picked up the car it was clean and shiny inside and out. You couldn t tell it was damaged on the entire passenger side in the accident. My wife and I drove over 1,500 miles from Preston Auto Body to CT then to SW VA and finally reaching home in South Florida. The vehicle drove and handled like it was brand new. They did an excellent job and are 5 star in my book.

I had body work done after a small accident. This shop was great. They worked with my insurance company to get the most out of my policy. The shop also kept me update in every part of the process so I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. My car looks good as new. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to achieve an excellent customer experience.

My car was in an accident and Trey and Leah were awesome. They kept me up to date on the progress and what the insurance company was saying and approving. I actually never heard a word from my insurance company, everything was done through Leah and Trey. My car looks great and I am so happy to have it back.

As difficult as it can be when you are in an accident and need your car repaired, Cathy and her crew made the process smooth and easy. They kept in touch with me about the repairs and worked with my insurance company so I knew about their progress.Because they managed the process so efficiently, I would use them again and wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Definitely a 5+ star experience!!

After being hit by someone crossing the highway without stopping, my insurance company recommended Preston. I was very happy with the results. My car looks great!!!!. In addition, I had a planned total knee replacement. They came over and picked up my car. So, needless to say, their service department went beyond helping me in getting my car repaired. I am new to the area and my mechanic recommended Preston. I dealt with Shamar. He was very helpful and explained the process . My car was done ahead of schedule and looks perfect. My car looks amazing! I had a huge dent in the side of my car from an hit/run in a parking lot and Preston repaired it seamlessly. I am delighted. Catherine and Jason are wonderful. This is Carl Owens! I have had my truck there 4 times in the past 5 years at no fault of my own! Each time I am amazed their work! Cathy and Mike are excellent to work with and the finished product and time frame returned are excellent! Never late in fact early return most of the time! They not only work on Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Rams but other cars too! I just took my daughter's Toyota there! I highly recommend them! For any size job! A place that fulfill all your cars needs!

Easy to deal with! Car was rear ended they got me within a month and fixed in under two weeks. You never know how long it will take to get parts but seems to not be a big issue now.

Brandywine collision did a very good job with our truck. They were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. I took my 2017 Challenger to the Brandywine Chrysler collision center for a warranty repair on some rust bubbles behind the paint. After waiting for weeks to get in, my car is returned to me with the fender paint not matching the rest of the car. I paid extra for my limited edition paint color & trim, that is now miss matched. I explained this on the day of picking the vehicle up, and repeatedly afterwards that I was not happy with the paint job and I was told that they would have somebody look at it but this is the best they could do. I was nothing but kind and respectful to everyone I interacted with, and they were nice to me aswell, but after taking my vehicle to other body shops and them being taken back by how little was done to even try to match my paint I am severely disappointed. My car is garage kept, and only 3 years old, and they continued to tell me that my paint was older so it would never match. I now have to pay out of pocked for my paint to actually match.Service: Painting

I'd like to thank the team at Brandywine Collision Center for all their hard work. I recently had my 2019 Subaru Forester there for hail damage. They took good care of my vehicle. Their hard work shows. I couldn't be any happier. My vehicle looks brand new, straight off the showroom floor. Thanks again guys!

Did a good job of fixing the car, but extremely poor communication with the customer, and required an extra 3.5 weeks to fix the car. Insurance did not cover the rental car for that long. The car was completed 5 days prior to reaching out to the customer which incurred extra costs in the rental vehicle. Also, the mileage on the car was almost 800 miles past the entry mileage number. Both numbers were correctly typed, as they were verified by the customer during the repairs. No explanation given.

Brandywine worked well with insurance, communicated with us flawlessly, facilitated car rental arrangements, and, best of all, they made our car like new. And it was so much cleaner when we picked it up than when we left it.They made our hit and run hurt a lot less!

They did a great job and were VERY reasonable. I got three quotes and they were by far the lowest. Very friendly and professional. They even washed the car as part of the service! They go the extra mile. Highly recommend them.

2 1/2 weeks and waiting....dropped barely damaged 2014 GMC Denali to them on April 11, as of 4/27, I still don't have car back, they promised me last week that it would be done the 26th or 27th, still not done, I have had cars in body shops before, cars that needed to be towed to shop and it doesn't take this long, I probably would not have fixed it because the damage was so minor if the damage was caused by us, but being we were hit from behind, it made sense, but here I am going on nearly 3 weeks and no vehicle, if they worked on car daily this is a 1 week job at most and that is what I was originally told...unacceptable and I would not recommend using these guys at all, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, they said they were rushing to get it done today, when I told them I would come in and that they need to stay open late, I was told they were uncomfortable with me coming and that it "should" be done tomorrow, I told them "should" was not an option and it needs to be done tomorrow....they are hiding behind backlogs in getting parts, part of that may be true, as of last week, I was told, they still needed to put the parts on and finish the painting, nothing around waiting for parts, so he's lying to me because I am irateService: Auto body & trim repair
