I received four new tires and had them put shocks and struts all around . Yusef was fair and honest and gave me a good deal on the tires and I actually walk away with a credit because the parts didn't cost as much as projected and he was honest and told me about the credit and did other work to use the credit . And it the work he did was awesome. All around good service. I am definitely going to bring my SUV back . It's hard to find a Mechanic who takes pride in their work and honest at the same time.

I was in search of a new mechanic since I m fairly new to Delaware. I did a google search and started reading the reviews of Precision Auto and decided to visit. The owner Mr. Yusuf was honest and comforting and trustworthy. From the first visit I believed he would fix my vehicle and not take advantage. I left feeling excited that I found my new mechanic. The rates are affordable and the service is fast. I left with 3 new tires, an oil change and new headlights for under $500. I am very satisfied!

If I could give this hidden gem 10 stars, I WOULD! Precision has been my "go-to" shop since they opened in 2018. The guys are always knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly, honest! The prices can't be beat and they always go above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns are taken care of before walking out. I stopped by this morning, in a pinch, to get my tire plugged before having to head into work. Rubia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took me right away, no waiting, no haggling prices and didn't make me feel like an idiot for not knowing all the answers to his questions (as a woman, that's a rare find in the autobody biz and highly appreciated). He plugged my tire, checked the others and even had the electrician quickly address a concern I had with my lights. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Seriously...Stop going to Pep Boys and Jiffy Lube and hit these guys up instead! You won't regret it :)

If you need an auto shop that is reasonable, honest and someone that know what they are doing Precision is the place to go. The owner Yusef is very nice, honest and very helpful. Go check them out you will not be disappointed.

Have had tire problems twice in the last year while visiting Wilmington, both times they have gotten me fixed up and on my way quickly. Very nice both times .

Best local tire shop I ve ever been to. After a horrible morning where my tire exploded on the highway, they were able to install a new tire within half an hour. Fast, affordable and honest work. I will be returning for all my tire needs

My uncle was driving in from out of town so that we could go to a funeral and said he needed his tires balanced. So I googled tire balancing near me and Precision Auto came up. After reading the good reviews, I called to make an appointment but they told me as long as we arrived by 3:00 pm, they could take us. So I chose them and I m so glad I did! When my uncle arrived we went there and they took us right away.While they had my uncle s truck on the lift for the tire balancing, Yusef said he needed back brake pads so my uncle told him to go ahead and replace them. They ordered the parts but they hadn t arrived by 4:00. Yusef profusely apologized for our long wait and offered a discount if we would return a few days later after we got back. He kept his word, had the parts when we arrived and honored the discount!I am very impressed with his professionalism, customer service and reasonable and fair prices in this industry. I will definitely use his services again in the future!

I was in need of someone to put my brand new tires on my Acura TLX, called the dealership and they wanted to care me $350 00, my Husband and,I stopped by the shopping at about 740 am, business started they could assist putting them on for a fraction of the cost, as well as fir us in as soon as we returned 20 min later with the tires, very profesional as well as Quick, would Highly Recommend this business!!!!!

Stopped in early Saturday about 8:45a to get my tire plugged. Not only did they plug/ fix my tire they also replaced the donut with the fixed tire , added air to all my tires. Yes sometimes it s the little things that count, because I was on my way to Philly for a Funeral and got there on time. Thank you.

The owner and staff here are amazing. I ve never once had an issue here. They are by far the best tire shop around. I recommend everyone go here for work. Every time I come in for service the experience has been great. And a plus side is they have the best prices around. 10/10

Came here multiple times, everytime i had any issue on my Hyundai, i knew it was in good hands here at Precision Auto! Summer is here, and my AC wasn't working, they fixed it same day for an amazing price. This is now my family's go to mechanic!

Three times I've taken cars with messed up tires to Precision Auto and three times I've come away satisfied and safe on the road. They do great work at fair prices and reasonable times. Highly recommend.

The best tire and repair shop in Delaware THE MOST HONEST SHOP. Saved me thousands of dollars on transmission dealer said transmission and Omar and Yousef told me it s not transmission is trans sensors. Now after changing trans senors drive like new since then I drove 40k miles and runs beautiful. I drive a lot for Uber and Lyft. I go nowhere but PERCISION AUTO FOR LIFE THANK you guys SO MUCH.I CANT STRESS HOW HONEST THIS SHOP the KEY TO GREAT SHOP

I needed 4 new tires. Called and they gave me an appointment within 2 hrs. Omar serviced my car. Super professional, skilled and muy elegante..lol He checked my car out for safety and explained everything he did. My baby Nissan got brand new sneakers and I was back on the road in an hour. Rides beautifully amd didn't break the bank. I am so grateful to have found Precision Tires. I will always take my vehicle there.Brenda

Very professional prompt service. First they tested to see if the screw even pierced my tire. Once they saw it did they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Reasonable prices. The technician tried to refuse my tip but I insisted because of the exceptional service.

Great experience. Knew I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I drive 30 miles a day to and from work so I needed to take care of it ASAP. Called my usual auto care place and they couldn't get me in til the next morning. Happened to notice Precision on my way home (pass them every day, never noticed it). Called and they said I could bring it in right away. That was awesome! Took it there and they immediately got to work. Saw there was a nail in my tire causing the leak. Said he could repair it. Took them maybe 20 min. Super friendly guys and you can tell they know what they are doing. Overall I am very happy. My tire is like new. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks guys!!

Excellent Service & Quick!!!!!!! I definitely recommend coming here..I usually go to NTB but I decided to give them a shot and Im glad I did My vehicle needed 4 new tires and Tpms Sensor and getting my tires balanced. Gave me Excellent price and there warranty is way better then NTB You guys gained a new customer Thanks once again

I had a flat and had no key to remove my safety lug nut to change the tire ... 5 different places turned me down . These guys were so nice and professional and told me to get my car towed to them and they ll take care of everything . Within 30 min , they removed the safety lug nut and had a new tire on . I was extremely lucky to find them ! Wouldn t go anywhere else for anything tire related . Would give 6 stars if it was an option !

I wont go anywhere else for tires. These guys are the BEST! Always get me in and out quickly. Always had suggestions for me when i had a wonky hub that i couldnt get fixed and wore down my tire so fast they were able to help with less wear. Never felt like i was treated different as a female. Always respectful. Service is awesome. They are just all around good guys ready to help at any time. They have good prices, great service, ast and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else and always recommend this place.
